Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hidden hanging-bracket equipped with regulation mechanisms from above and a perfected anti-disengagement device.
- Hanging-brackets of the known type are equipped with a first regulation mechanism in height (vertical), and possibly also a second regulation mechanism in depth (horizontal), both assembled on a supporting base.
- Said supporting base is fixed to the shoulder, top and/or lining of the cupboard by fixing means, such as, for example, screws.
- These regulation mechanisms comprise respective manoeuvring screws which are accessible from above through the top of the cupboard.
- Anti-disengagement means or devices which prevent the accidental disengagement of the hanging-bracket from the wall support (generally a plaque or bar), when subjected to abnormal stress, for example accidental upward forces, cooperate with these regulation mechanisms.
- Hanging-brackets of this type are described for example in documents: PCT/EP2010/001601 , IT MI20 081 819 A1 , PCT/EP2011/001593 , EP2011191356.2 and EP2012181826.4 .
- Hanging-brackets of the known type are equipped with an anti-disengagement device whose functioning can be associated with that of regulation mechanisms in height and depth: or, the anti-disengagement device can be autonomous with respect to these mechanisms.
- the anti-disengagement device When the anti-disengagement device is operatively interconnected with the regulation mechanisms, its functioning is caused by the presence of the regulation mechanism in depth of the hanging-bracket; this is a limitation as, also for economic reasons, it is necessary to have hanging-brackets equipped with the regulation mechanism in height (vertical) alone.
- interior architecture is increasingly proposing wall-cupboards consisting of only one module (only one wall unit), therefore open on all sides, which makes it necessary to have an almost zero distance between the rear part of the cupboard and the wall.
- the hanging bracket must be entirely contained in the so-called "sanitary space"
- a general objective of the present invention is to provide a hidden hanging-bracket with an anti-disengagement device, equipped with at least one regulation mechanism in height (vertical), which is operatively interconnected with said anti-disengagement device.
- a further objective of the invention is to provide a hanging-bracket of the type described above, wherein the encumbrance of the anti-disengagement device is contained in the thickness of the same hanging-bracket: in other words, the thickness of the hanging-bracket must be contained in the "sanitary space" present in the rear part of the cupboard between the lining and the wall.
- Another objective of the invention is to provide a hanging-bracket of the type described above which is economical to produce and assemble, and has a precise and safe functioning.
- a hanging-bracket 50 is structurally composed of a base 51 on which a first regulation mechanism 52 in height (vertical) and a second regulation mechanism 53 in depth (horizontal), are assembled.
- Said two mechanisms 52,53 can be of the known type, and will therefore not be described herein in great detail.

Description
- The present invention relates to a hidden hanging-bracket equipped with regulation mechanisms from above and a perfected anti-disengagement device.
- As is known to experts in the field, hidden hanging-brackets of the known type for the wall assembly of wall-cupboards are fixed to the shoulder, top and/or lining of the cupboard, in correspondence with the rear angles of the same.
- Anti-disengagement means or devices, which prevent the accidental disengagement of the hanging-bracket from the wall support (generally a plaque or bar), when subjected to abnormal stress, for example accidental upward forces, cooperate with these regulation mechanisms.
- Hanging-brackets of this type are described for example in documents:
PCT/EP2010/001601 IT MI20 081 819 A1 PCT/EP2011/001593 EP2011191356.2 EP2012181826.4 - Hanging-brackets of the known type, whether they be hidden or visible, are equipped with an anti-disengagement device whose functioning can be associated with that of regulation mechanisms in height and depth: or, the anti-disengagement device can be autonomous with respect to these mechanisms.
- When the anti-disengagement device is operatively interconnected with the regulation mechanisms, its functioning is caused by the presence of the regulation mechanism in depth of the hanging-bracket; this is a limitation as, also for economic reasons, it is necessary to have hanging-brackets equipped with the regulation mechanism in height (vertical) alone.
- In addition, interior architecture is increasingly proposing wall-cupboards consisting of only one module (only one wall unit), therefore open on all sides, which makes it necessary to have an almost zero distance between the rear part of the cupboard and the wall. In other words, the hanging bracket must be entirely contained in the so-called "sanitary space"
- The objectives listed above are achieved by a hanging-bracket having the characteristics specified in the enclosed
claim 1 and and preferred embodiments of the invention are defined in the subclaims. - The structural and functional characteristics of the invention, and its advantages with respect to the known art, will appear evident from the following description, referring to the enclosed drawings.

