Claims (11)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) zum Verriegeln eines ersten Elements relativ zu einem zweiten Element, wobei das erste Element und das zweite Element relativ zueinander bewegbar sind zwischen einer verriegelten Position der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) und einer entriegelten Position der Verriegelungsvorrichtung, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung aufweist:
    - wenigstens ein Verriegelungselement (8), das an dem ersten Element bereitgestellt ist, wobei das Verriegelungselement (8) bewegbar ist zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition und einer Entriegelungsposition,
    - ein Vorspannelement (24) zum Drängen des Verriegelungselements (8) zu dessen entriegelten Position hin,
    - wenigstens eine Nut (10), die an dem zweiten Element bereitgestellt ist zum Aufnehmen des Verriegelungselements (8), wobei das Verriegelungselement (8) in die Nut (10) eingreift, wenn die Verriegelungsvorrichtung sich von ihrer entriegelten Position aus in ihre verriegelte Position bewegt, und an einem Ende der Nut (10) platziert ist, wenn das Verriegelungselement in seiner Verriegelungsposition ist und die Verriegelungsvorrichtung in ihrer verriegelten Position ist, wobei die Nut (10) angeordnet ist, um das Verriegelungselement (8) von seiner Entriegelungsposition aus in seine Verriegelungsposition zu verlagern, wenn das erste Element in seine Geschlossen-Position bewegt wird, und
    - eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (28), die bewegbar ist zwischen einer Blockier-Position, worin die Betätigungsvorrichtung das Verriegelungselement (8) in dessen Verriegelungsposition hält gegen die Kraft des Vorspannelements (24), und einer Freigebeposition, worin die Betätigungsvorrichtung (28) das Verriegelungselement (8) freigibt, sodass das Verriegelungselement (8) von dem Vorspannelement (24) in seine Entriegelungsposition bewegt wird, wenn die Betätigungsvorrichtung (28) von ihrer Blockier-Position aus zu ihrer Freigebeposition hin betätigt wird.
  2. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei sich das erste Element in eine erste Richtung (L) relativ zu dem zweiten Element bewegt zwischen der verriegelten und der entriegelten Position der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1), wobei das Verriegelungselement (8) sich in eine zweite Richtung (D) bewegt zwischen seiner Verriegelungs- und seiner Entriegelungsposition, wobei die erste Richtung (L) im Wesentlichen senkrecht ist zu der zweiten Richtung (D).
  3. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, ferner aufweisend wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (16), die sich in die zweite Richtung (D) erstreckt, wobei das Verriegelungselement (8) translationsbewegbar ist entlang der Führungsschiene (16) zwischen der Verriegelungs- und der Entriegelungsposition.
  4. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei das Vorspannelement (24) eine Feder ist, die an der Führungsschiene (16) montiert ist zwischen dem Verriegelungselement (8) und einer Vorspannfläche (26), wobei die Feder von dem Verriegelungselement (8) gegen die Vorspannfläche (26) belastet ist, wenn das Verriegelungselement (8) sich zu seiner Verriegelungsposition hin bewegt.
  5. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Verriegelungselement (8) aufweist eine Stange (14), die sich an dem ersten Element erstreckt, wobei ein Ende (23) der Stange (14) angeordnet ist, um mit der Nut (10) zusammenzuwirken zwischen der Verriegelungs- und der Entriegelungsposition des Verriegelungselements (8).
  6. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, aufweisend zwei Nuten (10), die sich an gegenüberliegenden Wänden (7) des zweiten Elements erstrecken, wobei jedes Querende (23) der Stange (14) angeordnet ist, um mit einer der Nuten (10) zusammenzuwirken zwischen der Verriegelungs- und der Entriegelungsposition des Verriegelungselements (8).
  7. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (28) aufweist wenigstens einen Tab (30), wobei der Tab (30) sich in der Blockier-Position gegen eine Stützfläche (34) des Verriegelungselements (8) stützt und auf das Bewegen in die Freigebeposition bewegt wird, um in eine Öffnung (32) des Verriegelungselements (8) benachbart zu der Stützfläche (34) einzugreifen, wobei das Verriegelungselement (8) translationsbewegbar ist relativ zu dem Tab (30), wenn der Tab (30) in der Öffnung (32) ist zwischen der Verriegelungs- und der Entriegelungsposition.
  8. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei der Tab (30) rotationsbewegbar ist zwischen der Blockier- und der Freigebeposition, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (28) ein Vorspannelement (38) aufweist, das den Tab (30) in die Blockier-Position drängt.
  9. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung zwei Tabs (30) aufweist, wobei die Tabs (30) im Abstand voneinander sind, um gegen zwei Stützflächen (34) des Verriegelungselements (8) anzuliegen, wobei die Stützflächen (34) sich auf jeder Seite der Öffnung (32) erstrecken und in der Freigebeposition nahe zueinander bewegt sind, so dass sie beide in die Öffnung (32) eingreifen.
  10. Verriegelungsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (28) ferner aufweist einen Aktuator (44), der translationsbewegbar ist relativ zu dem Tab (30), wobei der Aktuator (30) aufweist eine Betätigungsfläche (48), die angeordnet ist, um mit einer komplementären Betätigungsfläche (50) des Tabs (30) zusammenzuwirken, wenn der Aktuator (44) translationsbewegt wird, um den Tab (30) zu der Freigebeposition zu bewegen.
  11. Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung mit einem Hauptkörper (6), der ein Aufbewahrungsfach bildet, und einer Tür (4) zum Schließen des Aufbewahrungsfachs, wobei die Tür (4) bewegbar ist relativ zu dem Hauptkörper (6) zwischen einer verriegelten Position und einer entriegelten Position, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufweist, wobei das erste Element von der Tür (4) gebildet ist und das zweite Element von dem Hauptkörper (6) gebildet ist.
