Claims (4)

  1. Tragbarer Stempel, umfassend
    ein Stempelgehäuse (10) mit einer Befestigungskammer (11),
    eine untere Öffnung (12), die an einem Boden des Stempelgehäuses (10) gebildet ist und mit der Befestigungskammer (11) in Verbindung steht,
    eine erste Seitenwand (13) mit einem Führungsschlitz (17), der sich längs erstreckt und mit der Befestigungskammer (11) in Verbindung steht,
    eine zweite Seitenwand (14), die der ersten Seitenwand (13) gegenüberliegt, und zwei Querseitenwände (15), die gegenüberliegend zwischen der ersten Seitenwand (13) und der zweiten Seitenwand (14) gebildet sind,
    ein Antriebselement (20), das längs verschiebbar in der Befestigungskammer (11) des Stempelgehäuses (10) befestigt ist,
    ein Betätigungselement (30), das verschiebbar an der ersten Seitenwand (13) des Stempelgehäuses (10) befestigt ist und einen Griff (31) aufweist, der an einer äußeren Fläche der ersten Seitenwand (13) des Stempelgehäuses (10) befestigt ist, und eine Verbindungsstange (32), die von einer inneren Fläche des Griffs (31) hervorsteht, befestigt durch den Führungsschlitz (17) der ersten Seitenwand (13) und verbunden mit dem Antriebselement (20), ein Tintenelement (40) mit Tinte, schwenkbar über eine ersten Schwenkstange (44) und eine erste Torsionsfeder (45) an dem Antriebselement (20) befestigt und mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändern, und einen Stempelsitz (50) zum Befestigen einer Stempelplatte (60) mit einer Stempelfläche, wobei der Stempelsitz (50) schwenkbar über eine zweite Schwenkstange (53) und eine zweite Torsionsfeder (54) an dem Antriebselement (20) befestigt ist, wobei der Stempelsitz (50) und das Tintenelement (40) wahlweise Seite an Seite in dem Stempelgehäuse (10) angeordnet sind oder angetrieben werden aus dem Stempelgehäuse (10) hinaus zu schwenken, wobei der tragbare Stempel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    jede von wenigstens einer der Querseitenwände (15) des Stempelgehäuses (10) eine Positionierungsvertiefung (18) aufweist, die in einer inneren Fläche der Querseitenwand (15) gebildet ist und sich durch einen unteren Rand der Querseitenwand (15) erstreckt; und
    jeder von wenigstens einem der Seitenränder des Tintenelements (40) einen Positionierungsvorsprung (46) aufweist, wobei jeder des wenigstens einen Positionierungsvorsprungs (46) wahlweise in einen entsprechenden der wenigstens einen Positionierungsvertiefung (18) des Stempelgehäuses (10) eingreift.
  2. Tragbarer Stempel gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei
    die erste Seitenwand (13) des Stempelgehäuses (10) weiterhin zwei Befestigungslöcher (19) aufweist, die jeweils an zwei Enden des Führungsschlitzes (17) gebildet sind und relativ zu den zwei Enden des Führungsschlitzes (17) vergrößert sind und mit dem Führungsschlitz (17) in Verbindung stehen;
    die zweite Seitenwand (14) des Stempelgehäuses (10) eine Bewegungsvertiefung (16) aufweist, die durch die zweite Seitenwand (14) hindurch gebildet ist und sich durch einen unteren Rand der zweiten Seitenwand (14) erstreckt;
    die Verbindungsstange (32) des Betätigungselements (30) aufweist
    ein entferntes Ende;
    einen Endanschlag (33), der benachbart zu dem entfernten Ende der Verbindungsstange (32) gebildet ist, durch eines der Befestigungslöcher (19) des Stempelgehäuses (10) befestigt ist und mit dem Antriebselement (20) verbunden ist; und
    einen Halsabschnitt (34), der zwischen dem Endanschlag (33) und dem Griff (31) gebildet ist und in dem Führungsschlitz (17) des Stempelgehäuses (10) verschiebbar ist;
    eine Kompressionsfeder (35), die um das entfernte Ende der Verbindungsstange (32) herum befestigt ist und zwei Enden aufweist, die jeweils an dem Endanschlag (33) und dem Antriebselement (20) anliegen;
    wobei das Tintenelement (40) wahlweise schwenkt, um durch die Bewegungsvertiefung (16) des Gehäuses (10) hervorzustehen; und
    ein äußerer Durchmesser des Endanschlags (33) bezüglich der Größe einem Innendurchmesser jedes der Befestigungslöcher (19) entspricht und größer ist als ein Außendurchmesser des Halsabschnitts (34).
