SOLUTION

The object of the invention is achieved by a furniture fitting with the features of independent claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the new furniture fitting are defined in the dependent claims 2 to 13. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the latching connector 6, which is fixed to the appropriate height on the front wall of the drawer, a fold 39 is engaged at the front edge of the receiving frame 2, wherein locking lugs of the latch connector 6 engage in holes in the fold 39.

From the rear view of a drawer 41 with mounted furniture fitting 1 according to Fig. 3 , being opposite here Fig. 1 the refuse containers 4, 5 are omitted and the front wall of the drawer is not shown, the following details are clear. The end wall 7, on which the receiving frame 2 is supported on the rear cross member 9 of the stabilizing frame 10 is here formed integrally with the receiving frame 2 made of sheet metal and folded down. In this case, the end wall 7 does not completely cover a lateral free space 13 between frames 14 of the drawer, but essentially because the dimensions of the end wall 7 are adapted to minimum dimensions of the lateral free space 13, which are independent of the manufacturer and model of the frames 14 , The height of the end wall 7, which defines the height of the receiving frame 2 relative to the stabilizing frame 10, is selected so that the furniture fitting 1 can be used in combination with frames 14 of any manufacturer and model. Specifically, the height of the cover frame 2 relative to the stabilizing frame 10 is so large that the cover frame 2 also at a maximum height of the frames 14 with respect to their bottom edge receptacles 15, in which the stabilizing frame 10 is fixed, above the frames 14 extends, in the free distance 16 to the frames. The width of the receiving frame 2 is selected so that the frames 14 are completely covered regardless of their manufacturer and model up completely. In the view of the solid waste collection device from above, the frames 14 are therefore not visible. When the refuse containers 4, 5 according to Fig. 1 are not inserted into the openings 3, the frames are also covered by the longitudinal edges of the receiving frame 2, and the end wall 7 forms an optical termination in the depth. The frames 14, which are longer than the longitudinal edges of the receiving frame 2, ensure that the remainder of the free space 13 remaining between the end wall 7 and the frames 14 remains optically unobtrusive.

The in Fig. 4 illustrated stabilization frame 10 comprises in addition to the rear cross member 9 a parallel thereto front cross member 17 and two extending therebetween longitudinal struts 18. At the rear cross member 9, the locking connector 8 are fixed. On the longitudinal struts 18 bracket 31 are mounted for additional support of the front wall of the drawer. The transverse struts 9 and 17 and the longitudinal struts 18 are formed of sections of an aluminum profile, which are connected by corner connectors 19 and 20 with each other. These corner connectors 19 and 20 are separately in Fig. 5 shown. Each corner connector 19 and 20 has a connecting piece 21 for a longitudinal strut, which can be pushed up to a stop 22 and then held by adhesion to the corner connector 19 and 20 respectively. About corner a connector 23 is provided, which also ends at a stop 24, but which is provided for variable insertion into a transverse strut 9 or 17, in this way the stabilizing frame 10 in width at the distance of the bottom edge receptacles 15 of the respective frames 14 (see Fig. 2 ). To fix the set distance, fixing screws through slots 25 in the respective cross member 9, 17 can be screwed. The elongated holes 25 are provided in legs 26 of the corner connector, which extend parallel to the connecting pieces 23. Adjacent to the fittings 21 cylinder holes 27 are provided for the support of eccentric screws.

Fig. 6 shows the aluminum profile from which the longitudinal struts 18 and the transverse struts 9, 17 of the stabilization frame 10 are formed. It has an L-shaped interior 28 into which the connecting pieces 21, 23 can enter. Furthermore Einschraubkanäle 29 and 30 are provided. The screw-in channels 30 are used to screw in fastening screws by screw holes in the lower limits of the bottom edge receptacles 15 of the frames 14 according to Fig. 2 , The two parallel Einschraubkanäle 30 allow, regardless of the specific location of the mounting holes to make the desired fixation of the longitudinal struts 18 in the frame edge 15 shots. The Einschraubkanal 29 is used, inter alia, to receive the mounting screws, which are screwed through the slots 25 in the legs 26 in the cross braces 9, 17 to fix the set width of the stabilizing frame 10. In addition, the Einschraubkanal 29 serves on the rear cross member 9 for fixing the locking connector 8 for the end wall 7. At the longitudinal struts 18, the bracket 31 are mounted on the Einschraubkanäle 29.

Fig. 7 shows as a detail the attachment of a latching connector 8 via an engaging through a slot 42 in the locking connector in the screw 29 in the rear cross member 9 mounting screw 32. The slot allows a vertical readjustment of the height of the receiving frame 2 on the rear cross member 9 to the Recording frame 2, for example, after setting the front wall relative to the side frames 14 of the drawer 41 again set to a uniform free distance 16 to the frames 14. Furthermore, the determination of the rear cross member 9 is to recognize the corner connector 19 by means of engaging through the slot 25 in the leg 26 mounting screw 33.

Fig. 8 shows the attachment of the front cross member 17 on the other corner connector 19 via a further fastening screw 23 which engages through the local slot 25 in the leg 26 in the screw 29, wherein the cross member 17 here differently than the cross member 9 in Fig. 7 extends to the stop 24. Furthermore, it is shown how the bracket 31 is mounted on the adjacent longitudinal rail 18. The bracket 31 engages with a longitudinal ridge 34 in the screw-in channel 29 in the longitudinal strut 18 a. Through a vertical slot 35, an eccentric screw 36 enters the not visible here cylinder hole 27 in the corner connector 19 a. By turning the eccentric screw 36 guided over the longitudinal ridge 34 bracket 31 is moved along the longitudinal strut 18 and set the depth of his forward facing support surface 37 for the front wall of the drawer. In the desired depth and the desired angular position of its support surface 37 of the bracket 31 is fixed by means of another engaging in the screw 29 fastening screw 38.

