Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Werkstücks (1) aus Metall mit einer darauf aufgebrachten, abschnittsweise umgeschmolzenen Zinn-haltigen Schicht (6) mit folgenden Schritten:
a) galvanisches Aufbringen der Zinn-haltigen Schicht (4) auf vorgegebene erste Abschnitte (2) des Werkstücks, nachfolgend
b) Aufheizen des Werkstücks (1) auf eine erste Temperatur T1 zwischen 100°C und 230°C und nachfolgend
c) lokales Aufheizen eines in den ersten Abschnitten (2) enthaltenen zweiten Abschnitts (5) auf eine zweite Temperatur T2 zwischen 227°C und 380°C, so dass ausschließlich im zweiten Abschnitt (5) die Zinn-haltige Schicht (4) umgeschmolzen wird.
