Abstract

A toilet and method of assembling the same, the toilet comprising: the device comprises a ceramic shell with a dirt containing groove, wherein the top of the ceramic shell is provided with a mounting hole which is communicated with the inside of the ceramic shell; an accessory device located within the ceramic housing. The invention is convenient for placing the accessory device into the ceramic shell through the mounting hole, and is beneficial to improving the integration level of the toilet.

Toilet and assembling method thereof

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of bathroom accessories, in particular to a toilet and an assembling method thereof.

Background

The toilet bowl is one of indispensable bathroom accessories in modern society. With the development of the toilet manufacturing industry, the toilet is not only more intelligent, but also more and more demanding on the integration level and functionality of the toilet, for example, more and more families begin to use the intelligent toilet.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an intelligent toilet 10, and fig. 2 is a plan view of a ceramic housing 30 of the intelligent toilet 10 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the intelligent toilet seat 20 of the intelligent toilet 10 is generally installed on the ceramic case 30 through the fixing plate 40, and an electric wire, a transformer, and the like connected thereto are sold as accessories and separately installed at the time of installation and construction of a user.

For sanitary reasons, some existing intelligent toilets also have a cleaning function, such as cleaning of buttocks of a user after using a toilet, cleaning of ceramic pieces of the toilet and the like. Therefore, there are cases where a necessary buttock washing water filter, a ceramic cleaner, and the like are sold as accessories and separately attached to a user at the time of installation.

The prior art has the problems that the filter, the ceramic cleaning agent and the like are mostly arranged between the ceramic toilet bowl and the wall surface, and the installation position of the toilet bowl is generally at the corner of a room or close to the wall, so the space at the rear part is relatively limited. When a user installs or replaces the filter, the user needs to bend down, the body is curled to the wall surface attached to a room, and further tools and the like need to be stretched into the space at the rear part to achieve the purpose of installation or disassembly, so that the operation is very inconvenient.

In addition, like the toilet in the prior art, the installation and the disassembly of the electric wire are also inconvenient, and a user sometimes needs to take the electronic toilet cover of the intelligent toilet seat with one hand, reversely observe or expose the connection position of the electric wire, and install or disassemble the power wire with the other hand with one hand. Such operation is laborious and even impossible for some users to take up the whole electronic toilet cover with one hand.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing another structure of the intelligent toilet, and fig. 4 is a schematic view showing the attachment and detachment of the decorative cover 51 of the toilet shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the intelligent toilet further includes a mounting seat 50, the toilet seat 20 is pivotally connected to the mounting seat 50, and the mounting seat 50 is fixedly disposed on the ceramic housing 30. As shown in fig. 4, the mount 50 is provided with a detergent receiving chamber 52, and detergent liquid is directly poured into the detergent receiving chamber 52. For aesthetic purposes, the mounting seat 50 is provided with a decorative cover 51, and the decorative cover 51 can be detached. The decorative cover 51 serves to conceal the detergent containing chamber 52. Due to the presence of the detergent containing chamber 52, the waterproof (IP) level of the mount 50 may be weakened, resulting in the smart bidet being susceptible to water seepage.

In view of this, the structure of the existing intelligent toilet bowl still needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the problem of providing a toilet and an assembly method thereof, which can conveniently put an accessory device into the ceramic shell to improve the integration level of the toilet.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a toilet bowl, comprising: the device comprises a ceramic shell with a dirt containing groove, wherein the top of the ceramic shell is provided with a mounting hole which is communicated with the inside of the ceramic shell; an accessory device located within the ceramic housing.

Optionally, the accessory device comprises a filter body, a cleaner or a steriliser.

Optionally, the mounting hole is rectangular, oval, racetrack, parallelogram, rhombus or waist drum shaped.

Optionally, when the mounting hole is in a runway shape, the mounting hole is surrounded by an arc section and a straight section, the straight section includes two parallel straight lines, and the arc section is located at two ends of the straight section.

Optionally, when the mounting hole is waist drum-shaped, the mounting hole includes a straight line segment and a broken line segment located at two sides of the straight line segment, the straight line segment includes two parallel straight lines, and the broken line segment includes two straight lines forming an obtuse angle.

