Abstract

L'invention concerne une cafetière goutte-à-goutte comprenant un système de mouture et un système d'infusion combinés. Un mécanisme de décharge à vis sans fin amovible raccorde le système de mouture (1) au panier d'infusion (2). Une évacuation du mécanisme de vis sans fin est raccordée au panier d'infusion (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture de distribution (15) qui peut être ouverte ou fermée par un ensemble levier (10). Cette conception de porte fermée du passage de décharge (6) empêche la vapeur d'eau de refluer vers le système de mouture (1). Le mécanisme de décharge à vis sans fin permet de distribuer le café moulu dans n'importe quelle direction. Ainsi, le système de mouture n'est pas limité à une position au-dessus du panier d'infusion (2) ou horizontale par rapport à celui-ci. En outre, le mécanisme de décharge à vis sans fin peut être retiré à des fins de nettoyage.
