Claims (6)
- Dispositif de commutation (1) comprenant un substrat (10a, 10b, 10c) qui est formé d'un matériau isolant ; une pluralité de conducteurs fixes (11a, 11b, 12a, 12b) qui sont fixés au substrat ; une pluralité de contacts fixes (13a, 13b, 15a, 14a, 14b, 16a) qui sont intégrés au substrat et constituent un élément coulissant (17a, 17b, 17c) ; un élément mobile de commutation (20) qui supporte une pluralité de contacts mobiles (24, 25, 26) qui coulissent respectivement contre les éléments coulissants ; et une plaque conductrice de manoeuvre (30) qui est actionnée par un corps d'actionnement (50),
dans lequel une plaque conductrice articulée (21, 22) et une plaque conductrice indépendante (23), séparée de la plaque conductrice articulée, sont fixées à un isolateur mobile (27) dans l'élément mobile de commutation, et les contacts mobiles sont prévus respectivement sur la plaque conductrice articulée et la plaque conductrice indépendante,
dans lequel l'élément mobile de commutation est supporté de façon basculante avec des éléments de butée entre la plaque conductrice articulée et certains des conducteurs fixés, en tant que premiers pivots (S1), une base de la plaque conductrice de manoeuvre est supportée de façon basculante avec des éléments de butée avec l'autre des conducteurs fixes, en tant que deuxièmes pivots (S2), les premiers pivots et les deuxièmes pivots sont disposés à des emplacements mutuellement séparés, une pointe de la plaque conductrice de manoeuvre est située sur le côté du premier pivot, et le côté pointe peut être soumis à la pression du corps d'actionnement et être actionné par celui-ci,
caractérisé en ce que
une pluralité de ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction (41, 42) sont prévus, s'étendant dans une direction dans laquelle les premiers pivots et les deuxièmes pivots se font face, et en ce qu'une extrémité de chacun des ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction est verrouillée sur le côté pointe de la plaque conductrice de manoeuvre, et l'autre extrémité du ressort hélicoïdal de traction est verrouillée sur la plaque conductrice indépendante,
où, lorsque la plaque conductrice de manoeuvre est basculée par le corps d'actionnement, avec l'opération de basculement, l'élément mobile de commutation exécute une action d'encliquetage sous l'effet des forces de précontrainte de la pluralité de ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction, et les contacts mobiles coulissent contre les éléments coulissants, et
où la plaque conductrice de manoeuvre et la plaque conductrice indépendante sont connectées électriquement l'une à l'autre, par l'intermédiaire de la pluralité de ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction. - Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les éléments de butée entre les éléments coulissants et les contacts mobiles sont placés à distance les uns des autres dans des directions orthogonales aux directions dans lesquelles s'étendent les axes longitudinaux des ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction, et l'axe longitudinal de chacun des ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction se situe entre les éléments coulissants adjacents les uns aux autres.
- Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel, dans l'élément mobile de commutation, les plaques conductrices articulées sont disposées respectivement sur les deux côtés de la plaque conductrice indépendante, et les ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction sont disposés entre les plaques conductrices articulées.
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les éléments de butée entre les contacts mobiles et les éléments coulissants sont situés entre des éléments de verrouillage (D1) entre la plaque conductrice indépendante et les ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction, et les premiers pivots (S1).
- Dispositif de commutation selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les distances (La) depuis les éléments de verrouillage (D2) entre les ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction et la plaque conductrice de manoeuvre jusqu'aux deuxièmes pivots (S2) sont plus grandes que les distances (Lb) depuis les éléments de verrouillage (D1) entre les ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction et la plaque conductrice indépendante jusqu'aux premiers pivots (SI).
- Dispositif de commutation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel une extrémité de la plaque conductrice indépendante est formée avec des trous de verrouillage auxquels sont verrouillés les ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction, et son autre extrémité comporte des pièces de maintien (23c, 23d) qui s'étendent dans des directions croisant les directions dans lesquelles agissent les forces de traction des ressorts hélicoïdaux de traction, et les pièces de support sont enterrées dans l'isolateur mobile.
