Wenn der Rastmechanismus wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt aktiv ist, ist eine Drehbewegung des Stifts 19 und somit eine Öffnungs- bzw. Schließbewegung des Fenster- oder Türladens im Prinzip blockiert. Da jedoch die Verzahnung 50 Zähne 51 mit schrägen Flanken 69 aufweist, entsperrt sich der Rastmechanismus bei Ausüben eines ausreichend hohen Drehmoments auf den Stift 19. Speziell gleiten die schrägen Flanken 69 der Zähne 51 bei Überschreiten eines Schwellen-Drehmoments an den Flanken der zugehörigen Gegenzähne der Überwurfbuchse 39 entlang und schieben dadurch die Überwurfbuchse 39 unter Überwindung der Vorspannkraft der Druckfeder 55 gemäß Fig. 3 nach oben, wodurch der Verzahnungseingriff aufgehoben ist. Das heißt der Rastmechanismus "überratscht". Die schrägen Flanken 69 der Zähne 51 sorgen auf diese Weise für einen zuverlässigen Überlastschutz des Rastmechanismus. Claims (14)

  1. A fitting arrangement (11) for a window shutter or door shutter having a shutter-side fitting part (29), which is configured for fastening to a shutter hinge of the window shutter or door shutter, and having a wall-side fitting part (13, 15), which is configured for fastening to a stationary wall section, wherein the shutter-side fitting part (29) and the wall-side fitting part (13, 15) are rotatably connected to one another about a shutter hinge axis (L) and are fixable in at least one rotational position by means of a latching mechanism; wherein the latching mechanism comprises at least one shutter-side latch element (51), which is non-rotatable with respect to the shutter-side fitting part (29), and a wall-side latch element which cooperates with said shutter-side latch element (51) and which is non-rotatable with respect to the wall-side fitting part; wherein the shutter-side latch element (51) and the wall-side latch element are displaceable relative to one another between an engagement position and a non-engagement position in a direction of displacement extending in parallel with the shutter hinge axis (L); and wherein at least one spring element (55) is provided for preloading the shutter-side latch element (51) or the wall-side latch element into the engagement position, wherein
    the shutter-side latch element (51) and/or the wall-side latch element has/have an inclination (69) or a rounding which, on a mutual rotation of the fitting parts (13, 15, 29) in at least one direction of rotation, brings about a displacement of the shutter-side latch element (51) or of the wall-side latch element from the engagement position into the non-engagement position while overcoming the preload force of the spring element (55),
    characterized in that
    the wall-side fitting part (13, 15) comprises an arrangement of a shutter pin sleeve (15) and a shutter pin rod (13) projecting therefrom, with the wall-side latch element being arranged at a retainer sleeve (39), which engages around the shutter pin sleeve (15) and which is non-rotatable with respect thereto, but is displaceable along the direction of displacement.
  2. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 1,
    characterized in that
    a plurality of shutter-side latch elements (51) form a first latching toothed arrangement (50) and a plurality of wall-side latch elements form a second latching toothed arrangement, with the first latching toothed arrangement (50) and/or the second latching toothed arrangement having tooth flanks (69) which are chamfered and/or rounded at one or both sides.
  3. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 2,
    characterized in that
    the first latching toothed arrangement (50) and the second latching toothed arrangement each have an extent running around the shutter hinge axis (L).
  4. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 2 or claim 3,
    characterized in that
    the first latching toothed arrangement (50) is formed at the flat side of a shutter-side, disk-shaped or ring-shaped toothed arrangement component (35); and/or in that
    the second latching toothed arrangement is formed at the flat side of a wall-side, disk-shaped or ring-shaped toothed arrangement component.
  5. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 4,
    characterized in that
    at least one disk-shaped or ring-shaped toothed arrangement component (35) is received in a sleeve (39) of the fitting arrangement (11).
  6. A fitting arrangement in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the shutter pin rod (13) is guided through an elongate hole (45) of the retainer sleeve (39) to enable a displacement of the retainer sleeve (39) with respect to the shutter pin sleeve (15) when the shutter pin rod (13) is in a fixed position.
  7. A fitting arrangement in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a pin (19) which is couplable to the shutter-side fitting part (29) is rotatably supported about the shutter hinge axis (L) in the shutter pin sleeve (15) for a rotatability of the shutter-side fitting part (29) with respect to the wall-side fitting part (13, 15).
  8. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 7,
    characterized in that
    at least one form-fitting feature (21) is provided at a pin end (20), in particular an upper pin end (20), of the pin (19) which can be brought into engagement with a complementary form-fitting feature of the shutter-side fitting part (29), in particular with a hinge sleeve.
  9. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 7 or claim 8,
    characterized in that
    at least one form-fitting feature (23) is provided at a pin end (22), in particular a lower pin end (22), of the pin (19) which can be brought into engagement with a complementary form-fitting feature of a toothed arrangement component (35) at which the shutter-side latch element (51) is provided.
  10. A fitting arrangement in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the shutter-side latch element (51) and/or the wall-side latch element is/are fixable in the non-engagement position.
  11. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the fixing of the shutter-side latch element (51) and/or of the wall-side latch element in the non-engagement position can be released as required by actuating a handle (56) of the fitting arrangement (11).
  12. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 11,
    characterized in that
    a pivotable lever (56) is provided as a handle, with its one lever end (58) being configured for an engagement into a recess (65) of the wall-side fitting part (13, 15) and its other lever end (59) forming an actuation section (63).
  13. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 11 or claim 12,
    characterized by
    a control slot (75) which is non-rotatable with respect to the shutter-side fitting part (29) and which, on a rotation of the shutter-side fitting part (29) with respect to the wall-side fitting part (13, 15) in the direction of an open shutter position, comes into engagement with the handle (56) to actuate it as required for releasing the fixing.
  14. A fitting arrangement in accordance with claim 13,
    characterized in that
    the control slot (75) is formed at a slot disk (37) which is directly or indirectly fastened to the shutter-side fitting part (29).
