Unterbringungsvolumen für Gegenstände maximieren lässt.Hohlkammerzargen from, for example, a sheet metal material over wood frames made of solid material have the advantage that drawer guide systems can be accommodated therein, which can save height or in a drawer with an underfloor guide can maximize a recording or housing volume for items.
The invention has for its object to expand the design possibilities of a frame, in particular a hollow chamber frame, or an arrangement with a drawer frame.
This object is solved by the independent claims.
The dependent claims relate to advantageous variants of the invention.
The invention is initially based on a frame for a drawer with a wall element and a frame body, wherein the wall element forms at least the upper part of the frame with an upper end face and opposite vertical wall sections. The essential aspect is that on the frame body an upwardly projecting support member is present, wherein the wall element is adapted to be plugged from above on the Zargenkörper with the support member and fixed on the Zargenkörper, wherein the support member and the wall element matched connecting means have, with which the plugged fixed wall element on the support member against a lifting of the Zargenkörper is securable upwards.
Thus, a plugging of the wall element on the Zargenkörper with the support member can be done easily, the Aufsteckvorgang is completed with a state in which the wall element is preferably self-locking on the Zargenkörper available, especially secured against removal of the wall element or lifting up or securable is. In an advantageously comparatively low-construction frame body can be provided at least at one point with the upwardly extending support part for the attachment of the wall element improved or at least in the vertical direction and optionally also in the horizontal direction, extended connection possibility for connecting to the wall element. Advantageously, the frame-side connecting means are present solely on the carrier part, on the rest of the frame body, no connecting means are necessary for connection to the wall element or for cooperation with the wall-element-side connecting means. The wall element covers in the plugged state Preferably, the frame body from above, wherein the wall element is in particular a U-shaped bottom open sheet metal profile.
With the frame according to the invention can advantageously be an external appearance of the frame, with otherwise identical construction of the frame body, customize by choosing a kind of wall element from a variety of different types of wall elements that differ in shape, color, material and / or appearance. The different types of wall elements only have to coincide in the connecting means in order to be able to interact in a similar manner with the carrier part or the part of the connecting means present thereon.
The support member is in particular part of the Zargenkörpers and is on a base body of the Zargenkörpers, for example, a downwardly open sheet profile available. In the open-bottom volume is advantageously a guide for displaceable motion control of the drawer relative to a furniture body accommodated. The frame body with the assembled wall mounted element forms the frame. The length of the wall element and the length of the main body of the Zargenkörpers correspond in particular or determine the length of the frame. In the finished drawer, the wall element and the frame body and thus the frame bridging a distance between a front front wall and a rear-side rear wall, which extend transversely to the sides, wherein two opposite corresponding frames are present.
The support member is preferably a separate fixed to the rest of the Zargenkörper or the frame body attachable component made of, for example, plastic or metal. The component is in particular on a comparatively narrow upper side of the main body of the Zargenkörpers within the horizontal width of the upper side above or close it up. Thus, the width of the frame by the support member opposite the narrow top the body of the Zargenkörpers advantageously not increased.
The carrier part preferably has attachment means, with which a connection between the frame or the frame body and the front or rear wall of the drawer can be set up. The attachment means may on the one hand openings and on the other hand engaging therein projections for attaching the front or rear wall to the frame. The attachment means are in particular designed so that the further wall element with or without plugged wall element on the frame or on the Zargenkörper by means of the attachment means can be attached.
Thus, the support member next to the device of the connection of the wall element with the Zargenkörper serve to connect the other wall element. It is advantageous that the support member is by its vertical protruding extension on the Zargenkörper upwards, over a substantial height inside of the other wall element in supporting abutment can be brought, whereby the other wall element is stabilized against bending or tilting relative to the vertical under load ,
It is also proposed that there are two carrier parts which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the frame body. Thus, an exact positioning or alignment of the wall element on the frame and a high stability of the connection between the plugged wall element and the frame body is advantageously achieved. Furthermore, a connection to a drawer rear wall and via a second or front support part a connection to a drawer front wall can advantageously be realized via a first or rear support part.
Advantageously, both carrier parts are formed as separate components, which are attachable to the Zargenkörper. In particular, exactly two carrier parts are present, a first carrier part in a front end region of the Zargenkörpers and a second carrier part in a rear end region of the Zargenkörpers. Both carrier parts may for example also be flush or only slightly offset from a front side or front side on the Zargenkörper be present. Preferably, both preferably columnar support members are comparatively short relative to the longitudinal extension of the Zargenkörpers, for example, each about 10% of the total length of the Zargenkörpers or the frame. Vertically or in height, the height of the support members is preferably the same and each is about the height of the main body of the Zargenkörpers.