Optionally, the number of the mounting holes is one or more.

Optionally, when the number of the mounting holes is two, the two mounting holes are respectively located at two sides of the dirt containing groove.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 5, a toilet bowl includes: the ceramic case 100 has a dirt receiving groove 101 and a water tank 102, the dirt receiving groove 101 is configured to receive water and excrement, and a mounting hole 120 may be defined in a top surface 103 of the ceramic case 100. The toilet bowl further includes: an accessory device located within the ceramic housing 100.

As shown in FIG. 5, the dirt holding tank 101 and the mounting hole 120 may be generally oval-shaped, and in other embodiments, the dirt holding tank 101 and the mounting hole 120 may be generally circular, elongated, or have any other suitable shape.

The ceramic housing 100 shown in fig. 5 is of a type configured to rest on a floor, although it may also be configured as a wall-mounted toilet, i.e., the ceramic housing 100 may be configured to be mounted to a wall, rather than resting on the floor. The ceramic housing 100 is preferably made of a ceramic material, but may be made of, for example, vitreous china, stainless steel, or any other material.

As shown in fig. 5, which also shows mounting holes 120 disposed in the top surface 103 of the ceramic housing 100, the mounting holes 120 extend from above the top surface 103 to the space within the ceramic housing 100.

As shown in fig. 5, a fixing plate 200 is further disposed on the top surface 103 of the ceramic housing 100, and the fixing plate 200 is fixedly disposed at a rear middle position of the top surface 103, and as shown in this embodiment, the fixing plate 200 is disposed close to the water tank 102. The accessory device includes a filter body 310, a cleaner or sterilizer, such as a container of detergent, an ozone generator or a sterilized water generating device, etc. Even for the small-sized bidet, the filter body 310, the cleaner or the sterilizer can be easily inserted through the mounting hole 120, and the accessory device can be easily put into the ceramic case 100 through the mounting hole 120.

In this embodiment, when the accessory device is the filter body 310, the filter body 310 is located in the ceramic case 100 in an upright state, which helps to reduce the size of the mounting hole 120. So that the filter body 310 can be easily inserted through the mounting hole 120 even in the case that the size of the mounting hole 120 is small.

Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a filter assembly 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the toilet further includes: a connection pipe 320, the connection pipe 320 being disposed in the mounting seat 400, and one end of the connection pipe 320 being connected to the filter body 310.

In this embodiment, the filter body 310 and the connection pipe 320 form a part of the filter assembly 300. In this embodiment, the filter assembly 300 further includes: the locking nut 331 is sleeved on the connection pipe 320, and the locking nut 331 is adapted to fix a relative position between the filter body 310 and the connection pipe 320.

Specifically, the locking nut 331 has an internal thread, and the end of the connecting pipe 320 connected to the filter body 310 has an external thread, and the internal thread is matched with the external thread.

In this embodiment, in order to prevent water leakage from the connection between the filter body 310 and the connection pipe 320, the filter assembly 300 further includes: and a first packing 351, wherein the first packing 351 is disposed between an end of the connection pipe 320 and the filter body 310.

In this embodiment, the filter assembly 300 further includes: the clamp 332 is sleeved on the connecting pipe 320, the connecting pipe 320 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main valve 340, and the clamp 332 abuts against the bottom of the mounting seat 400 to fix the relative position of the connecting pipe 320 and the mounting seat 400.

In this embodiment, the toilet further includes: a main valve 340 disposed in the mounting seat 400, wherein the main valve 340 is connected to the connection pipe 320.

In order to prevent water leakage from the connection between the main valve 340 and the connection pipe 320, the filter assembly 300 further includes: and a second sealing ring 352, wherein the second sealing ring 352 is disposed between the end of the connection pipe 320 and the main valve 340.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the ceramic case 100 and the filter body 310 of the toilet shown in fig. 5. FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the toilet of FIG. 5 taken along the direction C1C 2.