To adapt the furniture fitting 1 to the respective drawer only the suitable for the nominal width of the drawer furniture fitting 1 must be selected. The furniture fitting 1 is matched to the actual spacing of the frames 14 in the region of its bottom edge receptacles 15 by suitably adjusting the width of its stabilization frame 10 by means of corresponding insertion of the connecting pieces 23 into the transverse struts 9, 17. Then, the stabilization frame 10 is fixed in the bottom edge receptacles 15 of the frames 14. Before or after the latching connector 8 and the bracket 31 can be mounted. Then, the front wall is fixed to the frames 14 and the brackets 31 and adjusted by means of the screws 36 and 38. On the front wall, the locking connector 6 are set to the appropriate height. Then, the receiving frame with the fold 39 at its front edge in the locking connector 6 on the front wall and with its end wall 7 in the locking connector 8 on the rear cross member 9 are engaged. Subsequently, the waste containers 4, 5 can be hung in the openings 3. In addition, the cover plate 40 can be stored in the respective cabinet with the bolts 11. All these steps can easily be done by laymen.

Claims (14)

1. Furniture fitting (1) for forming an extractable waste collection device, comprising

   - a receiver frame (2) having at least one opening (3) for mounting a waste collection container (4, 5);

   - supporting means for supporting the receiver frame (2) at a drawer (41) having lateral shrouds (14) including bottom rim receptions (15) and having a maximum height above the bottom rim receptions (15), and a front wall connecting the shrouds (14) at a front; and

   - a stabilising frame (10) for the drawer (41), which is fixable in the bottom rim receptions (15) and which has two longitudinal struts (18) plus a front cross strut (17) and a back cross strut (9);

   - wherein the supporting means are constructed for supporting the receiver frame (2) at the front wall and at the back cross strut (9),

   - wherein the supporting means are constructed for exclusively supporting the receiver frame (2) at the front wall and the back cross strut (9), wherein the receiver frame (2) runs at a distance above the stabilising frame (10), wherein the distance is higher than the maximum height of the shrouds (14), and

   - wherein the supporting means for supporting the receiver frame (2) at the back cross strut (9) include a vertical end wall (7) running between a back rim of the receiver frame (2) and the back cross strut (9),
   characterised in that the end wall (7) is made in one piece with the receiver frame (2) and/or the back cross strut (9).
2. Furniture fitting (1) of claim 1, characterised in that the distance at which the receiver frame (2) runs above the stabilising frame (10) is by at least 2, 3, 4, or 5 mm higher than the maximum height of the shrouds (14).
3. Furniture fitting (1) of claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the supporting means are constructed for a rigid support of the receiver frame (2) at the back cross strut (9) both in vertical direction and in cross direction.
4. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the end wall (7) covers a lateral minimum free space between the shrouds (14).
5. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a snap-in connections are provided to snap-connect the end wall (7) with the receiver frame (2) and/or the back cross strut (9) when being merged vertically.
6. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the supporting means are constructed for rigidly supporting the receiver frame (2) at the front wall in vertical direction and in all horizontal directions, wherein, optionally, snap-in connectors (6) are provided which are fixable to the front wall and into which the receiver frame (2) can be snapped-in from above.
7. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stabilising frame (10) has four corner connectors (19, 20) each connecting a cross strut (9, 17) with a longitudinal strut (18), wherein the corner connectors (19, 20) include connection pieces (23) which can be fixed in various push-in positions within the cross struts (9, 17), wherein the stabilising frame (10), optionally,

   - has a minimum width which is not higher than a minimum distance of the shrouds (14) within their bottom rim receptions (15) and/or

   - has a maximum width which is not smaller than a maximum distance of the shrouds (14) within their bottom rim receptions (15).
8. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stabilising frame (10) is shorter by at least 1 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm or 8 cm than a minimum length of the bottom rim receptions (15) of the shrouds (14).
9. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that holding brackets (31) are connected to the inner sides of the longitudinal struts (18) of the stabilising frame (10) whose free arms pointing downwards comprise vertical supporting flats (37) for being fixed to the front wall.
10. Furniture fitting (1) of claim 9, characterised in that inclinations and/or depths of the supporting flats (37) are adjustable with regard to the longitudinal struts (18), wherein, optionally, the depths of the supporting flats (37) with regard to the longitudinal struts (18) are adjustable by means of eccentric screws (36), wherein the holding brackets (31) are guided at the longitudinal struts (18) in longitudinal direction by longitudinal ridges (34) engaging into longitudinal channels in the longitudinal struts (18).
11. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that longitudinal rims of the receiver frame (2) have a distance which is at least as high as or higher than a maximum distance of outer sides of the shrouds (14).
12. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the receiver frame (2) is a formed component made of sheet metal which has a chamfer (39) pointing downwards at longitudinal rims of the receiver frame (2) and at each rim delimiting an opening (3) of the receiver frame (2).
13. Furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a waste collection container (4, 5) is present for each opening (3) in the receiver frame (2), wherein an outwardly pointing upper container rim of each waste collection container (4, 5) rests from above on the rim delimiting the opening (3); and/or that a closed metal sheet cover (40) covering all openings (3) in the receiver frame (2) is present for being mounted above the drawer (41).
14. Cabinet comprising a body; a drawer (41) extractably supported in the body and having lateral shrouds (14) including bottom rim receptions (15) and having a maximum height above the bottom rim receptions (15), and a front wall connecting the shrouds (14) at a front; and a furniture fitting (1) of any of the preceding claims which forms an extractable waste collection device at the drawer (41), wherein the receiver frame (2) runs at a free distance (16) above the shrouds (14).