It is not excluded if at least one further support member over the length of the Zargenkörpers between the front and the rear support member is present.
It is also advantageous that the connecting means have a guide track and a sliding along it sliding portion, so that with the connecting means, a relative movement between the sliding portion and the guide track in a Aufsteckvorgang of the wall element can be predetermined. This facilitates an exact attachment and alignment of the wall element on the frame body. In particular, with the nature of the sliding section or the guide track, an exactly aligned end position of the mounted wall element can be set up on the frame body. The guideway advantageously extends substantially in the vertical direction. With the relative movement is advantageously a Aufsetzbewegung of the wall element relative to the support member or to the Zargenkörper specifiable. The guideway and the sliding portion are preferably designed so that in the first phase or in the first moment of Aufsteckens the at least approximately properly oriented wall element to Zargenkörper the guideway and the sliding portion cooperate with each other down with decreasing game, so that threading the connecting means can be done easily. By further plugging the wall element passes in accordance with the interaction exactly right in the final mounting position on the frame body. The guideway and the sliding portion are in particular tuned so that over the entire Aufsteckvorgang the guideway and the sliding portion are in mutually leading or positioning contact. The guideway preferably has differently shaped sections in the slip-on direction. The guideway is present in particular on the at least one carrier part and the at least one sliding section on the wall element. In the case of two carrier parts, each carrier part preferably having two guideways or two sliding sections, the interaction of the guideway and the sliding section on a carrier part is coordinated with the interaction of the guideway and the sliding section on the other carrier part. Thus, the wall element can be fastened or mounted, for example, on two fastening or bearing points, preferably with the same effect, on the frame body.
It is also advantageous that the connection means are designed so that, when the wall element is plugged from above, the movement of the wall element relative to the support part forcibly comprises a movement component in the vertical direction and a movement component in the horizontal direction. Thus, the attachment position of the wall element reached at the end of the attaching operation is stabilized on the frame body. In particular, with the connecting means, the wall element forcibly obliquely downward and front or rear when plugging so offset something in the direction of a front or rear end of the frame out.
An advantageous modification of the subject invention is characterized in that the connecting means has an upwardly open guide track on a support member for guiding a sliding portion on the wall element, wherein the sliding portion is adapted for a Entlangbewegen on the guideway in a Aufsteckvorgang the wall element. The sliding portion is in particular continuously uniform over the entire Aufsteckvorgang on the guideway or smoothly and with low friction. Thus, the Aufsteckvorgang and a clean alignment can be realized advantageously. Also, a reverse training with a bottom open track on the wall element for guiding a sliding portion on a support member is possible. Preferably, an interaction of two guide tracks and two sliding sections is realized on a carrier part and advantageously also in the case of the at least one further carrier part.
Furthermore, it is advantageous that the guide track on a support part and the sliding section on the wall element are matched to one another in such a way that the wall element executes an offset movement towards the front when plugged on. This is when plugging a vertical direction of movement of the wall element down superimposed in a direction towards the front or to a front part of the drawer out, which is preferably done over part of the entire Aufsteckstrecke. The offset to the front or in the horizontal direction is comparatively low or is in the millimeter range, for example in the range of half a millimeter. By contrast, the vertical or vertical movement component bridges a greater vertical distance when plugging on, for example, several millimeters or, for example, 10 to 50 millimeters. With the horizontal displacement movement of the wall element when plugging a front end face of the wall element can be positioned without a gap or against a vertical inner side of the front wall of the drawer.
The offset or thus the pressure mechanism preferably acts in the last section of the Aufsteckvorgangs.
A further advantage can be achieved in that the connecting means have a recessed guide groove on a carrier part and a protruding sliding element on the wall element. This is a particularly reliable and simple design of the connecting means. The sliding element is in particular slidably movable in a guide groove when attaching the wall element. Preferably on two opposite vertically oriented outer sides of a support member each have a guide groove and corresponding to a respective sliding element on the wall element or vice versa. The sliding elements on the wall element project in particular on opposite inner sides of the wall element. The guide groove and an associated sliding element are preferably tuned so that a front end face of the sliding element and opposite outer sides of the sliding element slide along surfaces of the guide groove in contact when the wall element is attached to the frame body. For an advantageous leadership is achieved. The guide groove may be, for example, a channel-shaped depression in the section with a flat groove bottom, connect to the groove walls at right angles to the top and define the depth of the guide groove. The sliding element may be a cylindrical pin portion having a front flat end face, wherein the diameter of the cylinder is adapted to the distance of the groove walls and when attaching the wall portion, the end face of the pin portion slidably comes to rest on the groove base. In addition, advantageously flat portions of the wall element, on which the sliding element projects, and planar portions of the support member, to which the guide groove is recessed, during the Aufsteckvorgang flat in investment and along sliding together, which further improves the Aufsteckvorgang.
