Description

Textilpisten.The invention relates to the field of artificial winter sports slopes or textile slopes.

Artificial slopes are treadmills, flat pads or mats, for example made of plastic, which are intended for sliding driving with winter sports equipment such as skis or plastic toboggan. They have been known for several decades. There are a variety of systems with more or less good snowplough-like properties. These features include above all the leadership of the sports equipment, the sliding behavior, the absorption of shocks and the risk of injury of the coating.

The installation of the flat supports or mats is carried out on cross-country skis, alpine skis, snowboards, ski jumping skis, as well as with plastic toboggans and snowtubes on the level or on sloping surfaces. The base on which the artificial sliding surface is applied can consist of natural ground, concrete, etc. or scaffolding components.

In addition, the artificial sliding surface can also find applications in the form of an endlessly connected belt in treadmills. This revolving sliding surface is covered by conventional cross-country skis, alpine skis or snowboards.

In the present disclosure, the artificial winter sports slope is formed by a fabric. This fabric is characterized by good sliding and wear properties and a snow-like grip and can be used in the sports and leisure area with sports equipment such as cross-country skis, alpine skiing, snowboarding, ski jumping as well as toboggan and slide devices.

The fabric has a surface and is formed from weft threads and warp threads. The warp threads are made of particularly slippery and wear-resistant and cut-resistant plastic and form a kind of knobby structure by means of loops. The sports equipment sinks in this surface. This leads to the formation of a track in the surface of the tissue and thus to the leadership of the sports equipment. In particular, cornering with alpine skiing and snowboarding is possible, as on snow. Even a leg kick-off phase with skating skis is felt by the knobby loop structure as on snow.

The fabric can be additionally stabilized or fixed with a back coating arranged underneath. For application in a treadmill, the tissue is applied to a belt.

Extensive downhill slopes and cross-country trails are composed of modules of the fabric. The modules are fixed to the floor by means of tabs and pegs. The modules are joined by gluing, welding, sewing, burettes or zippers.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Artificial winter sports slopes of the known type consist for example of injection-molded plastic lattice panels. On the approximately 2 cm wide webs of the grid equally high plastic pins are arranged, which should form the snow substitute function. For ski jumping and tubing applications, mats of lasts with attached plastic rods are known. There are also large mats made of tufted or woven pile fabric (eg GB 2 394 902 ) known. The pile thread consists of synthetic monofilament yarns or foil yarns. In FR 2 772 053 An artificial sliding surface based on a latticed knit fabric using monofilament yarns is described.

In the German patent application no. DE 2318415A a cross-country track for the classic technique is presented. The tracks are laid individually on the ground. Each track has as a sliding surface on plastic plates, which are provided with scales to increase the repulsion of stiction between ski and plastic plate during leg repulsion. The leadership of the track is done by open at an angle upwards laterally mounted square sections. In the profiles grooves for fixing the shape of the plastic plates are introduced.

In the German patent application no. DE 102005062711 A1 is a sliding surface formed of knobs is described. The sliding surface is coated by fluoropolymers. In the wet test and the use of lubricants, a coefficient of friction of less than μ = 0.06 is achieved compared to the ski.

The German patent no. DD 288982A5 refers to artificial ski tracks especially for ski jumps. Described therein are special modules have the air outlet openings to create between ski and pad friction-reducing air cushion.

A base made of plastic with lugs of ceramic material arranged thereon in the form of a lattice is disclosed in German Utility Model no. DE 20211137 U1 described.

In the further development described in the international patent application no. WO 2008151748 A1 the surveys can be exchanged. The English patent application GB 2394902 A describes a two-part dry ski slope with a loop surface which is applied to a drainage and padding layer.

The Dutch patent application NL 1016230 C2 describes a carrier layer for carpets or artificial turf.

In all systems, irrigation of the sliding surface or treatment with lubricants reduces friction. However, irrigation must be permanent, as these systems have no water storage function.

