Abstract

The invention relates to a garment comprising at least one sleeve that has an elasticity arranged to be able to exert a compressive force on the part of the body that is intended to cover.

It applies in particular to clothing arranged for the practice of sports activities such as fitness, in which the wearer's limbs are subjected to repeated movements of flexion and extension, which induce in particular movement of the garment relative to the body. of the carrier.

To fight against cellulite, some manufacturers have developed clothing generating physiological effects on the body by applying a compression on the skin, including promoting venous return and lymphatic drainage, combined with local mechanical and / or chemical stimulation of the skin. skin tissues.

There are for example compression tights whose textile material is provided with microcapsules containing active substances that are released in contact with the skin, such as caffeine associated with shea butter to promote the burning of fat. Compression tights were also made from fibers incorporating microspheres containing a ceramic powder capable of emitting infrared radiation in order to thermally stimulate cutaneous microcirculation.

However, such tights are made to be very inseaming, which is uncomfortable and make them poorly suited to the practice of physical activity promoting circulation and loss of fat. In addition, the effectiveness of clothes incorporating active substances is limited in time, said substances being sensitive to washing said clothes.

Document is also known EP-1713352 a compression garment such as a tights or a T-shirt whose inner face is provided with discrete and hemispherical silicone pins which are intended to exert, when practicing a sport, anti-cellulite action by pressure and massage on the body areas on which said pins are in contact.

However, this solution is not entirely satisfactory in that the geometry of the pins does not allow a combined pressure and pinching of the skin between said pins which are sufficient for an effective micro-massage action. In addition, the document EP-1713352 provides a spacing between the pins to ensure aeration of the body area they cover, thus limiting the massing effect of the pins.

The invention aims to improve the prior art by proposing in particular a garment arranged to be able to exert an improved micro-massage action on localized parts of the wearer's body, in particular during the practice of a physical activity, in order to benefit from an anticellulite action on said parts.

For this purpose, the invention proposes a garment comprising at least one sleeve intended to cover a part of the body of a wearer, said sleeve having at least one region whose inner face is equipped with a network of pins, said sleeve being arranged to be able to exert a compressive force of the pins on the skin of the part of the body which is intended to be disposed facing the network, said pins each having a trigonal base and being distributed in the network so as to form cells between adjacent pins, said sleeve being arranged so that the pins can exert a pressure on the skin which is sufficient to form a protuberance of skin in at least one cell to ensure a micro-massage of said protuberance during relative movements between said network and said body portion.

Advantageously, the elasticity of the material is chosen so that the garment does not constitute an inconvenience and does not cause additional mechanical stress during the repetitive movements of the wearer's body. To do this, the elastic material constituting the sleeve 1 may be a fabric or knit of synthetic threads whose resilience is sufficient to exert a force of compression on the part of the body, said material being able to consist for example of polyamide and / or elastane-based yarns.

According to the embodiment shown on the figure 1 , the garment is intended to be worn on the lower part of the wearer's body, in the form of a glue arranged to cover said lower part, from the waist to the ankles of said wearer.

The garment has an upper cover sleeve 1a of the pelvis comprising a waist portion intended to be worn around the wearer's waist and a portion intended to cover the buttocks and the upper thighs of said wearer. The garment also has two sleeves 1b, 1c covering respectively one leg of the wearer, each of said sleeves extending under the upper sleeve 1a to surround said leg.

However, the invention is not limited to this embodiment, particularly in relation to the dimensions of the garment and the parts of the body that it covers, said garment being able to be in particular a T-shirt, a long-sleeved jersey, shorts or a corsair.

At least one sleeve 1 of the garment has one or more regions whose inner face is equipped with a network 2 of raised spikes 3 arranged during the movements of the wearer and in combination with the stretchability properties of said sleeve against the part of the body of said wearer, to grant said garment a function including anti-cellulite by a micro-massage action of said body part by said network.

