Claims (5)
- Capsule (1) pour préparer des boissons à infusion, notamment du café, du lait chocolat et autres substances solubles, comprenant au moins un corps de contenant (3) ayant au moins une base (5), le corps de contenant (3) comportant au moins un volume interne (V) adapté pour contenir au moins une substance à être infusée ou fondue, la base (5) étant équipée d'au moins une buse de sortie (4) de la boisson à infusion du volume interne (V),
la base (5) étant équipée d'un système pour éviter des gouttes comportant au moins une surface intérieure pourvue d'au moins un relief (7', 7", 7"') entourant la buse (4) à l'intérieur, le relief (7', 7", 7"') étant pourvu de davantage d'ouvertures (9', 9", 9"') de tailles réduites agencées radialement autour de la buse (4), pour permettre un passage d'au moins un flux (F) de la boisson à infusion du volume interne (V) du corps de contenant (3) vers la buse (4) sous l'action d'une pression exercée par un flux d'infusion délivré par un ensemble d'infusion d'une machine de préparation et pour éviter, grâce à un effet de capillarité, un passage de liquides du volume interne (V) du corps de contenant (3) vers la buse (4) lorsque la pression diminue en-dessous d'une valeur limite,
caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une partie de la surface intérieure de la base (5) est recouverte d'au moins une couche de protection (11) soudée ou collée au moins sur les reliefs (7', 7", 7"'),
et en ce que les ouvertures (9' 9", 9"') sont composées de rainures agencées sur une surface des reliefs respectifs (7', 7", 7"') en regard du volume interne (V) du corps de contenant (3), si bien que le flux passant par les ouvertures (9', 9", 9"') soit orthogonal par rapport au flux passant par la buse (4). - Capsule (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la base (5) est pourvue de trois reliefs (7', 7", 7"') ayant une forme sensiblement circulaire et agencée de façon concentrique avec la buse (4) par rapport à un axe longitudinal (S-S) de la base (5).
- Capsule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures (9', 9", 9"') sont disposées de façon diagonale par rapport à un rayon de chaque relief (7', 7", 7"').
- Capsule (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures adjacentes (9', 9', 9"') de reliefs (7', 7", 7"') sont disposées de façon diagonale par rapport au rayon de chaque relief (7', 7", 7"') et avec des angles opposés.
- Capsule (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (11) est perforée et/ou déchirée par au moins un moyen de perçage ou de coupe pour créer au moins un passage (P) pour la boisson à infusion du volume interne (V) du corps de contenant (3) vers la buse (4) par les ouvertures (9', 9", 9"') des reliefs (7', 7", 7"').
