The shower device in the shower attachment requires a water connection and has a water-bearing connection line. Virtually without exception, an electrical connection line is additionally provided in order to be able to operate, for example, a water heater, a pump, a motor for a shower arm or similar devices. The electrical and the water-carrying connection line are regularly led out laterally from the housing of the shower attachment in attachment devices and, usually slightly deeper, connected to a wall behind the shower toilet. The DE 10 2011 118 350 B4 again proposes an invisible installation of the connecting lines, for which they emerge from an underside of the shower attachment or housing and protrude through respective openings in a corresponding upper side surface of the toilet body in this, to be connected there to more pieces of pipe. Based on the mentioned prior art, the present invention has the object to provide a respect to the laying of the connecting lines of a shower attachment improved shower toilet.

The basic idea of the invention is to reduce the number of passage openings from the last-mentioned prior art, namely to exactly one such passage opening for the connection lines. On the other hand, for the strict separation made in the cited German patent between the water-carrying connection line on the one hand and the electrical connection line on the other hand, that these technical areas, ie water-related technology on the one hand and electrical on the other hand, basically have a certain complication tendency with respect to each other and, for example, as a rule be separated in the shower caps as far as possible. In that regard, it is consistent and also avoids line length, the respective connection lines directly under their assigned technical areas in the shower attachment exit and then to enter exactly at the point of exit into the toilet body.

However, the inventor has recognized that with the reduction to only a single passage opening on the top surface of the toilet body not necessarily excessive impairment due to complications between electrical engineering and water technology must be connected. This concerns in particular a sufficiently sheathed or encapsulated guidance of the electrical connection line within the housing of the shower attachment from one side to the other, but also, as explained in more detail below, such a "transverse guide" outside, but on the housing.

As already shown in the cited German patent, the two connecting lines of the shower attachment can be advantageously connected in the toilet body to further connecting line pieces, which in turn are continued on the back of the toilet body on or in a wall behind it. In principle, it is also possible to lead the connection lines without separable connection devices within the toilet body or into the wall; However, this is less advantageous in terms of installation and possibly later expansion of the shower toilet as a whole or the shower attachment. It has already been explained at the outset that the basic idea of the invention relates to a reduction of the openings in the upper surface of the WC body. In this sense, in addition to the one described here for opening the connecting lines as few additional openings should be present. Usually and advantageously, however, two (generally smaller) openings for attachment of the shower attachment are provided, for example, for tightening a mounting plate, see. the cited German patent and the following embodiment. Preferably, the number of openings in the top of the toilet body is limited to three in this sense.

The installation of the shower attachment to the toilet body is usually done by screwing or otherwise securing a mounting plate of the attachment on the toilet body and attach the rest of the shower attachment. On the other hand, the electrical connection line is comparatively more flexible. Since the devices supplied by it, as already mentioned above, are generally spatially separated from the water-related devices housed in the housing of the shower attachment, so preferably the electrical connection line is moved to the vicinity of the opening in the toilet body. Advantageously, this happens outside the housing of the shower attachment, and that particularly advantageously in a fastening device of the housing. Particularly suitable are outwardly open channels, ie elongated recesses in which the electrical connection line can be clamped and accommodated at the same time.

In such a fastening device, the electrical connection line can then be guided along the housing from its line outlet to the opening or a position on the housing in direct proximity thereto. In this case, preferably the bottom and the back of the housing of the shower attachment come into consideration. The bottom is of course the top surface of the toilet body side facing and the back to the wall or, if there are exceptionally no such, the side facing away from the toilet bowl side. Particularly preferably, the fastening device or the channel is arranged in a transition between both sides of the housing, to which reference may be made to the embodiment.

A further embodiment of this inventive concept provides that the fastening device, such as the channel, extends over the width of the housing, that is from one side (approximately right) to the opposite side (approximately on the left) running. This has the advantage that with the same shower attachment or shower toilet and connection situations can be met, in which the electrical connection line outside the back of the toilet body is connected to the wall, in which case both the left side and the right side of the Shower toilet are considered. Another embodiment relates again to the water-bearing connection line. However, a guide of this connection line outside the housing in a fastening device is preferred.

The line outlet for the electrical connection line is, also independently of the just discussed, preferably provided immediately adjacent to a terminal cover outside the shower cap housing, wherein the line is clamped under or behind this terminal cover to an electrical terminal. Preferred is an arrangement of the terminal cover on the back and a line outlet down.

The opening according to the invention in the toilet body preferably has, in its narrowest direction, an extension of at least 20 mm and particularly preferably of at least 25 mm or even 30 mm. In the direction of maximum extension, the opening is preferably at most 60 mm, and more preferably at most 55 mm or even only 50 mm in size.
