Definitions

  • the invention relates to a panic bar for actuating a door locking mechanism of a door leaf having a door assembly, with a transmission and with at least one actuating lever having actuating means, wherein at least one illuminated, illuminated and / or colored accentuated intermediate ring between the transmission and the actuating lever is provided.
  • Panic bars are used as actuators for the opening of doors and serve for a simplified operation of a door locking mechanism of a door, for example in emergency situations. For this reason, the use of panic bars is often provided for escape route doors. By pressing on an almost over the entire door width extending actuator panic bar this is pivoted to the door leaf, which releases the door via a mechanism and thus the opening of the door is enabled. In particular, this allows a larger crowd to quickly leave a danger area in an emergency without the need for a door handle to be operated by an individual.
  • panic bars are often associated with a special labeling in relation to the door function.
  • escape route doors are usually identified by a corresponding signage near the door, by a particular color or a label of the door and / or the panic bar.
  • identification forms such as a paint in a signal color, only passively recognizable by external lighting.

  • the circuit board 40 of the illumination device has three light sources 41 in the form of light-emitting diodes, while in the case of the light source in FIG Fig.
  • RGB LEDs are preferably used as lighting means, since they allow a different color lighting of the intermediate ring 9 in a simple manner and in a compact design.
  • the circuit board 40 is preferably disposed within the cap 10, so that it, like the mechanics of the transmission 8, protected by the cap 10 and is covered.
  • the covering cap 10 has at least one recess 43 associated with the circuit board 40 and / or the lighting means 41.
  • the recess 43 is formed such that the circuit board 40 is substantially exposed on the side facing the intermediate ring 9, that is to say in the emission direction of the lighting means 41.
  • the cap 10 has only recesses 43 at the positions of the lamps 41.
