Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de production d'un pigment organique fin, comprenant les étapes 1 et 2 suivantes :
    étape 1 : le malaxage d'un mélange préparé par le mélange d'un pigment organique de base, d'un sel inorganique hydrosoluble, d'un solvant organique hydrosoluble et d'un composé représenté par la formule (1) suivante les uns avec les autres,
    le composé étant mélangé en une quantité de pas moins de 0,8 partie en masse et de pas plus de 18,0 parties en masse, sur la base de 100 parties en masse du pigment organique de base :

            R1O(PO)m(EO)nA     (1)

    dans laquelle R1 est un groupe hydrocarboné contenant pas moins de 8 et pas plus de 24 atomes de carbone ; PO est l'oxyde de propylène ; EO est l'oxyde d'éthylène ; m représente un nombre molaire moyen d'addition d'oxyde de propylène et est un nombre qui n'est pas inférieur à 0 et qui n'est pas supérieur à 30, et n représente un nombre molaire moyen d'addition d'oxyde d'éthylène et est un nombre qui n'est pas inférieur à 10 et qui n'est pas supérieur à 70, à condition que la somme de m et n (m + n) ne soit pas inférieure à 10 et pas supérieure à 70; et A est un atome d'hydrogène, -SO3 -X+, -PO3H-X+ ou -CH2COO-X+ dans lesquels X+ est un cation monovalent, dans lequel quand à la fois PO et EO sont présents, ces constituants peuvent être agencés dans n'importe quel ordre facultatif ;
    dans lequel le solvant organique hydrosoluble est un composé aliphatique comprenant pas moins de 2 et pas plus de 3 groupes hydroxyle alcoolique ; et
    étape 2 : la soumission du mélange obtenu dans l'étape 1 à un traitement de purification avec un solvant aqueux et ensuite à une filtration.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un rapport entre m et une somme de m et n m/(m + n) n'est pas inférieur à 0 et n'est pas supérieur à 0,5.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel R1 est un groupe hydrocarboné aliphatique.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel X+ est Na+, K+ ou NH4 +.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel dans l'étape 1, de l'eau est en outre mélangée en une quantité de pas moins de 0,6 partie en masse et pas plus de 10 parties en masse sur la base de 100 parties en masse du sel inorganique hydrosoluble.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel dans l'étape 1, un composé basique hydrosoluble est en outre mélangé en une quantité de pas moins de 1,5 partie en masse et pas plus de 35 parties en masse sur la base de 100 parties en masse du pigment organique de base.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'étape 1 comprend les étapes 1-1 et 1-2 suivantes :
    étape 1-1 : le mélange du pigment organique de base, des particules du sel inorganique hydrosoluble et du solvant organique hydrosoluble les uns avec les autres ; et
    étape 1-2 : le malaxage d'un mélange comprenant le mélange obtenu dans l'étape 1-1, le composé représenté par la formule (1) et au moins une substance en tant que composant facultativement mélangé sélectionnée dans le groupe constitué de l'eau et du composé basique hydrosoluble.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le sel inorganique hydrosoluble est au moins un composé sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'un chlorure de métal alcalin et d'un sulfate de métal alcalin.
