Claims (15)

  1. Abschirmpaneel zur Montage oder Befestigung auf einer Fläche, insbesondere um eine Sichtschutzwirkung sicherzustellen, umfassend eine Bahn (1), vorzugsweise aus Kunststoffmaterial und vorzugsweise mit rechteckiger Form, die an ihren Rändern in einem vorzugsweise steifen, metallischen Rahmen gehalten wird, der von zusammengesetzten Profilen gebildet ist, der Rahmen umfassend zwei Pfosten (2), die geeignet sind, auf einer Fläche angebracht oder befestigt zu werden, die innen mindestens eine Nut (5) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pfosten (2) durch winkelförmige Montageteile (6) mit Querstreben (3, 3') verbunden sind, die jeweils durch einen Zapfen (7) in eine Nut eines entsprechenden Pfostens und durch seinen anderen, vorzugsweise orthogonalen Zapfen (7') in eine Nut einer entsprechenden Querstrebe eingreifen.
  2. Abschirmpaneel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (4), welche die Pfosten (2) und/oder die Querstreben (3, 3') bilden, durch Biegen eines Metallblechs zur Ausbildung der Nuten (5) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  3. Abschirmpaneel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstreben (3) von denselben Hohlprofilen (4) gebildet sind wie die Pfosten (2).
  4. Abschirmpaneel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstreben (3') von Profilen eines anderen Typs gebildet sind, die insbesondere eine H-Form (10) mit zwei ausgerichteten Nuten (11) aufweisen.
  5. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Pfosten (2) ein unteres Endstück zur Auflage auf dem Boden (8), das geeignet ist, durch Einrasten in das Ende eines Pfostens (2) befestigt zu werden, und ein oberes Verschlussstück (9), das ebenfalls geeignet ist, durch Einrasten in das gegenüberliegende Ende des Pfostens (2) befestigt zu werden, aufweist.
  6. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut des Pfostens und/oder der Querstrebe eine Dehnung der Bahn erlaubt und vorzugsweise von elastisch verformbaren Wänden definiert ist.
  7. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querstreben jeweils zwei Nuten aufweisen und/oder die Pfosten jeweils drei Nuten aufweisen.
  8. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Montageteil, vorzugsweise alle Montageteile, eine Dicke unter 15 mm aufweist/aufweisen.
  9. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Montageteil, vorzugsweise alle Montageteile, an jedem Punkt eine Dicke aufweist/aufweisen, die geringer als die Breite der Nuten ist, in die es/sie eingeführt ist/sind.
  10. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Montageteil nicht aus den Nuten hervorsteht, in die es eingeführt ist, oder nur mit einer Rippe (7"), die seine zwei Zapfen verbindet, daraus hervorsteht.
  11. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein, vorzugsweise jedes Montageteil so ausgebildet ist, dass es den Abschnitt der Nut des entsprechenden Pfostens ausfüllt, der sich bezogen auf die Querstrebe auf der Seite erstreckt, die der Bahn gegenüberliegt.
  12. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das weder Schraube noch Nagel aufweist, um die Befestigung der Bahn an den Pfosten und/oder Querstreben sicherzustellen, wobei die Anbringung der Bahn an einen Pfosten vorzugsweise kein anderes Teil erfordert als die Querstreben und die winkelförmigen Montageteile und eventuell das untere und das obere Endstück.
  13. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein, vorzugsweise jedes Montageteil so ausgebildet ist, dass sein Zapfen, der in die Nut des entsprechenden Pfostens eingreift, eine Funktion eines Distanzstücks erfüllt, insbesondere um einen vorbestimmten Abstand zwischen der Querstrebe und dem Ende des Pfostens in der Nähe der Querstrebe sicherzustellen.
  14. Abschirmpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Endfläche (12; 12') einer Querstrebe und/oder eines Pfostens zumindest teilweise gegenüber der Seitenwand eines Pfostens bzw. einer Querstrebe befindet und um mindestens 10 mm von dem Pfosten bzw. der Querstrebe beabstandet ist.
  15. Abschirmwand, die mindestens zwei, sogar mindestens drei, sogar mindestens vier, sogar mindestens fünf Abschirmpaneele, die einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche entsprechen und paarweise miteinander verbunden sind, aufweist.
