Therefore, the contact roller 64 surely comes in contact with the package 22 and the winding drum 20.

Claims (14)

  1. Un dispositif de retirage de fil (28) pour retirer un fil (14) d'une partie de bobinage (17) qui enroule le fil (14) pour former un paquet (22), comprenant :
    un dispositif de saisie et de guidage de fil enroulé (30) comprenant une partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a) pour aspirer et saisir un fil enroulé (14), i.e. un fil (14) du côté partie de bobinage (17) en le déplaçant d'une position d'attente à une position de saisie du côté partie de bobinage (17) ; et
    une partie de détection (68) pour détecter le fil enroulé (14) saisi par le dispositif de saisie et de guidage de fil enroulé (30) ;
    la partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a) qui s'approche de la partie de détection (68) en se déplaçant de la position d'attente à la position de saisie, la partie de détection (68) qui détecte la présence ou l'absence du fil enroulé (14) au sein de la partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a) déplacée vers la position de saisie, caractérisée en ce que la partie de détection (68) comprend :
    une partie émettant de la lumière (68a) pour émettre de la lumière vers une position de détection au sein de la partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a) ; et
    une partie de réception de lumière (68b) pour recevoir de la lumière émise par la partie émettant de la lumière (68a) et reflétée à la position de détection ou émise par la partie émettant de la lumière (68a) et acheminée à travers la position de détection,
    une partie de passage de lumière (69) où de la lumière émise par la partie émettant de la lumière (68a) est acheminée à travers celle-ci est prévue au sein de la partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a).
  2. Le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) selon la revendication 1, où la partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a) comprend :
    une orifice d'aspiration (33) pour aspirer une extrémité de fil du paquet (22) en s'approchant d'une surface circonférentielle extérieure du paquet (22) ; et
    une partie de tube (32) connectée à l'orifice d'aspiration (33), le dispositif de saisie et de guidage de fil enroulé (30) comprend en outre une partie de tige (31) comme point de référence quand l'orifice d'aspiration (33) s'approche du paquet (22),
    la partie de passage de lumière (69) est prévue sur la partie de tube (32).
  3. Le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) selon la revendication 2, où une portion de guidage (32c) pour guider un fil enroulé (14) qui est aspirée par l'orifice d'aspiration (33) à la position de détection est prévue dans la partie de tube (32).
  4. Le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) selon la revendication 3, où la partie de passage de lumière (69) est une plaque transparente prévue dans au moins une partie de la partie de tube (32).
  5. Le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) selon la revendication 3, où la partie de passage de lumière (69) est une encoche prévue dans au moins une partie de la partie de tube (32) pour pénétrer la partie de tube (32).
  6. Le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) selon les revendications 4 ou 5, où
    l'orifice d'aspiration (33) est un orifice en forme de fente qui s'étend parallèlement à un sens d'axe de rotation du paquet (22), la partie de tube (32) comprend :
    une portion cylindrique (32a) ayant une section transversale circulaire à laquelle un passage d'aire est formé ; et
    une portion de connexion (32b) connectée à une portion terminale de la portion cylindrique (32a), la portion de connexion (32b) ayant une section transversale qui change d'une forme circulaire à une forme de fente pour connecter la portion cylindrique (32a) et l'orifice (33),
    la partie de passage de lumière (69) est prévue sur le côté portion de connexion (32b) de la portion cylindrique (32a).
  7. Le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) selon la revendication 6, où
    la partie de passage de lumière (69) est prévue sur une surface circonférentielle de la portion cylindrique (32a), la surface circonférentielle sur un côté opposé à la partie de détection (68) quand le dispositif de saisie et de guidage de fil enroulé (30) saisit un fil enroulé (14).
  8. Le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) selon la revendication 7, où
    une partie de reflet (32d) pour refléter une lumière émise est prévue au sein de la portion cylindrique (32a) sur un côté opposé à la partie de passage de lumière (69) à travers la position de détection.
  9. Un dispositif de bobinage de fil (1) comprenant le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) et la partie de bobinage (17) selon une des revendications 1 à 8, où la partie de détection (68) est installée à la partie de bobinage (17).
  10. Le dispositif de bobinage de fil (1) selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre :
    une partie d'alimentation de fil (15) pour arranger un fil (14) pour être enroulé par la partie de bobinage (17) ; et
    un dispositif de jonction de fil (38) pour joindre un fil enroulé (14) à un fil (14) sur le côté partie d'alimentation de fil (15) quand le fil (14) est déconnecté entre la partie de bobinage (17) et la partie d'alimentation de fil (15), où le dispositif de retirage de fil (28) guide le fil enroulé (14) au dispositif de jonction de fil (38).
  11. Le dispositif de bobinage de fil (1) selon les revendications 9 ou 10, où la partie de détection (68) est installée à une partie métallique (82) de la partie de bobinage (17).
  12. Le dispositif de bobinage de fil (1) selon une des revendications 9 à 11, où la partie de bobinage (17) comprend :
    une partie de support (18) pour supporter un paquet (22) de manière rotative ;
    un rouleau auxiliaire (20) pour assister un bobinage de fil tout en entrant en contact avec le paquet (22) et pour entraîner le paquet (22) à être tourné en conséquence;
    une source d'entraînement (21) pour entraîner le rouleau auxiliaire (20) à être tourné ;
    un mécanisme de va-et-vient pour traverser un fil (14) ; et
    un mécanisme de transmission d'énergie (64) pour transmettre une force d'entraînement générée par la source d'entraînement (21) au paquet (22) et pour ainsi tourner le paquet (22), dans une condition où le paquet est loin du rouleau auxiliaire (20).
  13. Un procédé de jonction de fil réalisé par le dispositif de bobinage de fil (1) selon une des revendications 10 à 12, comprenant :
    une étape de saisie pour réaliser une opération d'aspiration et de saisie dans laquelle le dispositif de saisie et de guidage de fil enroulé (30) s'approche et où alors le paquet (22) est tourné dans les sens inverse du sens de bobinage pour saisir un fil enroulé (14) ;
    une étape de détection pour détecter pour aspirer et saisir le fil enroulé (14) par le dispositif de saisie et de guidage de fil enroulé (30) ;
    une étape d'attente pour continuer l'opération d'aspiration et de saisie jusqu'à ce qu'un temps de réglage est écoulé d'une détection d'aspiration et de saisie du fil enroulé (14) ; et
    une étape de guidage pour guider le fil enroulé (14) au dispositif de jonction de fil (38) après l'achèvement de l'étape d'attente, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de détection comprend les étapes suivantes :
    émettre de la lumière en utilisant la partie de détection (68a) à une position de détection au sein de la partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a) ;
    recevoir de la lumière en utilisant la partie de réception de lumière (68b) qui est émise par la partie d'émission de lumière (68a) et reflétée à la position de détection ou qui est émise par la partie d'émission de lumière (68a) et passée à travers la position de détection, et
    passer de la lumière émise par la partie d'émission de lumière (68a) à travers la partie de passage de lumière (69),
    prévue dans la partie de déplacement et de saisie (30a).
  14. Le procédé de jonction de fil selon la revendication 13, où une étape par défaut d'aspiration et d'attente pour attendre encore jusqu'à ce qu'une anomalie de fil est aspirée par le dispositif de saisie et de guidage de fil enroulé après l'étape d'attente.
