Claims (14)
- A support plate (1) for use with container treatment apparatuses and/or equipping apparatuses (100), the support plate (1) comprising- a support surface (5) for a container (3); and- at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) for clampingly securing a container (3) when the container (3) is positioned on the support surface (5), wherein
the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) is designed to be rotationally movable parallel to the plane of the support surface (5) and can be fastened in a force-impinged manner at the lateral outer cover surface of the container (3) for clampingly securing the particular container (3), characterized in that the support surface (5) is spring-mounted perpendicular to the movement direction of the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c). - The support plate as recited in claim 1, with the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) having an abutment area for the container (3) at a free end, which abutment area has a convexly curved design; and/or with the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) being designed to be crescent-shaped.
- The support plate as recited in claim 1 or claim 2, having a forced guidance with- at least one guide element (18), wherein a mechanical engagement exists between the at least one guide element (18) and the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c); as well as with- a rotating ring (15) disposed, at least in some sections, around the support surface (5) and the guide element (18), to which rotating ring (15) the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) is hinged so as to be swivelably movable; and which rotating ring (15) is in operative connection with the at least one guide element (18) for the rotational movement of the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c).
- The support plate as recited in one or more of the claims 1 to 3, having at least two and preferably at least three levers (9a, 9b, 9c) that can be fastened together in a force-impinged manner at the lateral outer cover surface of the container (3) for clampingly securing the particular container (3).
- The support plate as recited in claim 3 and claim 4, with a mechanical engagement existing in each case between the at least two and preferably at least three levers (9a, 9b, 9c) and the at least one guide element (18); and with the at least two and preferably at least three levers (9a, 9b, 9c) being hinged to the rotating ring (15) so as to be swivelably movable such that the at least two and preferably at least three levers (9a, 9b, 9c) are rotationally movable together by way of the forced guidance.
- The support plate as recited in claim 3 and, as the case may be, in one or more of the claims 4 to 5, with the at least one guide element (18) and the rotating ring (15) being linked to each other by way of a bearing that allows a relative rotational movement of the rotating ring (15) in relation to the at least one guide element (18); and wherein the rotating ring (15) has an opening and the at least one guide element (18) has one or more optical markings in the area of the opening, by means of which optical markings information is representable to a user based on relative rotation positions of the at least one guide element (18) in relation to the rotating ring (15).
- The support plate as recited in claim 3 and, as the case may be, in one or more of the claims 4 to 5, with the at least one guide element (18) and the rotating ring (15) being linked to each other by way of a bearing that allows a relative rotational movement of the rotating ring (15) in relation to the at least one guide element (18); and wherein the bearing comprises a plurality of balls (20) that are held in a spring-impinged manner in a radial groove of the at least one guide element (18) and/or in a radial groove of the rotating ring (15).
- The support plate as recited in claim 7, with the at least one guide element (18) having a recess in which at least one spring (22) is mounted that holds the plurality of balls (20) in the radial groove of the rotating ring (15).
- A container treatment apparatus and/or equipping apparatus (100), comprising at least one processing machine (70) for containers (3), a plurality of support plates (1) as recited in claim 1, as well as at least one drive, wherein the plurality of support plates (1) are circulatingly movable about a common axis by way of the drive.
- The container treatment apparatus and/or equipping apparatus (100) as recited in claim 9, with an actuating device, and with the plurality of support plates (1) each having:- at least one guide element (18), wherein a mechanical engagement exists between the at least one guide element (18) and the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c); as well as- a rotating ring (15) disposed, at least in some sections, around the support surface (5) and the guide element (18), to which rotating ring (15) the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) is hinged so as to be swivelably movable; and which rotating ring (15) is in operative connection with the at least one guide element (18) for the rotational movement of the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c);
wherein the actuating device has at least one stationary running surface (60a, 60b), the actuating device being positionable such that the at least one running surface (60a, 60b) can come into surface contact with the rotating rings (15) of the plurality of support plates (1) in the circulating movement of said plurality of support plates (1). - The container treatment apparatus and/or equipping apparatus (100) as recited in claim 10, with the actuating device comprising at least one actuator (50a, 50b) by means of which the at least one running surface (60a, 60b) is adjustable such that the surface contact between the at least one running surface (60a, 60b) and the rotating rings (15) can be undone.
- The container treatment apparatus and/or equipping apparatus (100) as recited in claim 10 or claim 11, comprising at least one first running surface (60a) as well as at least one second running surface (60b), wherein the at least one first running surface (60a) is positionable such that in surface contact with the rotating rings (15) a rotating movement with a first direction of rotation of the particular rotating rings (15) is effectable by way of the at least one first running surface (60a), and the at least one second running surface (60b) is positionable such that in surface contact with the rotating rings (15) a rotating movement with a second direction of rotation of the particular rotating rings (15) is effectable by way of the at least one second running surface (60b), wherein the second direction of rotation runs opposite to the first direction of rotation.
- A method for treating and/or equipping containers (3), the method comprising the following steps:- positioning a container (3) on a support surface (5) of a support plate (1) as recited in one of the claims 1 to 8;- securing the container (3) by means of the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) on the support surface (5), wherein the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) is rotationally moved parallel to the plane of the support surface (5) and in this context comes into contact in a force-impinged manner with a lateral outer cover surface of the container (3);- processing the container (3), wherein the securing of the container (3) on the support surface (5) is maintained while the container (3) is being processed.
- The method as recited in claim 13, with the support plate (1) being moved preferably along a circular path and passing an actuating device in this context, with the actuating device mechanically moving the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) in a rotational manner such that in this context the at least one lever (9a, 9b, 9c) comes into contact in a force-impinged manner with the lateral outer cover surface of the container (3).
