Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède (10) comprenant un boîtier (12) incluant un compartiment de stockage (14) contenant des unités discrètes de remède (16) ; un ensemble d'alimentation situé entre le compartiment de stockage et un distributeur (20) destiné à acheminer les unités individuelles de remède du compartiment de stockage vers le distributeur ; et un percuteur (22) lié de manière fonctionnelle au compartiment de stockage pour agiter les unités de remède stockées dans le compartiment de stockage, caractérisé en ce que le percuteur inclut un élément rigide (24) relié de manière fixe, près ou en direction d'une extrémité (26), à une paroi du compartiment de stockage et lié de manière fonctionnelle, près ou en direction d'une deuxième extrémité (30), à un mécanisme d'actionnement (32) qui infléchit la deuxième extrémité du percuteur vers la paroi du compartiment de stockage afin de contraindre le percuteur de sorte que, lorsqu'il est libéré, le percuteur contraint se déplace vers l'intérieur du compartiment de stockage et percute les unités de remède ;
    le compartiment de stockage étant formé dans une cassette (36) amovible qui peut être engagée de manière réversible dans le boîtier et les unités de remède comprenant un médicament qui est ou contient de la lévodopa/carbidopa ou du lévodopa/bensérazide, de la morphine, de l'oxicodone ou de la méthadone, de la prégabaline, du diazépam, de l'oxazépam ou de l'alprazolam, de l'acarbose, de la metformine, du glibenclamide ou du glipizide, de l'atomoxétine, de la capécitabine, de la pyridostigmine, de la warfarine, du valproate ou de la quétiapine.
  2. Cassette (36) configurée pour pouvoir être engagée de manière réversible avec un dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède (10), la cassette comprenant un compartiment de stockage (14), un ensemble d'alimentation situé entre le compartiment de stockage et un distributeur (20) destiné à acheminer les unités individuelles de remède du compartiment de stockage vers le distributeur ; et un percuteur (22) lié de manière fonctionnelle au compartiment de stockage pour agiter les unités de remède stockées dans le compartiment de stockage, caractérisée en ce que le percuteur comporte un élément rigide (24) relié de manière fixe, près ou en direction d'une extrémité (26), à une paroi du compartiment de stockage et lié de manière fonctionnelle, près ou en direction d'une deuxième extrémité (30), à un mécanisme d'actionnement (32) qui infléchit la deuxième extrémité du percuteur vers la paroi du compartiment de stockage afin de contraindre le percuteur de sorte que, lorsqu'il est libéré, le percuteur contraint se déplace vers l'intérieur du compartiment de stockage et percute les unités de remède ;
    les unités de remède comprenant un médicament qui est ou contient de la lévodopa/carbidopa ou du lévodopa/bensérazide, de la morphine, de l'oxicodone ou de la méthadone, de la prégabaline, du diazépam, de l'oxazépam ou de l'alprazolam, de l'acarbose, de la metformine, du glibendamide ou du glipizide, de l'atomoxétine, de la capécitabine, de la pyridostigmine, de la warfarine, du valproate ou de la quétiapine.
  3. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède (10) selon la revendication 1 ou cassette (36) selon la revendication 2, incluant en outre un ou plusieurs capteurs pour détecter quand le compartiment de stockage est vide.
  4. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, incluant un compartiment de distribution (72) destiné à collecter et à contenir les unités individuelles de remède provenant du compartiment de stockage via l'ensemble d'alimentation, le compartiment de distribution incluant un orifice de distribution (74) susceptible d'être ouvert de manière sélective afin de distribuer des unités de remède contenues dans le compartiment de distribution.
  5. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon la revendication 4, dans lequel/laquelle le compartiment de distribution (72) est mobile de manière sélective entre une première position dans laquelle l'orifice de distribution (74) est fermé et une seconde position dans laquelle l'orifice de distribution (74) est ouvert.
  6. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le distributeur (20) inclut en outre un moteur pour déplacer le compartiment de distribution entre sa première et sa seconde position.
  7. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel/laquelle l'ensemble d'alimentation inclut une roue d'alimentation (94) définissant une pluralité de poches d'alimentation (96) sur sa circonférence, la roue d'alimentation (94) pouvant tourner dans une première direction pour déplacer séquentiellement les poches d'alimentation (96) de manière à les aligner avec un canal d'alimentation (98) du compartiment de stockage, afin que chacune reçoive une unité de remède (16), et la poursuite de la rotation de la roue d'alimentation (94) dans la première direction ayant pour effet de déplacer séquentiellement les poches d'alimentation (96) de manière à les aligner avec le distributeur (20), afin d'alimenter séquentiellement le distributeur avec les unités de remède reçues.
  8. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon la revendication 7, dans lequel/laquelle la roue d'alimentation (94) est située dans la cassette (36).
  9. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6 et 8, dans lequel le distributeur (20) forme une partie de la cassette et la roue d'alimentation (94) est située dans la cassette (36) entre le compartiment de stockage et le distributeur (20).
  10. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, incluant un moteur d'entraînement pour faire tourner la roue d'alimentation.
  11. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède selon la revendication 10, dans lequel le moteur d'entraînement peut être commandé pour faire tourner la roue d'alimentation (94) dans la première direction de manière à acheminer un nombre prédéterminé d'unités vers le distributeur (20).
  12. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 7 à 11, dans lequel/laquelle la roue d'alimentation (94) définit le mécanisme d'actionnement (32) et le percuteur (22) est lié de manière fonctionnelle, près ou en direction de sa deuxième extrémité, à la roue d'alimentation.
  13. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon la revendication 12, dans lequel/laquelle la roue d'alimentation inclut sur sa circonférence une pluralité d'ailettes (118) équidistantes et orientées vers l'extérieur, les ailettes voisines définissant les poches d'alimentation (96) entre elles de sorte que la rotation de la roue d'alimentation (94) dans la première direction déplace séquentiellement chaque ailette (118) et l'engage dans une face avant de la deuxième extrémité du percuteur (22), la poursuite de la rotation de la roue d'alimentation (94) infléchissant la deuxième extrémité du percuteur (22) vers la paroi du compartiment de stockage lorsque l'ailette respective balaye la face avant de la deuxième extrémité du percuteur (22) jusqu'à se dégager de celle-ci.
  14. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon la revendication 13, dans lequel/laquelle une rotation de la roue d'alimentation dans la deuxième direction déplace une des ailettes (118) voisines et l'engage dans une deuxième face de la deuxième extrémité du percuteur (22), de sorte que la deuxième extrémité du percuteur (22) empêche la poursuite de la rotation de la roue d'alimentation dans la deuxième direction.
  15. Dispositif portable de dosage et de distribution de remède ou cassette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel/laquelle le percuteur (22) est formé dans un matériau magnétique et le mécanisme d'actionnement (32) inclut un électro-aimant pouvant être commandé de manière sélective afin d'infléchir la deuxième extrémité du percuteur vers la paroi du compartiment de stockage.