  • Der Reibungswiderstand zwischen dem Sportgerät und der Oberfläche ist bei allen System sehr hoch;
  • Die Führungseigenschaften des Sportgerätes sind ungenügend;
  • Konstruktions- und materialbedingt liegt bei den meisten Systemen eine hohe bis sehr hohe Verletzungsgefahr vor;
  • Die Installation der Systeme ist zum Teil enorm aufwendig;
  • Bei dem Gros der System ist eine permanente Bewässerung notwendig, um ein passable Gleitwirkung zu erzielen;
  • Die Systeme weisen keine Wasserspeicherfunktion auf.
These artificial sliding surfaces are not sufficiently adapted to the requirements of the practice, which can be summarized in the following points:
  • The frictional resistance between the sports equipment and the surface is very high in all systems;
  • The leadership characteristics of the sports equipment are insufficient;
  • Due to design and material, most systems have a high to very high risk of injury;
  • The installation of the systems is sometimes enormously expensive;
  • In the majority of the system, permanent irrigation is necessary to achieve a passable sliding effect;
  • The systems have no water storage function.

The artificial winter sports slope 1 of the embodiment is, for example, with alpine skis, snowboard and cross-country skating skis as well as plastic toboggan and snowtubes passable. The artificial sliding surface is composed of a fabric 1, which forms the sliding surface, and an underlying back coating 2. The fabric 1 without the back coating 2 has a Basis weight of 2.1 kg / m 2 . The artificial sliding surface 1 with the back coating 2 has a basis weight of 3 kg / m 2 . The fabric 1 is oriented so that the direction of travel 7 and orientation of the warp threads 4 match.

The sliding surface 1 of the fabric 1 is formed of warp yarns formed into loops 4. The warp threads are made of polypropylene splice yarn with a fineness of 24,000 dtex. Through the loops a kind of nub structure is achieved, which allows the tracking of the sports equipment. The loops 4 are close together in the weft direction.

In the weaving one and two weft threads 5 are alternately arranged between the loops 4. These weft threads 5 are above the warp threads. In the weaving direction, the spacing of the rows of loops alternately amounts to 0.6 cm ( Fig. 1 , ref 8) and 1.3 cm ( Fig. 1 ; ref 9). The loop height 3 is 6 mm. Thus, 210 loops are arranged on an area of 1 dm 2 .

For stabilization and wear protection of the fabric 1, the back of the fabric 1 is coated with a back reinforcement 2 with a 1 mm thick layer 2 of styrene-butadiene.

The modules have a size of eg 2m x 10m. The lateral connection of the modules is effected by Velcro connections 10, 11, 12. In this case, a loop tape 10 is sewn over the entire length of the modules in the connection region on the back of the modules. The loop tape 10 is 100mm wide. The connection is made in two parts by Velcro tape. The tape is 200mm wide and overlaps the loop tape 10 of the sliding surfaces to be joined over the length of 10m.

Fig. 5). In another aspect of the invention, the fabric 51 is applied to a circumferential webbing 52 (see FIG. Fig. 5 ). The webbing 52 is made of polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane and may also be reinforced by a reinforcement of a polyester fabric 56. The circulating belt 52 is used in a treadmill ergometer. The fabric 51 without the webbing 52 has a basis weight of 2 kg / m 2 . The fabric 51 and the webbing 52 together have a total basis weight of 4.4 kg / m 2 . The fabric 51 is oriented so that the direction of travel 57 and orientation of the warp threads 54 match.

The sliding surface of the fabric 51 is formed of warp threads formed into loops 54. The warp threads are made of polyester monofilament twist with a fineness of 20,000 dtex. By the loops 54 a kind of knobbly structure is achieved, which allows the tracking of the sports equipment. The loops 54 are close together in the weft direction.

Between the loops 54 one and two weft threads 55 are arranged alternately. These weft threads 55 are above the warp threads. In the weaving direction, the spacing of the rows of loops alternately amounts to 0.6 cm and 1.3 cm. The loop height 53 is 6 mm. Thus, 210 loops are arranged on an area of 1 dm 2 .

The webbing 52 is 2.5 mm thick and consists of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). To reinforce and absorb the tensile forces, the band is reinforced inside by two layers of polyester fabric.