  3. Tragbarer Stempel gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei
    das Antriebselement (20) aufweist
    eine Basis (21) mit einem Montageloch (25);
    einen erweiterten Arm (22), der von der Basis (21) und in Richtung der unteren Öffnung (12) des Stempelgehäuses (10) hervorsteht und eine Seitenfläche aufweist, die der Bewegungsvertiefung (16) des Stempelgehäuses (10) zugewandt ist;
    einen Tintenschwenkabschnitt (23), der an der Basis (21) gebildet ist und neben der Seitenfläche des erweiterten Arms (22) angeordnet ist; und
    einen Stempelschwenkabschnitt (24), der an einem entfernten Rand des erweiterten Arms (22) gebildet ist;
    sich die Verbindungsstange (32) des Betätigungselements (30) in das Montageloch (25) des Antriebselements (20) erstreckt;
    das Tintenelement (40) enthält
    einen Tintenhalter (41) mit
    einer Hauptplatte (411) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Endrändern und zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändern;
    einem Endschwenkabschnitt (413), der an einem der Endränder der Hauptplatte (411) gebildet ist und schwenkbar über die ersten Schwenkstange (44) und die erste Torsionsfeder (45) an dem Tintenschwenkabschnitt (13) des Antriebselements (20) befestigt ist; und
    eine Endplatte (412), die an dem anderen Endrand der Hauptplatte (411) gebildet ist, sich nach innen erstreckt und eine Seitenfläche aufweist, wobei die Seitenfläche der Endplatte (412) in Richtung des Endschwenkabschnitts (413) gerichtet ist;
    eine Tintenpatrone (42), die entfernbar an dem Tintenhalter (41) befestigt ist; und
    ein Tintenkissen (43), das mit der Tinte durchtränkt ist und in der Tintenpatrone (42) befestigt ist und aus dieser hervorsteht;
    der wenigstens eine Positionierungsvorsprung (46) des Tintenelements (40) an wenigstens einem der Seitenränder der Hauptplatte (411) gebildet ist und benachbart zu der Endplatte (412) angeordnet ist;
    der Stempelsitz (50) enthält
    eine Befestigung (51) mit einer Befestigungsfläche (511) und einer rückwärtigen Fläche (512), die einander gegenüberliegen; und
    einen Schwenkabschnitt (52), der an einer Mitte der rückwärtigen Fläche (512) der Befestigung (51) gebildet ist und schwenkbar über die zweite Schwenkstange (53) und die zweite Torsionsfeder (54) an dem Stempelschwenkabschnitt (24) des Antriebselements (20) befestigt ist; und wobei
    die Stempelplatte (60) mit der Stempelfläche an der Befestigungsfläche (511) der Befestigung (51) befestigt ist.
  4. Tragbarer Stempel gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei
    der Tintenhalter (41) des Tintenelements (40) weiterhin aufweist
    ein Eingriffsloch (414), das benachbart zu dem Endschwenkabschnitt (413) des Tintenhalters (41) gebildet ist; und
    einen Positionierungshaken (415), der an der Seitenfläche der Endplatte (412) gebildet ist;
    die Tintenpatrone (42) des Tintenelements (40) durch den Positionierungshaken (415) des Tintenhalters (41) eingehakt ist und aufweist
    einen Endrand;
    eine Seitenfläche, die dem erweiterten Arm (22) des Antriebselements (20) zugewandt ist;
    eine Befestigungsvertiefung (421), die in der Seitenfläche der Tintenpatrone (42) gebildet ist und das Tintenkissen (43) aufnimmt; und
    eine elastische Eingriffsplatte (422), die an dem Endrand der Tintenpatrone (42) gebildet ist und in das Eingriffsloch (414) des Tintenhalters (41) eingreift.
