  • this drawback can be effectively reduced by diversifying directions of the dye liquor flowing to the mass of the package and vice versa. It is apparent that so as to achieve proper colouring of the entire volume, it is also necessary to maintain a certain minimum period of dyeing so that all the sections in the package could be saturated with dye. If bobbins of one colour batch are sorted into groups according to a particular range of permeability, the period of the dyeing of stiffer bobbins will be longer than that of softer bobbins.

Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de classification des bobines (4) selon la rigidité de l'enroulement (41) du fil posé sur le tube (42) pour la coloration, muni d'une pluralité de trous traversants radiaux (421), tandis que les bobines (4) sont groupées en fonction de la rigidité de l'enroulement (41) du fil déterminée par la perméabilité de l'enroulement (41).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la perméabilité est déterminée par le mesurement du gradient de pression (P) sur la couche de l'enroulement (41) pendant le débit d'air constant déterminé (Q).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la perméabilité est déterminée par le mesurement du débit d'air (Q) à travers la couche de l'enroulement (41) pendant le gradient de pression constant déterminé (P) d'air sur la couche de l'enroulement.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que pour savoir le gradient de pression (P) sur la couche de l'enroulement (41) il faut mesurer la surpression (PO) de l'air fournie à l'espace intérieur du tube (42) à faces fermées (43, 44) contre la pression atmosphérique dans le voisinage.
  5. Dispositif pour détecter la perméabilité de l'enroulement de fil (41) qui est posé sur le tube (42) muni d'une pluralité de trous radiaux traversants (421) pour classification les bobines (4) en fonction de la rigidité de l'enroulement du fil (41)déterminée par la perméabilité de l'enroulement (41) par le procédé selon la revendication 1, tandis que les avants (43, 44) du tube (42) sont fermés et l'espace intérieur du tube (42) est relié à la source d'air sous pression (1), tandis que dans le tuyau d'alimentation pour l'espace intérieur du tube (42) est installé le débitmètre (2) et au tuyau de sortie de la source d'air sous pression (1) est attaché le manomètre (3).
