Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) comprenant un circuit primaire (21), un circuit secondaire (22), et une tringlerie d'actionnement, dans lequel
    (a) le circuit primaire (21) comprend un contact stationnaire (3) et un contact mobile primaire (19) et un déflecteur de contact mobile (1) connecté de façon rigide celui-ci, ledit contact stationnaire (3) étant connecté à une barre de bus entrante, et ledit contact mobile primaire (19) étant connecté à une barre de bus sortante ;
    (b) le circuit secondaire (22) comprend un interrupteur sous vide (6) connecté électriquement au contact stationnaire (3) sur une borne (5) par une première connexion flexible (4) et un contact mobile secondaire (7) susceptible d'être connecté au déflecteur de contact mobile (1) via un contact à palette (2) et une seconde connexion flexible (18) ;
    (c) la tringlerie d'actionnement comprend un levier (10) et une came profilée (14) pour déplacer l'interrupteur sous vide (6) entre une position de circuit fermé en communication électrique avec le contact stationnaire (3) et une position de circuit ouvert.
  2. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la tringlerie d'actionnement est définie par le transfert du mouvement du contact mobile primaire (19) vers l'interrupteur sous vide (6) avec une distance de déplacement et une vitesse requises.
  3. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le levier (10) est en rotation au niveau d'un premier pivot (11) de préférence autour du milieu de sa longueur afin de connecter la came (14) à une première extrémité (23) du levier et est connecté à un guide (8) au niveau d'une seconde extrémité (33) du levier, le profil du levier (10) étant dépendant de la position de l'interrupteur sous vide (6) dans un appareil de commutation.
  4. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un collier (9) est connecté au guide (8) à une première extrémité du collier et au contact mobile secondaire (7) de l'interrupteur sous vide (6) à une seconde extrémité du collier, ledit guide (8), étant en conjonction avec le collier (9), est configuré pour se déplacer sur un trajet linéaire définissant un trajet de déplacement pour ledit contact mobile secondaire (7).
  5. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le contact à palette (2) est monté rigidement sur une première extrémité d'une base de palette (17) configurée pour être engagée avec le déflecteur de contact mobile (1).
  6. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un levier à palette (16) est connecté en rotation à l'une de ses extrémités au niveau d'un second pivot (13) avec la base de palette (17) et sa seconde extrémité configurée pour être connectée rigidement avec la came (14) sur son autre extrémité, ladite base de palette (17) étant sollicitée par un ressort de torsion contre le levier à palette (16).
  7. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un assemblage (20) constitué du levier à palette (16), de la came (14), de la base de palette (17) et du contact à palette (2) est en pivotement autour d'un troisième pivot (15), ledit assemblage (20) étant sollicité par un ressort de torsion placé au niveau du troisième pivot (15) contre une tige d'arrêt (12) configurée pour empêcher que le levier à palette (16) effectue une rotation dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pendant la fermeture de l'interrupteur sous vide (6).
  8. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la came profilée (14) est définie pour une première région (a) et pour une seconde région (c) de rayons uniformes et une troisième région (b) avec un rayon variable par rapport au troisième pivot (15) afin d'augmenter la longueur et la vitesse de mouvement de l'interrupteur sous vide (6), l'orientation de ladite came (14) étant un facteur de direction pour la mise en place de l'interrupteur sous vide (6) et le profilé résultant du levier (10).
  9. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel un rapport du déplacement sur la came profilée (14) et le contact mobile secondaire de l'interrupteur sous vide (6) dépend du rapport de la distance (L1) entre le premier pivot (11) et un point d'interaction avec la came (14) sur une distance (L2) entre le premier pivot (11) et un point d'interaction entre le levier (10) et le guide (8).
  10. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui adopte quatre positions qui sont une position d'ouverture, une position de déconnexion, une position de séparation, et une position de fermeture.
  11. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la position d'ouverture est une position pour une connexion entre le déflecteur de contact mobile (1) et le contact à palette (2) quand le contact mobile primaire (19) est connecté électriquement au contact stationnaire (3) pour permettre à un courant de s'écouler depuis le contact stationnaire (3) vers le contact mobile primaire (19) via un circuit primaire (21) et via le circuit secondaire (22), et le levier (10) coopérant avec la première région (a) de la came (14) en ne transférant aucun mouvement à l'interrupteur sous vide (6) avec pour résultat que l'interrupteur sous vide est dans la position fermée.
  12. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la position de séparation est une position dans laquelle le contact mobile primaire (19) quitte le contact stationnaire (3) jusqu'à une distance pour atteindre une distance diélectrique suffisante qui amène le circuit primaire (21) à devenir inactif et amène un courant à s'écouler uniquement via le circuit secondaire (22), le levier (10) étant articulé avec la troisième région (b) de la came (14) pour actionner l'interrupteur sous vide (6) afin d'interrompre le courant à l'intérieur de celui-ci, ladite troisième région (b) étant articulée pour atteindre la course et la vitesse désirée du contact mobile secondaire (7) de l'interrupteur sous vide (6).
  13. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la position de déconnexion est une position dans laquelle le levier (19) engage la seconde portion (c) empêche qu'une quelconque poursuite du mouvement soit transférée à l'interrupteur sous vide (6) en provoquant un engagement entre le contact à palette (2) et le déflecteur mobile (1) afin de maintenir l'interrupteur sous vide (6) ouvert pour obtenir une franche interruption de courant.
  14. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la position de fermeture est une position dans laquelle le déflecteur de contact mobile (1), en relâchant le contact à palette (2), rend le circuit primaire (21) et le circuit secondaire (22) inactifs, ledit déflecteur de contact mobile (1) continuant à se déplacer vers le haut, le contact à palette (2) se déplaçant vers le bas avec l'aide de l'assemblage (20) et du ressort de torsion au niveau du troisième pivot (15), ledit levier (10) passant depuis la seconde région (c) à la troisième région (b) et finalement à la première région (a) en fermant l'interrupteur sous vide (6).
  15. Dispositif interrupteur de circuit sous vide (30) selon la revendication 14, dans lequel, sur sa trajectoire descendante, le déflecteur de contact mobile (1) engage la base de palette (17), en amenant la base (17) et avec elle le contact à palette (2) à tourner dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre autour du second pivot (13), ledit déflecteur de contact mobile (1) amenant le contact mobile primaire (19) à engager le contact stationnaire (3) en fermant le circuit primaire (21).
