Description

The invention relates to a roof window assembly having a roof frame and a frame having skylight and with a mounting element for the skylight, in particular roof windows, wherein the mounting element has an insertion opening for the skylight mounting frame, the at least one signal device for the output of a signal upon reaching a Einsetzendstellung the roof window has in the insertion.
It is known to install roof windows, in particular roof windows, in installation openings of roofs of buildings. For this purpose, the installation opening must first be created in the roof. Subsequently, the entire living roof window or alternatively a frame of the roof window is inserted into the mounting hole and fixed to the roof. If only the frame was used, then a sash of the roof window is mounted on the frame. The assembly work is not easy due to the weight of the roof window or the window frame and the often present sloping roof, but exhausting and not dangerous. Furthermore, it is possible with insufficiently careful installation that the roof window is not accurately positioned in the mounting hole. So it may happen, for example, that the roof window is not lowered to a Einsetzendstellung, because this is prevented for example by a trapped foreign body. As a result, the roof window is installed too high and / or obliquely for roofing in the roof.

From the prior art, for example, the publication DE 297 11 747 U1 known. This describes an insulating and mounting frame for a roof window, comprising a frame with top, bottom and side parts, which are made of good insulating material and bear against the top of the formwork, and with a light opening, which is in the formwork generated window opening is uniform, but smaller than the outer frame measurements of the roof window, so that the roof window can be mounted with its frame in abutment against the top of the insulation and mounting frame.
The invention has for its object to provide a roof window assembly that allows easy, safe and accurate roof windows installation.
This object is achieved with a roof window assembly with the features of claim 1. It is envisaged that the signal device a displacing at the onset of the roof window in the insertion opening and displacing upon reaching the Einsetzendstellung in a reset position signal element or on insertion of the roof window in the insertion opening relocating, the signal element entraining and the signal element when reaching the Einsetzendstellung having releasable entrainment element. In principle, therefore, a built-in element for the roof window is provided which has an insertion opening for the roof window having mounting frame having at least one signaling device for the output of a signal upon reaching a Einsetzendstellung the roof window in the insertion opening. In the subject invention, the roof window is not mounted directly on the roof, but with the aid of the mounting frame. For this purpose, the mounting frame is preferably first arranged on the roof and then the roof window, at least its frame, inserted into the insertion opening of the mounting frame. The insertion preferably takes place from the outer roof side. If the roof window, in particular its frame, reaches the defined insertion end position, the signaling device responds and signals to the installer that the roof window or its frame is securely and correctly positioned. For example, if accidentally a foreign body pinched when inserting, the roof window or its frame does not reach the Einsetzendstellung, with the result that the signaling device does not respond and therefore does not give the fitter a signal. In such a case, he will investigate the situation and find the error. Due to the feedback caused by the invention by the signaling of the signaling device a high installation security is guaranteed. Once the inserted into the insertion roof window or the inserted frame has reached the Einsetzendstellung, the attachment of the roof window or the frame is done on the roof. If not the complete roof window, but initially only the frame was mounted, then the sash of the roof window is inserted into the frame.

According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the signal device is an acoustic and / or optical signal device. Upon reaching the Einsetzendstellung the signaling device gives the fitter an acoustic and / or an optical signal. In particular, the acoustic signal may be a clicking sound. The optical signal can preferably consist in that a display appears in a viewing opening of the mounting frame when reaching the insertion end position.

In a first embodiment, the invention provides that the signal device has a signal element which displaces into the insertion opening when the roof window is inserted, which signal element moves into a reset position when the insertion end position is reached. The signal element displaced by the insertion of the roof window into the insertion opening consequently assumes the reset position upon reaching the insertion end position, which characterizes the defined position of the roof window in the mounting frame. The reset position can be a starting position of the signal element that is present when nothing is inserted into the insertion opening of the mounting frame. Alternatively, however, it may also be a position deviating from the starting position of the signal element.

If in the course of the claims and the description of this application of an insertion of the roof window in the insertion, the roof windows inserted into the insertion, and so on, so this statement is always valid for insertion of a window frame of the roof window in the insertion or for the frame used in the insertion opening of the roof window and so on.

A further development of the invention provides that the signal element is a signal element issuing the signal when the reset position has been reached. Consequently, the audible and / or visual signal emanates from the signal element, which characterizes the insertion end position of the window frame or the roof window.

It is preferably provided that the signal element is audibly hitting and arranged when reaching the reset position against a region of the mounting frame. The signal element shifts in proper insertion of the roof window or its window frame in the insertion opening in the reset position, this displacement movement of the signal element causes it to audibly strike against a portion of the mounting frame and consequently emits a corresponding noise, such as a clicking sound that the fitter signals the correct assembly.