In principle, a reversal is also possible, according to which the connecting means have at least one recessed guide groove on the wall element and at least one protruding sliding element on the carrier part cooperating with the guide groove. Preferably, then also at least two opposing sliding elements cooperate with two opposite guide grooves.
It is also advantageous that in each case a support part in a front end portion of the Zargenkörpers and in a rear end portion of the Zargenkörpers is present, wherein the carrier parts are connected in each case via connecting means with a guide track and a sliding along the guide rail sliding portion with the wall element. This allows a clean Aufsteckbewegung, in which conditions are created that tilting or jamming of the wall element is excluded on the Zargenkörper when attaching the wall element.
According to an advantageous variant, the connecting means comprise an elastically evasive web section, which comes into contact with the carrier part with a counterpart section when reaching a predetermined mounting depth of the wall element from above on the carrier part. With a preferably small elastic deflection movement of the web portion on the counter portion, it is possible to provide a clamping action or a clamping force by which the wall element is clamped to the support member, at least when the wall element has reached the final Aufsteckposition on Zargenkörper. The clamping force has an advantageous effect, in particular in the longitudinal direction of the frame.
It is also advantageous that an insertable between two spaced support parts elongated stabilizing part is provided. In particular, the stabilization part runs horizontally or in the longitudinal direction of the frame body. The stabilizing part, for example, a cylindrical profile element is advantageously releasably attached to the two support parts, in particular in each case in an upper region of the support parts facing away from the main body of the Zargenkörpers.
Finally, it is also advantageous that the wall element forms the outer contour of the frame, which is visible in a mounted state on a finished drawer from above, from the outside and from the inside for a user.
The invention also extends to a drawer with a frame as defined above or a piece of furniture with such a drawer.

Claims (13)
- Frame (2) for a drawer, with a wall element (1) and a frame body (3), wherein the wall element (1) forms at least the upper part of the frame (2) with an upper facing surface (6) and opposing vertical wall sections (7-11), wherein a laterally protruding support part (14, 15) is provided on the frame body (3), characterised in that the wall element (1) is designed for being plugged onto the frame body (3) with the support part (14, 15) from the top and for being fixed to the frame body (3), wherein the support part (14, 15) and the wall element (1) have connection means matched to each other, with which the plugged-on fixed wall element (1) can be secured on the support part (14, 15) against being lifted off the frame body (3) at the top.
- Frame according to claim 1, characterised in that two support parts (14, 15) are provided at a distance from each other in a longitudinal direction of the frame body (3).
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connection means have a guide track (30,31,37,38,39) and a sliding section (20, 21, 19, 25a, 27, 28) that can be moved along the same in such a way that a relative movement can be predetermined between the sliding section (20, 21, 19, 25a, 27, 28) and the guide track (30, 31, 37, 38, 39) with the connection means during a plugging-on process of the wall element (1).
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connection means are formed so that moving the wall element (1) relative to the support part (14, 15) when plugging the wall elements (1) on from above essentially comprises a movement component in a vertical direction and a movement component in a horizontal direction.
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connection means have a guide track (30, 31) open at the top at a support part (14), for guiding a sliding section (20, 21) on the wall element (1), wherein the sliding section (20, 21) is adapted for moving along the guide track (30, 31) during a plugging-on process of the wall element (1).
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide track (30, 31) on a support part (15) and the sliding section (20, 21) on the wall element (1) are matched to each other in such a way that the wall element (1) carries out a forward offsetting movement when it is plugged on.
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connection means have a recessed guide groove (30, 31, 37) on a support part (14) and a protruding sliding element (20, 21, 19) on the wall element (1).
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a support part (14, 15) each is provided in a front end section of the frame body (3) and in a rear end section of the frame body (3), wherein the support parts (14, 15) can each be connected with a guide track (30, 31, 37, 38, 39) and a via connection means, and a sliding section (20, 21, 19, 25a, 27, 28) that can be moved along the guide track (30, 31, 37, 38, 39) with the wall element (1).
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connection means comprise an elastically avoidable ridge section (19, 25) which comes into abutment against the support part (14, 15) with a countersection (15a, 37) upon reaching a predetermined plug-on depth of the wall element (1) onto the support part (14, 15) from above.
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an elongated stabilisation part (29) is envisaged to be inserted between two support parts (14, 15) distanced from each other.
- Frame according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the wall element (1) forms the outer contour of the frame (2), which is visible from above, from the outside and from the inside for a user in an assembled condition on a finished drawer.
- Drawer with a frame (2) according to claim 11.
- Furniture with a drawer according to claim 12.