The regions equipped with networks 2 of pins 3 are arranged opposite determined body parts, especially those most affected by cellulite and the resulting orange peel effect, to allow localized stimulation and treatment. Depending on the part of the body that they cover, the regions may be equipped with one or more networks 2 of different sizes and configurations for action adapted to said body part.

In relation to the figure 1 each sleeve 1a-1c comprises at least one region whose inner face is equipped with a network 2 of pins 3, said region being disposed in a posterior upper zone of said sleeve.

The upper sleeve 1a thus comprises two networks 2 arranged in a covering region of respectively a buttock of the wearer, the sleeves 1b, 1c covering the legs each comprising a network 2 disposed in a lap region of respectively a thigh of said wearer.

The action of the garment can be extended by providing other regions equipped with such networks 2. For example, each sleeve 1b, 1c may comprise an anterior thigh region and / or a lower posterior region whose inner face comprises a such a network 2 which is intended to be in contact with respectively the anterior surface of the thigh of the wearer and the posterior surface of his calves.

Each sleeve 1 is arranged to be able to exert at the level of the regions a compressive force of the pins 3 on the skin of the part of the body which is intended to be disposed opposite the network 2, inducing a depression of said pins in said skin. Preferably, the pins 3 are made from at least one adherent material in contact with the skin, for example of silicone or elastomer type, having a coefficient of friction with the skin which promotes the maintenance in the pressure position of said pins. against said skin especially during relative movements between the network 2 and the body part.

The network 2 of pins 3 can be formed directly on the inner face of the sleeve 1 by a textile fastening technique, for example by coating. However, to facilitate the making of the garment, it is preferably provided to form each network 2 on an association support 4 which is fixed on the inner face of the corresponding region, said network extending over all or part of said support. The support 4 is advantageously made in one piece with the pins 3 and in an identical material, for example by molding, said support being associated on the inner face of the sleeve 1, for example by heat-sealing or sewing.

Alternatively, the support 2 may be made from a textile material on which the pins 3 are made in particular by coating. In another embodiment, the network 2 of pins 3 can be made during the making of the garment, for example by knitting in three dimensions.

According to the embodiment shown, the networks 2 of the upper sleeve 1a are formed on a circular support 4, the networks 2 of the sleeves 1b, 1c of leg cover being formed on trigonal supports 4 extending along the regions posterior covering of the thighs.

Each pin 3 has a trigonal base 5 being distributed in the network 2 so as to form cells 6 between adjacent pins 3. In particular, each sleeve 1 is arranged so that the pins 3 can exert pressure on the skin which is sufficient to form a protuberance of skin in at least one cell 6 to ensure a micro-massage of said protuberance during relative movements between the network 2 and the corresponding body part.

The network 2 thus has an alternation of pins 3 trigonal base 5 and cells 6 which is arranged to be able to exert pressure and pinch forces of the skin during the movements of the wearer, for example during a sport, to allow a micro-massage, the trigonal geometry of said bases allowing a micro-massage in three directions for optimal efficiency.

In particular, when the garment is worn during a physical activity, such a network 2 can reproduce, by driving the pins 3 and displacement of said network relative to the body of the wearer, a massage action called "palpate-rolling" in each region of said garment, for smoothing the skin by lastingly reducing cellulite, especially by breaking the dimpling, drainage and activation of the blood and lymphatic circulation. In particular, the network 2 can move on the skin and / or with the skin relative to cellulite.

According to the embodiments shown, the network 2 has a superposition of rows of pins 3 which extend in one direction. The rows may comprise a number of different pins 3 according to the geometry of the support 4 association.

Furthermore, the network 2 can be discrete by having adjacent pins 3 which are spaced apart in at least one direction, allowing greater freedom of deformation of said pins relative to each other. In relation to figures 2 and 3 an embodiment of a network 2 is described whose bases 5 of the pins 3 are spaced from each other at their corners 7.

To ensure efficient pinching of the skin in the cells 6, there is provided a spacing between the adjacent pins 3 which is less than 75% of the dimension of their base 5 in the direction of separation.

