Claims (10)

  1. System zum Koppeln eines Werkzeugs, insbesondere eines Löffels, mit einem Baustellengerät, einer Tiefbaumaschine oder dergleichen, insbesondere mit einem Hubarm eines Baustellengeräts, insbesondere eines Baggers, gebildet einerseits aus einer Verbindungsvorrichtung (2), die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Löffel verbunden zu sein, und andererseits aus einem Koppler (1) oder einer Schnellbefestigung, der bzw. die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Baustellengerät verbunden zu sein, wobei das Koppeln einerseits mit Hilfe zumindest eines Hakens (5) erfolgt, der von einer der Verbindungsvorrichtung und der Schnellbefestigung ausgeht und sich an einer entsprechenden Achse (3) der anderen der Verbindungsvorrichtung und der Schnellbefestigung einhakt, und andererseits einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung (6, 7, 8, 10, 15), die von der Achse beabstandet ist und in der Verriegelungsposition die Verbindungsvorrichtung (5) und den Koppler (1) zueinander verriegelt, gekennzeichnet durch Entriegelungssicherungsmittel, die dazu bestimmt sind, bei entriegelter Verriegelungsvorrichtung den Haken an der einen Achse eingehakt zu halten.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entriegelungssicherungsmittel ein relatives Schwenken der beiden Elemente, der Kopplungsvorrichtung und der Schnellbefestigung, in Bezug auf die eine Achse über einen Grenzwinkel hinaus verhindert, über den hinaus sich die beiden Elemente voneinander lösen, beispielsweise einen Winkel von einigen Grad bis etwa zehn Grad.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorrichtung aus einem Nocken, der von einer der Verbindungsvorrichtung und der Schnellbefestigung ausgeht, und einer Gegenfläche, die von der anderen der Verbindungsvorrichtung und der Schnellbefestigung ausgeht, gebildet ist, wobei der Nocken in der Verriegelungsposition mit der Gegenfläche in Kontakt steht.
  4. Kopplungssystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nocken (7) in Bezug auf die Verbindungsvorrichtung bzw. die Schnellbefestigung, von der er ausgeht, drehbar montiert ist.
  5. Kopplungssystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entriegelungssicherungsmittel aus einem Hilfsnocken (17) gebildet sind, der in Bezug auf die Verbindungsvorrichtung bzw. die Schnellbefestigung schwenkbar montiert ist.
  6. Kopplungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Feder, beispielsweise eine Torsionsfeder, so montiert ist, dass sie der Drehung des Hauptnockens (7) in der Entriegelungsrichtung entgegenwirkt.
  7. Kopplungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entriegelungssicherungsmittel eine an zwei Elementen des Kopplungssystems befestigte Kette aufweisen und die Anordnung derart ist, dass die Kette im ausgestreckten Zustand verhindert, dass sich die beiden Elemente in Richtung eines größeren gegenseitigen Abstands relativ zueinander drehen.
  8. Tiefbaumaschine, Baustellengerät oder dergleichen mit einem Hubarm, einem Werkzeug und einem Kopplungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
  9. Werkzeug, insbesondere Löffel, mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung des Kopplungssystems nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
  10. Werkzeug, insbesondere Löffel, mit dem Koppler oder der Schnellbefestigung des Kopplungssystems nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