It is preferably provided that the signal element is formed and arranged reaching a visual position when the reset position is reached. If an optical signaling of the correct mounting position is provided, the signal element in its return position for the fitter is clearly visible, this visibility signals the proper assembly.

According to a development of the invention, it is advantageous if the signal element is a spring tongue, in particular a spring tongue. The spring tongue is displaced by the onset of the window frame or roof window and speeds when reaching the Einsetzendstellung in the reset position. In particular, can this reset position be the starting position of the elastically bending spring tongue. The springback of the spring tongue results from its elasticity.

In a second embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the signal device has a carrier element which entrains the signal element, in particular the spring tongue, when the roof window is inserted into the insertion opening, releasing the signal element upon reaching the insertion end position. By inserting the roof window or its frame, the driving element is displaced, which in turn acts on the signal element displacing, wherein this action ends when reaching the Einsetzendstellung, so that the signal element can enter the reset position.

It is preferably provided that the mounting frame has at least one insertion opening for a plug-in element of the roof window which acts on the signaling device when the roof window is inserted into the insertion opening. Accordingly, the roof window, in particular its frame, on a male element, which is inserted when inserting the roof window into the insertion opening into the insertion of the mounting frame. The male member energizes the signaling device to emit the signal upon proper assembly.

It is preferably provided that the male member is a Einsteckzunge a mounting element, in particular mounting bracket, the roof window. In order to secure the roof window or its frame securely on the roof or the like, the at least one mounting element is provided. This is preferred Mounting element designed as a mounting bracket. One leg of the angle is on the frame, and another leg of the mounting bracket is attached to the roof or the like. Preferably, the roof window is fixed with at least four such mounting elements, in particular mounting brackets. Each mounting member has a male, wherein preferably on the mounting frame and at least one signal device is provided for each male and thus the correct position of the respective mounting member is monitored during assembly of the roof window or its frame. Only when all signaling devices have signaled correct assembly, the installer can assume a proper and correct positioning of the roof window.

It is preferably provided that the mounting frame has at least one retaining flange which has the insertion opening. The retaining flange serves to hold the mounting frame on the roof, ie, it overlaps the edge of the built-in roof mounting hole and thus prevents the mounting frame falls through the mounting hole in the roof. The installation opening is created in particular on correspondingly arranged roof elements, such as battens or the like. The retaining flange has the insertion opening, wherein preferably a plurality of insertion openings are provided, namely at least as many as mounting elements for mounting the roof window are provided on the roof. Preferably, even further insertion openings can be provided, which are discussed in more detail in the description of the figures. Each insertion opening is associated with a signaling device.

A further development of the invention provides that the signal device has a spring plate component fastened to a portion of the mounting frame. The spring plate component is preferably formed in one piece.

In particular, it can be provided that the spring plate component has a first bend, which is partially cut free to form the spring tongue. By this free cut is a range of bending to the spring tongue.

Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the spring plate component has a second bend, which is partially cut free to form the driving element.

Preferably, the entrainment element is arranged in such an overlapping position relative to the spring tongue that a free end region of the entrainment element overlaps a free end region of the spring tongue.

Also, the second bend is preferably provided with a cutout to form the preferably tongue-like driving element, which is arranged, in particular bent, that the described overlap position to the free end portion of the spring tongue. If, in the course of inserting the roof window or its frame into the insertion opening of the mounting frame of the male element, the driving element acted upon, this is displaced and takes due to the overlap position with the spring tongue. In the course of entrainment entrainment element and spring tongue shift such that from a certain driving position of these two parts, the overlap is lifted, so that the spring tongue can snap back.

When releasing the spring tongue, the entrainment has taken a position that characterizes the proper Einsetzendstellung the skylight in the insertion and therefore the release of the spring tongue, so that they can relocate to their reset position, a guarantee that a proper installation has been made.

According to a development of the invention it is provided that the spring tongue is arranged in the region of an underside of the retaining flange of the mounting frame such that it strikes against the bottom when reaching the return position or applies to the underside or the underside with a small distance opposite. If the spring tongue strikes against the underside of the mounting frame, this results in the audible signal. Placed in the reset position to the bottom or the spring tongue is opposite to the underside with a small distance, it enters the viewing position - especially in a viewing port of mounting frame and / or mounting bracket - and signals in this way the correct installation of the roof window.

According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the retaining flange has the viewing opening for the signal element, in particular the spring tongue. As explained above, the spring tongue is displaced in the course of insertion of the roof window or its frame in the insertion of the driving element, which is remote from the viewing port and thus not or not sufficiently visible. Only when properly installed the spring tongue reaches the reset position, the spring tongue is sufficiently clearly visible through the sight of the installer and signals him the correct installation. For better Recognizability, the spring tongue can be colored. The visible from the signal element in the viewing aperture area thus represents an optical display of the signaling device.