As shown in fig. 7 and 14, the mounting hole 120 may be configured to receive auxiliary accessories such as electric wires and/or supply lines of the toilet. For example, in this embodiment, when the toilet needs to have a function of filtering water, the mounting hole 120 is suitable for receiving the filter body 310 of the intelligent toilet lid, the filter body 310 is received and mounted at the lower part of the top surface 103 of the ceramic casing 100, which helps to reduce the requirement for the installation position in space, and the user can bend down to put the filter body 310 into the ceramic casing 100 through the mounting hole 120 because the mounting hole 120 is located at the top of the ceramic casing 100. Compare in prior art with the filter body install in ceramic case's rear, user's operating space is bigger, needn't be limited to the narrow and small space in ceramic case 100 rear also needn't squat down the health and crouch the wall of contracting the health to pasting in the room, also provides great operating space for the instrument simultaneously, maneuverability has obtained very big improvement.

In this embodiment, the mounting hole 120 is also suitable for a cleaner to be accommodated and mounted on the lower portion of the top surface 103 of the ceramic housing 100. Placing the cleaner in the ceramic case 100 helps to improve the waterproof performance and aesthetic appearance of the mount, as compared to placing the cleaner in the mount of the toilet.

It is stated that in other embodiments, as previously mentioned with respect to the filter body 310, reference should be made to some sort of "attachment means". The "attachment device" may be a "filter body", a "cleaner", or a "sterilizer", etc., such as a container for detergent, an ozone generator, or a sterilized water generating device, etc. Because the installation holes 120 are arranged or taken out, the customer can replace the installation holes at the upper part regularly, which is not only convenient but also safer.

It should be understood that the mounting hole 120 may take a variety of shapes and sizes.

The filter body 310 is generally cylindrical, the cylindrical axial cross section is rectangular, and the mounting hole 120 is rectangular, oval, racetrack-shaped, parallelogram-shaped, diamond-shaped or waist drum-shaped, and has a shape consistent with that of the filter body 310, so that the filter body 310 can pass through the mounting hole conveniently.

Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the mounting hole 120 has a racetrack shape.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the mounting hole 120 is surrounded by an arc section and a straight line section, the straight line section includes two parallel straight lines, and the arc section is located at two ends of the straight line section.

In this embodiment, two straight lines of the straight line segments extend along the front-back direction x of the ceramic shell 100. The length direction of the straight line segment is parallel to the extending directions of the two straight lines, and the width direction of the straight line segment is perpendicular to the extending directions of the two straight lines and is along the left and right directions of the ceramic shell 100. As shown in fig. 5, an arrow indicating the front-rear direction x is directed from the rear end of the ceramic case 100 to the front end of the ceramic case 100.

Referring to fig. 9, the mounting hole 120 has a rectangular shape.

The shape of the mounting hole 120 is identical to that of the filter body 310 (refer to fig. 5), so that the filter body 310 is easily put into the ceramic case 100 through the mounting hole 120.

Referring to fig. 10, the mounting hole 120 has an oval shape.

When the filter body 310 (refer to fig. 5) is put into the ceramic case 100 through the mounting hole 120, the filter body 310 more easily passes through the sidewall of the mounting hole 120, the operation efficiency is more improved, and the filter body 310 is not easily damaged.

Referring to fig. 11, the mounting hole 120 has a parallelogram shape.

Referring to fig. 12, the mounting holes 120 have a diamond shape.

Referring to fig. 13, the mounting hole 120 has a drum shape.

When the mounting hole 120 is waist drum shaped, the mounting hole 120 includes a straight line segment and a broken line segment located at two sides of the straight line segment, the straight line segment includes two parallel straight lines, and the broken line segment includes two straight lines forming an obtuse angle.

The number of the mounting holes 120 is one or more. In this embodiment, the number of the mounting holes 120 is one. In other embodiments, the number of the mounting holes 120 may also be two, or more than two.

Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, a dirt receiving groove 101 is formed at the top of the ceramic housing 100.

When the number of the mounting holes 120 is two, the two mounting holes 120 are respectively located at two sides of the dirt containing groove 101, and the two mounting holes 120 are close to the rear end of the dirt containing groove 101.

The front, back, left and right of the ceramic shell 100 are based on the position of the dirt receiving groove 101 relative to the ceramic shell 100, and the dirt receiving groove 101 is closer to the front end of the ceramic shell 100 than the distance from the rear end of the ceramic shell 100.

Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the toilet bowl further includes: a mounting seat 400, wherein the mounting seat 400 is disposed on the fixing plate 200 (refer to fig. 5), and the mounting seat 400 is detachably connected to the fixing plate 200. The mounting seat 400 is fixedly disposed on the top of the ceramic housing 100 through the fixing plate 200.

In this embodiment, a protrusion is disposed at the bottom of the mounting seat 400, and the protrusion is clamped in the guide rail 201 (refer to fig. 5). The length of the protrusion is smaller than the length of the guide rail 201, so that the mount 400 can move along the guide rail 201.

When the filter body 310 needs to be taken out of the ceramic casing 100, the following steps can be performed: first, it moves along the guide rail 201 (refer to fig. 5) toward the front of the ceramic case 100; then, the mounting seat 400 is turned over with the bottom side of the mounting seat 400 located at the front side as a rotation axis, so that the bottom of the mounting seat 400 is separated from the fixing plate 200 (refer to fig. 5). Since the connection pipe 3320 connected to the filter body 310 is disposed in the installation seat 400, the connection pipe 320 pulls the filter body 310 upward during the turning of the installation seat 400, so that the filter body 310 can be taken out through the installation hole 120 (refer to fig. 5), and the operation is simple. In the process of turning over the mounting seat 400, the top of the ceramic shell 100 can be used as a support, so that labor is saved.

In this embodiment, in the process of installing the toilet, the ceramic housing 100 may be first constructed in place. Subsequent installation of the filter body 310, the cleaner, the fixing plate 200, and the mounting seat 400 is performed at the top of the ceramic case 100, without readjusting the position of the ceramic case 100.

In this embodiment, the filter body 310 and the attachment of the cleaner, for example, the connection pipe 320 connecting the filter body 310, are directly integrated into the mounting seat 400, which helps to improve the mounting efficiency.

In this embodiment, the mounting seat 400 can be mounted and dismounted by sliding the fixing plate 200 back and forth, and the mounting and dismounting process is simple and convenient.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the present invention further provides an assembling method of the toilet bowl, including: the accessory device is mounted in the ceramic case 100 from the mounting hole 120.

Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims

1. A toilet bowl, comprising:

the device comprises a ceramic shell with a dirt containing groove, wherein the top of the ceramic shell is provided with a mounting hole which is communicated with the inside of the ceramic shell;

an accessory device located within the ceramic housing.

2. The toilet of claim 1, wherein the attachment device comprises a filter body, a cleaner, or a sterilizer.

3. The toilet of claim 1, wherein the mounting hole is rectangular, oval, racetrack, parallelogram, rhomboid, or tambour.

4. The toilet of claim 3, wherein when the mounting hole is track-shaped, the mounting hole is defined by a circular arc section and a straight section, the straight section comprises two parallel straight lines, and the circular arc section is located at two ends of the straight section.

5. The toilet of claim 3, wherein when the mounting hole is waist drum shaped, the mounting hole comprises a straight line section and a broken line section at two sides of the straight line section, the straight line section comprises two parallel straight lines, and the broken line section comprises two straight lines forming an obtuse angle.

6. The toilet of claim 1, wherein the number of the mounting holes is one or more.

7. The toilet according to claim 6, wherein when the number of the mounting holes is two, the two mounting holes are respectively located at both sides of the dirt accommodating groove.

8. The toilet of claim 2, further comprising: the fixing plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the ceramic shell and is adjacent to the mounting hole.

9. The toilet of claim 8, further comprising: the mounting seat is arranged on the fixed plate, and the mounting seat is detachably connected with the fixed plate.

10. The toilet of claim 9, wherein the stationary plate is provided with guide rails on both sides thereof, the guide rails being in the form of elongated grooves, the mounting base being adapted to move along the guide rails.

11. The toilet of claim 2, further comprising: a mounting base, the mounting base is located ceramic housing is last, works as when the annex device is filter body, still includes: the connecting pipe is arranged in the mounting seat, and one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the filter body.

13. The toilet of claim 2, wherein when the attachment device is a filter body, the filter body is positioned in an upright position within the ceramic housing.

14. A method of assembling a toilet according to any one of claims 1 to 13, comprising:

the accessory device is mounted in the ceramic housing from an upper portion of the mounting hole.
