Claims (12)
- Mécanisme de commutation pour un interrupteur de protection incendie (1) destiné à commuter un autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100) pouvant être couplé à l'interrupteur de protection incendie (1), comprenant- un dispositif de déclenchement (10) qui comporte une bobine de déclenchement (11) et un poussoir de déclenchement (12) monté mobile par rapport à la bobine,- un dispositif de couplage (20) permettant le couplage à l'autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100), qui comporte un élément actionneur (21) et un élément de commande (22),- l'élément actionneur (21) ayant une première liaison fonctionnelle avec le poussoir de déclenchement (12) et une seconde liaison fonctionnelle avec l'élément de commande (22), de sorte qu'un mécanisme de commutation de l'autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100) peut être mis en action au moyen de l'élément de commande (22) lors du déclenchement de l'interrupteur de protection incendie (1),
l'élément actionneur (21) et l'élément de commande (22) étant couplés l'un à l'autre de façon que- l'élément de commande (22) soit mis en action également lors d'une mise en action de l'élément actionneur (21) provoquée par le poussoir de déclenchement (12), caractérisé en ce que- l'élément de commande (22) est mobile également indépendamment de l'élément actionneur (21). - Mécanisme de commutation selon la revendication 1, l'élément actionneur (21) et l'élément de commande (22) étant montés de manière rotative autour de leur axe de rotation (24) respectif.
- Mécanisme de commutation selon la revendication 2,
l'axe de rotation (24) de l'élément actionneur (21) et l'axe de rotation (24) de l'élément de commande (22) étant situés de manière concentrique. - Mécanisme de commutation selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,- dans lequel une zone active (13) du poussoir de déclenchement (11) coopère avec un contour actif (23) de l'élément actionneur (21), un point de contact étant formé,- la zone active (13) étant exécutée en tant que surface plane,- le contour actif (23) étant exécuté convexe, de manière à ce que le point de contact soit situé à la même distance de l'axe de rotation (24) à chaque position angulaire de l'élément actionneur (21).
- Mécanisme de commutation selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
une plage d'angle de rotation de l'élément actionneur (21) étant limitée dans une première direction par une première butée mécanique (6). - Mécanisme de commutation selon la revendication 5,
la plage d'angle de rotation étant limitée dans une seconde direction opposée à la première direction par une seconde butée mécanique (7). - Mécanisme de commutation selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6,
une rotation de l'élément de commande (22) dans la première direction au-delà de la première butée (6) étant possible. - Mécanisme de commutation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant un élément élastique (25) qui repousse l'élément de commande (22) dans sa position initiale.
- Mécanisme de commutation selon la revendication 8, l'élément de commande (22) étant pourvu d'un doigt d'entraînement (26) qui emmène l'élément actionneur (21) lorsque l'élément de commande (22) se déplace dans sa position initiale.
- Interrupteur de protection incendie (1) pour la détection d'un arc électrique parasite,- comprenant un boîtier (2) qui présente une face antérieure (3), une face de fixation (4) opposée à la face antérieure (3) et des faces de jonction (5) reliant la face antérieure (3) et la face de fixation (4),- comprenant un mécanisme de commutation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, qui est disposé dans le boîtier (2) et sert à commuter un autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100) pouvant être couplé à l'interrupteur de protection incendie (1),- un dispositif de couplage (20) du mécanisme de commutation étant monté de manière rotative dans une des faces de jonction (5) du boîtier (2).
- Interrupteur de protection incendie (1) selon la revendication 10,
la première butée mécanique (6) et/ou la seconde butée mécanique (7) du mécanisme de commutation étant exécutées en tant que relief sur le boîtier (2). - Système comprenant un interrupteur de protection incendie (1) et un autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100) couplé à l'interrupteur de protection incendie (1),- l'interrupteur de protection incendie (1) étant exécuté selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11,- le couplage de l'interrupteur de protection incendie (1) avec l'autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100) étant réalisé par un engagement par conjugaison de forme de l'élément de commande (22) dans un élément de réception (107) monté mobile de l'autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100),- de façon que, lors d'un déclenchement de l'interrupteur de protection incendie (1), un mécanisme de commutation de l'autre dispositif de coupure de protection (100) couplé à l'élément de réception (107) est mis en action sous l'effet de la mise en action de l'élément de réception (107).