The roof window assembly is further preferably characterized in that the roof window has at least one male element.

Preferably, it is provided in the roof window arrangement that the male element is formed on a mounting element, in particular on a mounting bracket, the roof window. The mounting element is preferably located on the frame of the roof window. Preferably, a plurality of mounting elements are provided, which are arranged at different locations of the window frame of the roof window.

Finally, it is provided in the roof window assembly that the male member is a Einsteckzunge.

The FIG. 1 shows a portion of a roof 1, which is formed as a pitched roof 2. The roof 1 has rafters 3 and counter battens 4 and roof battens 5. Some of the roof battens 5 are not continuously formed to a mounting hole 6 for a from the FIG. 1 not visible roof window to create. In the mounting hole 6, a mounting frame 7 is inserted, which has a holding frame 8. In the embodiment of FIG. 1 the holding frame has a rectangular shape and is of four retaining flanges 9, 10, 11th and 12, which are interconnected by means of corner connectors 13 in the end regions. The mounting frame 7 has an insertion opening 14, in which in the assembly of the roof window, namely its frame, is used. This situation comes from the FIG. 2 out, ie, there is used in the mounting frame 7 frame 15 can be seen. The roof window 16 also has a from the FIG. 2 non-emergent wing frame, which is pivotally connected to the frame 15. The skylight 16 is preferably designed as a living roof windows. The mounting frame 7 is a mounting element. On the frame 15 of the roof window 16 17 and 18 mounting elements 19 are provided near the corner areas at an upper and at a lower frame spar member, wherein the FIG. 2 only the two lower mounting elements 19 shows. The mounting elements 19 are configured as a mounting bracket 20 and serve to attach the window frame to the roof 1. The frame 15 also has two vertical frame spars 21 and 22, to which fastening means 23 may be arranged to provide additional fixing of the frame 15 and thus the Roof window 16 on the roof 1 provide. The FIG. 2 shows further that the mounting frame 7 insulating profiles 24 include attached to the support flanges 9, 10, 11 and 12, preferably clipped, and form a total of 25 Dämmrahmen. The FIG. 2 However, shows the not clipped state of the insulating profiles (exploded view). The FIG. 2 shows a roof window assembly.

The FIG. 3 shows a portion of a retaining flange, for example, the retaining flange 9. It can be seen that it has a receiving channel 26, in which a connecting piece 27 of the associated corner connector 13 can be inserted by clamping. Of the Corner connector 13 has a further connecting piece 28 which is aligned at right angles to the connecting piece 27 in order to fasten the retaining flange 11 thereto. In this way, the holding frame 8 of the mounting frame 7 can be put together.

Diese Ausführungen gelten entsprechend für die weiteren Einstecköffnungen 29 und Signaleinrichtungen 30.According to FIG. 1 the mounting frame 7 at its retaining flange 9 in the two end regions in each case two insertion openings 29. The same applies to the retaining flange 12. The insertion 29 go clearly from the FIG. 4 out. Hereinafter, only one of the insertion openings 29 and each insertion opening 29 associated signal device 30 of the mounting frame 7 will be discussed. These statements apply correspondingly to the further insertion openings 29 and signaling devices 30.

The FIG. 5 shows the area of the retaining flange 12 of FIG. 4 from the bottom. In comparison of the FIGS. 4 and 5 it can be seen that the retaining flange 12 has a support wall 31 and an angle thereto extending, preferably perpendicular thereto extending side wall 32. The support wall 31 serves to support the mounting frame 7 at the edges of the installation opening 6 and has the insertion openings 29. On the side wall 32 is - according to FIG. 5 - The signal device 30 attached, in the exemplary embodiment with two rivets 33. The signaling device 30 is formed by a spring plate member 34. The spring plate member 34 is integrally formed and the individual elements thereof are formed by machining operations such as bending and punching in particular.

The signaling device 30 is in the illustrated embodiment of FIGS. 5 to 8 formed as an acoustic signal device 30. It has a signal element 35, preferably as a spring tongue 36, in particular spring plate 37, is formed. Furthermore, the signal device 30 has a carrier element 38, which is designed as a driving tongue 39.

