Fig. 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung eine Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Zentrierspanners 1 mit Grundkörper 2 und zwei Schnellwechselbacken 3. Der Grundkörper 2 ist in einer Platte 17 aufgenommen, wie sie für automatisierten Werkstückwechsel in der Serienproduktion benötigt wird. Der Grundkörper 2 zeigt an seiner sichtbaren Stirnseite eine Abdeckplatte 18, durchsetzt von einem Antriebsanschluß 19 für die nicht sichtbare, im Inneren des Grundkörpers geschützt angeordneten Verstellvorrichtung 4. Die Schnellwechselbacken 3 weisen bei dieser Ausführungsform eine zweistufige Oberfläche mit einer ersten Werkstückauflagefläche 20 und einem diese überragenden Anschlag 21 auf. An der sichtbaren Stirnseite des vorderen Schnellwechselbackens 3 ist dessen zur Stirnseite offener Umgriff 8 dargestellt, der einen Steg 9 umgreift, der seinerseits wiederum am Grundkörper 2 angeformt ist und mit dessen Oberfläche 5 abschließt. Auf dem in Fig. 1 hinten dargestellten Schnellwechselbacken 3 ist der von außen sichtbare Teil der Arretiervorrichtung 11 zu erkennen. Dieser weist Manipuliermittel 14 auf, hier einen Innensechskant. Diese Manipuliermittel 14 sind an einem Ende eines Stiftes 13 gebildet, der den Schnellwechselbacken 3 bis zur Verstellvorrichtung durchsetzt. Die Schnellwechselbacken 3 lassen sich in Längsrichtung der Vorrichtung leicht von dem Grundkörper abziehen, bzw. aufschieben, sobald die Arretiervorrichtung gelöst wurde. Danach kann ein Austausch gegen anders geformte Schnellwechselbacken erfolgen. Erfindungsgemäß können die ursprünglichen Schnellwechselbacken 3 auch um 180° gedreht wieder aufgeschoben werden, so dass sich mit denselben Schnellwechselbacken unterschiedliche Spannmöglichkeiten ergeben. Stege 9 und Grundkörper 2 sind einstückig aus demselben Material gefertigt. Im Inneren des Grundkörpers 2 ist die Verstellvorrichtung 4 vor Umwelteinflüssen geschützt angeordnet. Die Verstellvorrichtung 4 ist in Fig. 3 deutlicher dargestellt, an ihr werden die Schnellwechselbacken 3 arretiert. Die hierzu verwendete Arretiervorrichtung 11 weist eine Durchgangsbohrung 12 auf, die den Schnellwechselbacken 3 seitlich bis zu dessen Mittenbereich durchsetzt. In dieser Durchgangsbohrung 12 ist ein Stift 13 gedichtet geführt, der an seinem einen Ende ein Manipuliermittel 14 aufweist, hier einen Innensechskant. Sein gegenüberliegendes zweites Ende ist als Eingreifende 15 ausgebildet, hier als ein Kegel. Stift 13 und Durchgangsbohrung 12 weisen korrespondierende Gewinde auf. Das Eingreifende 15 greift bei Drehung des Stiftes 13 in ein Eingriffsende 16 ein, das hier als Kegelbohrung in einem Arretierblock 25 ausgebildet ist. Der Arretierblock 25 ist bei dieser Ausführungsform mittels einer nicht dargestellten Feder gegen den Schnellwechselbacken 3 verspannt und führt so zu dessen Wirkverbindung mit der Spindel 23 der Verstellvorrichtung 4. Aus der dargestellten Arbeitsposition des Zentrumsspanners 1 wird der Backenwechsel dadurch ermöglicht, dass der Stift 13 eingeschraubt wird, so dass sein Eingreifende 15 tiefer in die Kegelbohrung des Eingriffendes 16 gelangt und hierdurch den Arretierblock 25 nach oben gegen die Federkraft von der Verstellvorrichtung 4 abhebt. Sobald der Arretierblock 25 außer Eingriff gebracht ist, also ausreichend angehoben wurde, ist der Schnellwechselbacken 3 von dem Grundkörper abziehbar, zusammen mit dem an ihm gesicherten Arretierblock 25. Erfindungsgemäß wäre auch, wenn der Stift 13 manuell durch Drücken in Richtung auf den Mittenbereich betätigt würde. In diesem Fall wären die Manipuliermittel 14 entsprechend eines Bedienerfingers geformte Mulden oder dergleichen. Das Drücken würde gegen eine Gegenkraft erfolgen, beispielsweise eine Feder. Der Arretierblock 25 kann mittels des Stiftes 13 angehoben werden, bis sein Steg 27 außer Eingriff mit der Nut 26 gelangt. Hierzu weißt der Schnellwechselbacken 3 eine entsprechend große Ausnehmung in seinem Inneren auf. Der Schnellwechselbacken 3 kann dann entweder abgezogen und gegen einen anderen ausgetauscht werden oder zum Eingriff in eine der anderen Nuten 26 verschoben werden, so dass sich die mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Zentrierspanner erreichbaren maximalen Einspannweiten leicht stufig verstellen lassen. Dargestellt sind hier drei Stufen (drei Nuten), jedoch können erfindungsgemäß auch weniger oder mehr Stufen vorgesehen sein. Claims (7)

  1.
