Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de charnière (1) comprenant un premier moyen de liaison (3) destiné à être fixé à une structure ou un cadre et relié par au moins une broche de charnière (4) à un second moyen de liaison (5) destiné à être fixé à une porte ou un volet pour la ou le tourner par rapport au premier moyen de liaison (3) entre des états extrêmes ouvert et fermé ; ledit dispositif de charnière (1) comprenant un moyen de frottement de glissement (7) qui se déplace en translation avec un frottement de glissement le long d'un siège respectif rectiligne (9) fixé à ou réalisé sur une première face du premier moyen de liaison (3) ; ledit dispositif de charnière (1) comprenant un moyen de tige de liaison (13) dont les extrémités sont reliées de manière rotative, par des broches correspondantes, respectivement au moyen mobile (11) et au second moyen de liaison (5) en les reliant mutuellement ; ledit dispositif (1) étant caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de frottement (7) est fixé au moyen mobile (11) placé en correspondance d'une seconde face, opposée à la première, du premier moyen de liaison (3), que le moyen de frottement (7) a une forme ovale ou rectangulaire avec deux côtés longitudinaux parallèles et le siège respectif (9) a une forme allongée et concave avec des côtés longitudinaux parallèles et avec une section transversale complémentaire de celle du moyen de frottement (7) ; le fond du siège (9) pour le moyen de frottement (7) a une fente traversante (15) parallèle aux côtés longitudinaux et destinée au glissement libre d'une tige d'une vis (19) pour la liaison entre le moyen de frottement (7) et le moyen mobile (11) pour l'ajustement de pression du moyen de frottement (7) contre le siège (9) puis pour l'ajustement du frottement de glissement ; l'un parmi le moyen de frottement (7) et le moyen mobile (11) supportant une vis femelle (20) pour la tige de la vis (19) et l'autre (11, 7) ayant un trou pour le passage libre de la tige de vis et supportant un élément élastique compressible pour la séparation élastique de ce dernier moyen (11, 7) vis-à-vis de la tête de la vis (19).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les côtés parallèles et longitudinaux du moyen de frottement (7) et du siège respectif (9) sont biseautés.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité du moyen mobile (11) opposée au moyen de tige de liaison (13) est reliée à un moyen de corps (22) coulissant le long du premier moyen de liaison (3) dans une direction au moins approximativement perpendiculaire au second moyen de liaison de forme allongée (5) dans l'état fermé extrême et/ou parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du siège (9) pour le moyen de frottement (7).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un premier moyen élastique (24) agissant en compression entre une première liaison, fixée à ou réalisée dans le premier moyen de liaison (3), et une seconde liaison pour ledit moyen élastique, fixée à ou réalisée dans un bord latéral du moyen de corps (22) pour transmettre au second moyen de liaison (5) une force élastique de fermeture.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un moyen de bloc coulissant (26) relié de manière rotative par une broche de rotation respective au bord du moyen de corps (22) opposé au bord du moyen de corps (22) supportant la seconde liaison, un tel moyen de bloc coulissant (26) coulissant avec un frottement le long d'un premier rebord, d'une ailette ou d'un bord formé (28) du premier moyen de liaison (3).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le premier moyen élastique (24) est presque entièrement à l'intérieur du profil du premier moyen de liaison (3) et il comprend un ressort hélicoïdal et un guide de ressort ; ce dernier et le premier rebord, l'ailette ou le bord formé (28) sont de préférence parallèles au siège (9).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un moyen de roulement (30) pivotant vers un support respectif (31) relié à un bord du moyen de corps (22) par un moyen de translation ou une broche d'oscillation (32).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un second moyen élastique (34) agissant en compression entre son premier moyen d'accouplement (35), fixé à ou réalisé dans le moyen de corps (22), et son second moyen d'accouplement (37), fixé à ou réalisé dans le support (31), pour transmettre au moyen de roulement (30) une force élastique de butée poussant ce dernier contre un second rebord, une ailette ou un bord formé (36) du premier moyen de liaison (3).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le second rebord, l'ailette ou le bord formé (36) du premier moyen de liaison (3) comprend au moins un élément parmi une saillie, un renfoncement, une marche, un plan incliné et une nervure (38) destiné à venir en butée contre le moyen de roulement (30) pour fournir, au second moyen de liaison (5), une ou plusieurs positions intermédiaires d'arrêt élastiquement amovible et/ou une force de poussée agissant vers la fermeture pendant la partie de fin de la rotation de fermeture du second moyen de liaison (5).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de frottement (7) et le siège respectif (9) ont des sections transversales en forme de trapèze isocèle ; le moyen de frottement (7) est constitué de plastique, de résine ou d'alliage de cuivre ou d'aluminium, et le siège (9) et le moyen mobile (11) sont constitués de feuille métallique et coulissent en contact mutuel ou à travers l'interposition d'un coussin en plastique.