An die Längserstreckung des Langlochs schließt der Überlappungsbereich 48 an.According to FIG. 5 the spring plate member 34 has a base wall 40, from which a first bend 41 is bent. The first bend 41 is located in the region of a marginal edge 42 of the base wall 40. At a marginal edge 43 of the base wall 40 opposite the marginal edge 42 there is a second angled portion 44, from which the driving tongue 39 extends. Both the spring tongue 36 and the entrainment tongue 39 are created by free cuts, which each free a part of the first bend 41 and the second bend 44. The arrangement is made such that the spring tongue 36 extends in a straight line, while the driving tongue 39 has an angular course and together with the not cut portion of the bend 44 has an approximately Z-shaped course (see FIG. 5 ). Further, the arrangement is such that the driving element 38, so the entrainment tongue 39 has a free end portion 45 and that the spring tongue 36 has a free end portion 46. The two free end portions 45 and 46 face each other, wherein they are a piece in the from the FIG. 5 emerging position overlap such that - starting from the insertion opening 29 of the support wall 31 - at the bottom 47 of the latter, the driving tongue 39 follows and that thereafter the spring tongue 36 is located. The overlap region 48 is located laterally of the insertion opening 39, which is designed as a slot. The overlap region 48 adjoins the longitudinal extension of the slot.

The FIG. 6 shows a portion of the retaining flange 12 of the mounting frame 7 from its top 49 'forth. Visible is the insertion opening 29. Further, the retaining flange 12, a corresponding mounting member 19 of the not in the FIG. 6 associated window frame 15 of the roof window 16 assigned. The assembly element 19 designed as a mounting bracket 20 has an insertion element 49 which is designed as a insertion tongue 50. Preferably, this is a Einsteckzunge freed from the mounting bracket 20 of the roof window 16 and bent 50. Since the mounting bracket 20 is located on the canopy window 16, in particular on the frame 15, occurs - like the FIG. 6 clarified - when inserting the frame 15 in the insertion opening 14 of the roof mounted in the mounting hole 6 mounting frame 7, the insertion tongue 50 in the associated insertion opening 29 of the mounting frame 7. In the FIG. 6 is achieved in a further lowering of the roof window and thus the mounting bracket 20, this state, in the FIG. 7 is shown completed, ie, there is the insertion tongue 50 far penetrated into the insertion opening 29, so that in total the situation according to FIG. 7 or 8th results in which the mounting frame 7 is supported on the associated roof battens 5 and the frame 15 on the mounting frame 7. This complete edition situation corresponds to an insertion end position of the roof window 16 or its frame 15 in the insertion opening 14. In this process explained above, the following happens, in which case in particular the FIG. 7 is to be used. There it can be seen that in the insertion process, the free end 51 of the insertion tongue 50 after passing through the insertion opening 29 at the end portion 45 of the angled extending driving tongue 39 is supported and in this way - at Advancing the insertion process - causes a deformation of the driving tongue 39, as it results from a comparison of Figures 5 and 7. In the course of depressing the end portion 45 of the driving tongue 39 this takes the spring tongue 36, ie, the spring tongue 36 is elastically displaced. This displacement process takes place as long as there is still an overlap of entrainment tongue 39 and spring tongue 36 in the overlapping region 48. However, if the driver tongue 39 is depressed to a certain point, then their free end free the free end of the spring tongue 36 so that it recoils to its original position or back to a reset position, with its striking against the bottom 47 of the support wall 31 a sound , in particular a clicking sound is emitted, which signals the fitter of the roof window that now the end position is reached, so that a Einsetzendstellung the roof window 16 and its frame 15 is achieved in the insertion opening 14 of the mounting frame 7.

According to FIG. 2 For example, the skylight 16 has a total of four mounting brackets 20, namely two each on the frame beams 17 and 18, so that adjusts the corresponding acoustic signal at each of these mounting bracket 20 with proper installation. Subsequently, now an attachment of the roof window 16 and its frame 15 on the roof 1 done. Further, the support frame 8, the insulating profiles 24 are supplied to form the Dämmrahmens 25 and it will be the other components of the roof window 16 mounted.

Since the horizontal distance of the mounting bracket 20 on the upper frame spar 17 is not the corresponding distance to the bottom frame spar 18 corresponds to the installer but should not pay attention to a particular arrangement when mating the mounting frame 7, it is provided that both retaining flanges 9 and 12 of the mounting frame 7 - FIG. 1 - Each has two adjacent insertion openings 29 on each side, wherein each insertion opening 29 is associated with a signal device 30. This always ensures that the respective insertion tongue 50 of the respective mounting bracket 20 during assembly of the roof window 16 can always enter into an insertion opening 29 with associated signal device 30.

Additionally or alternatively, the signal device 30 may also emit only an optical signal, that is to say an optical signal device 30. For this purpose, it is provided according to an embodiment, not shown, that the support wall 31 of the holding frame 8 in the region of the spring tongue 36 has a viewing opening. From the top 49 'of the support frame 8 of the mounting frame 7 forth is then seen that the initially deflected spring tongue 36 is zurückgeschnellt in the Einsetzendstellung again and thus lies close to the viewing port. If the mounting bracket 20 covers the viewing opening, and the mounting bracket 20 could also have an opening at a suitable location, which allows a view of the viewing port.
