Abstract

L'invention concerne un conditionnement de produit nutritionnel (100) comprenant : au moins un récipient (101) rempli d'un produit nutritionnel liquide stérile ; un raccord (103), introduit dans le récipient (101), qui possède une membrane (107) perforée disposée dans une tubulure de remplissage (105) ; et un système de bouchage inviolable (109), relié au raccord (103), qui ferme la tubulure de remplissage (105). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un tel conditionnement de produit nutritionnel (100) contenant un produit nutritionnel liquide. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : préparation (S100, S101) d'un récipient (101), destiné à un produit nutritionnel liquide, équipé d'un raccord (103) qui est introduit dans le récipient et qui comporte une membrane (107) qui ferme hermétiquement un espace intérieur formé dans le récipient (101), ledit espace intérieur du récipient étant stérile ; stérilisation (S103) d'au moins une face extérieure de la membrane (107) du récipient (101) doté de l'espace intérieur stérile dans un environnement aseptique ; perforation (S104) de la membrane (107) stérilisée dans l'environnement aseptique ; remplissage (S105) du récipient (101) avec un produit nutritionnel stérile, par le raccord (103) comprenant la membrane (107) stérilisée et perforée, à l'aide d'une buse de remplissage (150) dans l'environnement aseptique ; et bouchage (S106) du récipient (101) rempli en posant un élément de bouchage (109) sur le raccord (103) comprenant la membrane (107) perforée dans l'environnement aseptique. Ceci donne un conditionnement de produit nutritionnel exempt de germes sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'effectuer un autoclavage final de l'ensemble du récipient rempli.
