Claims (9)
- Auftragskopf (12, 112) zum Auftragen von einer fluiden Substanz auf einen Körperteil, wobei der Auftragskopf das Folgende umfasst:- einen länglichen Körper (22, 122), der sich entlang einer ersten Achse (24) erstreckt;- mindestens zwei Auftragselemente (26, 126, 127, 128), die an dem länglichen Körper befestigt sind;wobei jedes Auftragselement (26, 126, 127, 128) das Folgende umfasst:- einen ersten Teil (32), der sich innen in dem länglichen Körper, parallel zu der ersten Achse erstreckt,- ein erstes Ende (34) von jedem Auftragselement (26, 126, 127, 128),- einen zweiten Teil (36), angrenzend an den ersten Teil, wobei sich der zweite Teil parallel zu einer zweiten Achse (38) erstreckt, wobei die zweite Achse in Bezug auf die erste Achse geneigt ist,- ein zweites Ende (40) von dem zweiten Teil jedes Auftragselements (26, 126, 127, 128), das aus dem länglichen Körper hervortritt,wobei jedes Auftragselement (26, 126, 127, 128) auch einen inneren Führungsweg (62) für die fluide Substanz umfasst, wobei sich der Führungsweg von dem ersten Ende (34) zu dem zweiten Ende (40) des Auftragselements erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Auftragselemente das Folgende umfasst:- einen Außenhüllenteil (60);- Ausbuchtungen (64), die sich von dem Außenhüllenteil nach innen erstreckenden;wobei ein Raum innen in dem Außenhüllenteil und zwischen den Ausbuchtungen den inneren Führungsweg für die fluide Substanz definiert, wobei die Abmessungen und die Form der Ausbuchtungen geeignet sind, um einen Fluss der fluiden Substanz von dem ersten Ende (34) zu dem zweiten Ende (40) des Auftragselements durch Kapillarkräfte zu ermöglichen. - Auftragskopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei nahe des zweiten Endes (40) von dem zweiten Teil des Auftragselements die Außenhülle (60) von dem mindestens einen der Auftragselemente eine Form aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, um die Auftragung einer kosmetischen Zusammensetzung auf eine Hautoberfläche zu ermöglichen.
- Auftragskopf nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der längliche Körper (22, 122) mindestens zwei Innengehäuse (46, 146) umfasst, wobei jedes Gehäuse eine Innenform aufweist, die im Wesentlichen komplementär zu einer Außenform von einem Auftragselement (26, 126, 127, 128) ist, wobei jedes Gehäuse einen ersten Teil (48), der sich parallel zu der ersten Achse erstreckt, und einen zweiten Teil (50) umfasst, der sich parallel zu der zweiten Achse erstreckt, wobei in jedem Gehäuse ein Auftragselement aufgenommen ist.
- Auftragskopf nach Anspruch 3, wobei jedes Gehäuse (46) ein Winkelstück (58) umfasst, das den ersten und zweiten Teil miteinander verbindet, wobei ein Auftragselement in dem Winkelstück aufgenommen ist.
- Auftragskopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Winkel (α) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Achse zwischen 5° und 85°, vorzugsweise zwischen 20° und 50° umfasst.
- Auftragskopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Ende (40) von dem zweiten Teil von jedem Auftragselement aus einer flachen Außenoberfläche (28) des länglichen Körpers (22, 122) hervortritt, wobei die flache Oberfläche im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu der zweiten Achse (38) verläuft.
- Auftragsvorrichtung (10) zum Auftragen von einer fluiden Substanz auf einen Körperteil, wobei der Applikator das Folgende umfasst:- einen Auftragskopf (12, 122) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,- einen Behälter (14) für die fluide Substanz,wobei der Behälter mit dem Auftragskopf zusammengefügt ist, wobei die zweiten Enden (34) der Auftragselemente dadurch in einem Innenvolumen (20) des Behälters (14) aufgenommen werden.
- Auftragsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, umfassend eine kosmetische Zusammensetzung, die in dem Innenvolumen (20) des Behälters aufgenommen ist, wobei die kosmetische Zusammensetzung vorzugsweise eine Make-up-Zusammensetzung ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von einem Auftragskopf (12, 112) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Bilden von mindestens zwei Auftragselementen (26, 126, 127, 128), wobei jedes Element flexibel ist, wobei jedes der Elemente ohne Außenbelastung im Wesentlichen gerade geformt ist; dann- Biegen von den Auftragselementen, um den ersten Teil (32) und den zweiten Teil (36) zu bilden, die zueinander geneigt sind; dann- Einschließen von den gebogenen Auftragselementen in einen länglichen Körper (22, 122), wobei der Körper die gebogene Form der Auftragselemente aufrechterhält.