Alternatively, it is also possible to connect the adjacent pins 3 in the network 2 via at least one corner 7 of their base 5. In connection with the figure 4 , the network 2 forms a continuous lattice having adjacent pins 3 in contact at the corners 7 of their base 5 so as to form cells 6 which are closed at said bases.

On the Figures 2 to 4 , the pins 3 are arranged in staggered rows, two consecutive pins 3 in a row and two consecutive pins 3 in a column being spaced respectively transversely and longitudinally by a cell 6. In this configuration, the pins 3 are distributed in the network 2 according to a symmetry order 3, each cell 6 being defined between three adjacent pins 3, promoting the deformation back and forth protuberances formed in said cells for the destruction of fat cells.

As a variant, the pins 3 can be distributed in the array 2 in a symmetry of order 4, being arranged in rows and columns in an aligned manner ( figure 5 ). In this configuration, the bases 5 of two consecutive pins 3 in a column respectively have a wedge 7 and a side 8 arranged opposite, the cells 6 being respectively defined between four pins 3.

To be able to form a skin protrusion sufficient for the micro-massage action while ensuring optimal wearing comfort, the pins 3 may have a base 5 of maximum dimension less than 15 mm and a height less than 10 mm. In particular, the height of the pins 3 may be 2.5 mm, the maximum dimension of the base being 7 mm.

The invention is not limited to a single configuration or fixed dimensions of pins 3 in a network 2. The network 2 may for example have discrete areas of spikes 3 spaced apart and continuous areas of pins 3 connected. It is also possible to provide pins 3, the dimensions of which, in particular height, are arranged so as to form an anatomical relief network 2 in order to optimize the comfort of carrying and treatment by micro-massage.

In addition, the shape of the trigonal base 5 and the geometry of the pins 3 may differ from one network 2 to another and / or from one type of garment to another depending, for example, on the desired micro-massage force.

Advantageously, the pins 3 have a pyramidal geometry that extends from their respective base 5 to a vertex 9, said pins each having three walls 10 separated by a pair of halves 11. The cells 6 are thus formed between the walls 10. view of the adjacent pins 3, in particular between three walls 10 of respectively a pin 3 when the distribution of said pins is carried out according to a symmetry of order 3.

Within the same network 2, the pins 3 may have different dimensions and pyramidal geometries to exert more or less strong pressures and form more or less prominent protuberances depending on the body parts to be treated.

In particular, the pyramidal geometry of the pins 3 induces a convergence of the cells 6 towards the inside, which, in combination with the edges 11 of said pins, promotes the maintenance of the skin protuberances in said cells, in particular during the movements of the wearer, generating thus a relative displacement of said protuberances with respect to the parts of the body in which the pins 3 are depressed to allow the desired micro-massage action.

In relation to the figure 6a the pins 3 have a substantially equilateral triangular base 5, the sides 8 of said base being rectilinear. Alternatively, the base 5 of the pins 3 may be triangular while being substantially isosceles ( figure 7a ) or whatever ( figure 7b ).

In one embodiment, the base 5 may have at least one convex side 8. In relation to the Figure 7c , the pin 3 comprises a trigonal base 5 having three convex sides 8, inducing a greater pinching of the skin protuberances disposed in the adjacent cells 6.

In addition, the pins 3 may have at least one convex wall 10 to modulate the micro-massage action, in particular to obtain an optimal compromise between effectiveness of said action and comfort of carrying. It is also possible to provide pins 3 whose walls 10 meet at a sharp apex 9 to promote the adhesion of the network 2 to the skin and the depressed hold of said pins, the edges 11 of said walls being convex ( figures 8b ) or rectilinear ( figure 8c ).

Alternatively, the walls 10 of a pin 3 may each extend from the base 5 of said pin to a pointed vertex 9, said vertex forming an upper wall 12 for supporting said pin on the skin. In particular, a pin 3 may have convex walls connected to a rounded upper wall 12 which extends continuously with said convex walls ( figure 6b ) or a substantially flat upper wall 12 ( figure 8a ).
