Claims (15)

  1. Dosierkopfträgervorrichtung für eine Behälterformungs-, -befüllungs- und -versiegelungsmaschine, umfassend einen Tragarm (10), an welchem ein Dosierkopf (1) befestigt ist, und Mittel um den genannten Tragarm (10) zwischen einer Arbeitsposition und einer Wartungsposition in Bezug auf mindestens ein senkrechtes Führungselement (2), welches an einem Bauelement (3) befestigt ist, zu bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragarm (10) ein proximales Ende aufweist, welches mit dem genannten senkrechten Führungselement (2) über ein Kopplungselement (12) gekoppelt ist, unter Bereitstellung eines Gleitens des Tragarmes (10) entlang des senkrechten Führungselementes (2) zwischen einer oberen Position und einer unteren Position und einer Rotation um eine longitudinale Achse des senkrechten Führungselementes (2) herum zwischen einer gekoppelten Position und einer getrennten Position, wobei die genannte Arbeitsposition einer Kombination der genannten oberen Position und der genannten gekoppelten Position entspricht und die genannte Wartungsposition einer Kombination der genannten unteren Position und der genannten getrennten Position entspricht.
  2. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Kopplungselement (12) mit einem Antriebswagen (4) verbunden ist und dass in dem genannten Bauelement (3) ein Betätigungsmechanismus angeordnet ist, welcher zum Bewegen des genannten Antriebswagens (4) zwischen der oberen Position und der unteren Position in Wirkverbindung steht.
  3. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Betätigungsmechanismus eine im Bauelement (3) drehbar eingebaute Spindel (5) und eine Mutter (6), welche mit einem an dem Antriebswagen (4) befestigten Fortsatz (7) ganzheitlich gebildet ist und mit der genannten Spindel (5) gekoppelt ist, umfasst.
  4. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Betätigungsmechanismus zusätzlich einen Motor (8) umfasst, welcher zum Drehen der genannten Spindel (5) in Wirkverbindung steht.
  5. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das senkrechte Führungselement (2) eine zylindrische Außenfläche aufweist und dass das Kopplungselement (12) ein oder mehrere Lager (18) in Kontakt mit der genannten zylindrischen Außenfläche des senkrechten Führungselementes (2) aufweist.
  6. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Bauelement (3) einen Anschlag umfasst, welcher die Drehung des Tragarmes (10) in der gekoppelten Position begrenzt.
  7. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Tragarm (10) eine Sperrklinke (14) eingebaut ist, welche zwischen einer Rückhalteposition und einer Freigabeposition betätigt werden kann, um den Tragarm (10) in der Arbeitsposition zurückzuhalten.
  8. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Tragarm (10) zusätzlich ein Aktuator (15) eingebaut ist, welcher die genannte Sperrklinke (14) zwischen der genannten Rückhalteposition und der genannten Freigabeposition bewegt.
  9. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Anschlag ein im Bauelement (3) eingebautes freidrehendes Anschlagrad (9) umfasst und dass an dem Tragarm (10) eine Platte (16) befestigt ist, welche mit einer senkrechten Fläche versehen ist, gegen welche das genannte Anschlagrad (9) anschlagen und rollen kann, und dass die genannte Sperrklinke (14) eine senkrechte Fläche aufweist, gegen welche ein im Bauelement (3) eingebautes freidrehendes Rückhalterad (17) anschlagen und rollen kann, wenn sich die Sperrklinke (14) in der genannten Rückhalteposition befindet.
  10. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Anschlagrad (9) und das genannte Rückhalterad (17) koaxial sind und unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen.
  11. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragarm (10) ein distales Ende aufweist, welches mit einem Befestigungselement (13) versehen ist, an welchem der Dosierkopf (1) befestigt ist.
  12. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der genannten Arbeitsposition der Tragarm (10) den Dosierkopf (1) in Zusammenarbeit mit einer Füllmaterialzuführvorrichtung der Behälterformungs-,-befüllungs- und -versiegelungsmaschine hält.
  13. Trägervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der genannten Wartungsposition der Tragarm (10) den Dosierkopf (1) in einer lichten Fläche und auf einer ergonomischen Höhe, welche für eine auf einem Boden stehenden Bedienperson leicht zugänglich ist, hält, wo die Behälterformungs-,-befüllungs- und -versiegelungsmaschine getragen wird.
  14. Trägervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Bauelement (3) an einer Struktur einer senkrechten Behälterformungs-, -befüllungs- und -versiegelungsmaschine befestigt ist, in welcher die zu befüllenden Behälter in einer senkrechten Bahn bewegt werden.
  15. Trägervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Bauelement (3) an einer Struktur einer waagerechten Behälterformungs-, -befüllungs- und -versiegelungsmaschine befestigt ist, in welcher die zu befüllenden Behälter in einer waagerechten Bahn bewegt werden.