figures 1-6 of the drawings, according to an example which is not forming part of the invention, a hanging-bracket 50 is structurally composed of abase 51 on which afirst regulation mechanism 52 in height (vertical) and asecond regulation mechanism 53 in depth (horizontal), are assembled. - Said two
mechanisms mechanisms EP2012181826.4 - The
base 51 hasperimetric flanges holes shoulders 58 and to atop 59 respectively of a wall-cupboard 60 (figures 7-16 ). - The
base 51 also hasholes 61 for the passage of fixing screws (possible) of the hanging-bracket to alining 62 of the wall-cupboard 60. - The
base 51 also characteristically has, in correspondence with the lower corners, a pair of run-end elements, or stops, in the form of protrudingteeth 63, whose function is explained hereunder. - It can be briefly mentioned that the height regulation mechanism comprises a
manoeuvring screw 64 which, at the end opposite to thehead 65, acts on the upper edge of ashaped slide 66 guided to slide on thebase 51. - Said
slide 66 ends, below, with at least one hooking element, in the example, twoadjacent hooking elements 67 withhorizontal stops 67a (oblique 167a according to the invention; seefigures 17-28 ) which cooperate, as can be clearly seen in the drawings, and as explained hereunder, with avertical edge 68 of a support 69 (plaque or bar), fixed to a wall P, to which (the support 69) the wall-cupboard 60 must be firmly hooked. -
Figures 13-16 illustrate the depth regulation mechanism (horizontal) of the hanging-bracket 50 in greater detail. - Said
mechanism 53 comprises ascrew 70, which is screwed onto abase 51 whose end, opposite themanoeuvring head 71, ends with aconical tip 72 acting on theedge 68 of the support 69 (figures 13-16 ). - The
manoeuvring screws opening 73 of thetop 59. - Conventionally, when the
heads screws top 59, this means that the regulations of the hanging-bracket have not been effected (figures 7-10 ,23-26 ), whereas when saidheads - The functioning of the hidden hanging-bracket produced according to a first embodiment of the invention, illustrated in
figures 1-16 , is evident from what is described above with reference to the drawings, and is briefly the following. - A wall-
cupboard 60 equipped with hanging-brackets 50 produced as shown infigures 1-6 , is assembled to the wall according to the sequences offigures 7, 9 by hooking thehooking elements 67 to thevertical edge 68 of theplaque 69 fixed to a wall P, for example by means of expansion pegs (not shown). - In this situation, the position of both of the
regulation mechanisms respective heads figures 7-10 ). - The regulation in height (vertical), according to the arrows V of
figures 9 and 10 , of the hanging-bracket, is effected by rotating thescrew 64 of themechanism 52 until themanoeuvring head 65 of thesame screw 64 inside theopening 73 in thetop 59, grazes the surface of thetop 59 itself (figure 11 ). - As can be clearly seen in
figure 11 , in this position, the horizontal stops 67a of the hookingelements 67 of the hanging-bracket are buffered against thehorizontal section 74 of thesupport 69. - With reference to
figure 12 , if the wall-cupboard 60 is accidently subjected to stress with direct upward forces, as indicated by the arrows F, the teeth 63 (stops) of the hanging-bracket are buffered against theunderlying section 75 of thesupport 69, preventing the hookingelements 67 from becoming disengaged from theedge 68 of thesupport 69 itself. - This
section 65 is opposite to thevertical edge 68. - The upward run which the
teeth 63 are allowed to effect, is not in fact sufficient for releasing thehooking elements 67 of the hanging-bracket 50 from thevertical edge 68 of thesupport 69. - It is therefore evident how, once the height regulation (vertical) has been effected, the
components - The regulation in depth (horizontal) of the hanging-
bracket 50, in the direction of the arrows O, is effected as shown infigures 13-16 , by rotating thescrew 70 of themanoeuvring mechanism 53. In this way, theconical tip 72, by acting on thevertical edge 68 of thesupport 69, "draws" the cupboard against the wall P, moving it horizontally from the position offigure 13 to the position offigure 15 . In this position, the hanging-bracket 50 is completely contained inside the so-called "sanitary space" S. - From
figures 13-16 , it can also be seen how this regulation in depth does not at all influence the regulation in height previously effected, and consequently the operability of the anti-disengagement device of the hanging-bracket. -
Figures 17-28 illustrate an embodiment of the invention, wherein the same components as those of the example illustrated infigures 1-16 , are indicated with the same reference numbers increased by 100. - As can be clearly seen in the drawings, in this embodiment of the invention, the hanging-
bracket 150 is equipped with theregulation mechanism 152 in height (vertical) alone. - The
mechanism 152 is assembled in the centre of thebase 151 and its functioning is perfectly identical to that of themechanism 52 previously described with reference tofigures 1-16 . - Consequently, also in this case, the
anti-disengagement device mechanism 152, also in the absence of a regulation mechanism in depth (horizontal). - The objectives mentioned in the preamble of the description have therefore been achieved.
- The protection scope of the invention is defined by the following claims.
