Claims (10)
- Batterie secondaire, comprenant :une cellule nue (B) comportant une première surface (120u) ayant une borne d'électrode (140) et des surfaces latérales (120f, 120s) perpendiculaires à la première surface ; etune première couche de couverture (160) et une deuxième couche de couverture (170) reliées électriquement à la cellule nue,les surfaces latérales comportant une paire de premières surfaces latérales (120f) qui sont parallèles l'une à l'autre, et une paire de deuxièmes surfaces latérales (120s) reliant la paire de premières surfaces latérales l'une à l'autre,la première couche de couverture comportant une première région (162) adjacente à la première surface, et une deuxième région (163) adjacente à l'une de la paire de deuxièmes surfaces latérales,la deuxième couche de couverture comportant une troisième région (172) chevauchant la première région, et une quatrième région (173) chevauchant la deuxième région ;dans laquelle la cellule nue comporte :un ensemble d'électrodes (110) comportant une première plaque d'électrode (111), une deuxième plaque d'électrode (112), et un séparateur (113) entre la première plaque d'électrode et la deuxième plaque d'électrode ;une boîte (120) recevant l'ensemble d'électrodes (110) et ayant une ouverture dans un côté de celle-ci ; etune plaque de capuchon (130) scellant l'ouverture de la boîte,dans laquelle la plaque de capuchon forme la première surface, et dans laquelle la première région est reliée électriquement à la plaque de capuchon, et la troisième région est reliée électriquement à la borne d'électrode ;dans laquelle une première borne (164) fait saillie depuis une partie de la deuxième région, une deuxième borne (174) fait saillie depuis la quatrième région et est séparée de la première borne ;dans laquelle une partie d'extension (175) de la deuxième couche de couverture est agencée pour s'étendre depuis la quatrième région entre la première borne et la deuxième borne, dans laquelle une bande de fixation (190) est attachée à la partie d'extension, et la bande de fixation s'étend jusqu'à la paire de premières surfaces latérales.
- Batterie secondaire telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 1, dans laquelle la troisième région est plus longue que la première région et la deuxième région est plus longue que la quatrième région.
- Batterie secondaire telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la paire de deuxièmes surfaces latérales a une superficie plus petite que celle de la paire de premières surfaces latérales.
- Batterie secondaire telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle la deuxième région est pliée perpendiculairement depuis la première région, et la quatrième région est pliée perpendiculairement depuis la troisième région.
- Batterie secondaire telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 1, dans laquelle la borne d'électrode et la troisième région sont reliées électriquement l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de protection thermique (180).
- Batterie secondaire telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 1 ou 5, dans laquelle au moins l'une de la deuxième région et de la troisième région dans la première couche de couverture et la deuxième couche de couverture est revêtue d'un film isolant.
- Batterie secondaire telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la première borne fait saillie depuis une partie d'extrémité de la deuxième région.
- Batterie secondaire telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, la batterie secondaire comportant une deuxième surface qui est opposée à la première surface, où les première et deuxième bornes sont agencées pour s'étendre dans une direction perpendiculaire à une direction entre les première et deuxième surfaces.
- Bloc-batterie secondaire, comprenant :une pluralité de batteries secondaires agencées dans une première direction parallèlement les unes aux autres ; etun module de circuit de protection (20) relié électriquement à la pluralité de batteries secondaires,dans lequel chacune de la pluralité de batteries secondaires est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 ; etdans lequel le module de circuit de protection est relié à la première borne et à la deuxième borne parallèlement à la paire de deuxièmes surfaces latérales.
- Bloc-batterie secondaire tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 9 lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 8, dans lequel la première surface d'une batterie secondaire fait face à la deuxième surface d'une batterie secondaire voisine.
