Description

DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTIONTECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of three-dimensional structures in stretched fabrics such as in particular false-walls, false ceilings, false walls, or ornamental structures.

The invention relates more particularly to a light rail for three-dimensional structure in stretched fabric and a three-dimensional structure comprising such a smooth on which a stretched fabric is fixed.

ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART

It is known from the patent FR2985298 a false wall backlit by at least one light source in the form of electroluminescent diodes integrated into the rail and consisting of at least one taut translucent flexible sheet hung by its edges provided with means of attachment to a frame, the frame being constituted by a smooth formed of abutting profiles and comprising receiving members adapted to cooperate with said attachment means for holding said flexible sheet taut.

La lisse du document FR2998316 décrit une lisse selon le préambule de la revendication 1.The smooth described in the aforementioned application, however, has a number of disadvantages. The smooth according to the prior art does not allow to obtain blunt forms, circular, curved. In addition, the edges formed by these smooth are salient which can be dangerous and unsightly depending on the desired final result. The smooth of the document FR2998316 describes a bar according to the preamble of claim 1.

The invention aims to remedy these problems by proposing a luminous rail for three-dimensional structure backlit.

OBJET DE L'INVENTIONOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

For this purpose, and according to a first aspect, the invention proposes a rail for three-dimensional structure in stretched canvases comprising at least one light source integrated into the stringer. This rail comprises two contiguous recesses separated by a tongue for receiving the fastening elements of the stretched cloths, each obviously having a bottom, an inner side wall forming the tongue and an outer side wall, each outer side wall defining a peripheral wing of the smooth.

In the present application, the external wall is defined as the lateral wall of the recess opposite to the lateral wall of the recess forming the tongue, referred to as the internal lateral wall.

The heddles are of any material, for example a metal such as aluminum, or a plastic such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

The slats according to the invention are abutting to form profiles, said profiles participating in the framework of the three-dimensional structure in which these rails are used. The rails are invisible when the stretched cloths are mounted. This smooth makes it possible to form three-dimensional structures of which all the faces can be visible, even ornamented according to the desired rendering. This bar also makes it possible to obtain curved or rounded shapes as well as non-projecting edges. This has a perfect aesthetic appearance and avoids any risk of rupture or tearing of the canvas stretched by contact of the fabric on and around the rail. The wear of the stretched fabric is also slowed down. This smooth can also be used to stretch webs to form a false ceiling but also a false wall whose two faces are visible. Also, the particular shape of this rail does not cause a drop shadow when the light-emitting diodes are lit.

Stretched fabrics are preferably translucent or capable of transmitting light. They can be textured, colored, plain, printed, painted, or have any type of ornament, including non-light transmitting areas for shadows and light.

The light emitting diodes can be of any color and any power.

Advantageously, the light rail has a peripheral surface provided with at least one receiving notch of a light source.

According to a particular configuration, the rail has a receiving notch having an opening opposite to that of the recesses. It may also be provided that the arm has two other receiving notches arranged on either side of the notch having an opening opposite to that of the recesses. Advantageously, the receiving notches arranged on either side of the notch having an opening opposite to that of the recesses are located equidistant therefrom.

Advantageously, the peripheral wing of the beam is connected to the end of the outer lateral wall of the adjacent cavity by a rounded junction, the outer surface of a peripheral wing defining in cross section a rounded portion against which the stretched fabric takes support to create a volume, the outer surface of the opposite wing integrating the light source.

It is understood that the rail has two peripheral wings: the first wing extending from the rounded junction with the outer side wall of a recess, the second extending from the rounded junction with the outer side wall of the recess adjacent. These two wings are not necessarily symmetrical with respect to the tongue separating the two recesses. The outer surface of the first wing defines in cross section a rounded portion for supporting the stretched fabric. The curved shape of this wing portion prevents the fabric from tearing and creates a greater diversity of three-dimensional structure and creates more space between the stretched canvases without risk of shearing.

Advantageously, the peripheral wings are arranged to define a reception notch of a light source. In this configuration, the peripheral wings are advantageously symmetrical with respect to the tongue.

When the beam is of substantially circular cross section or a truncated circle, then, this rounded portion may not extend beyond at least a quarter circle of radius substantially equivalent to the depth of the recesses.

According to an alternative, this rounded portion extends over at least one half circle of radius substantially equivalent to the depth of the recesses.

According to another alternative, this rounded portion extends over ¾ of a circle of radius substantially equivalent to the depth of the recesses.

According to one embodiment, the peripheral wing opposite the support wing of a stretched fabric comprises a notch for receiving at least one light source.

It is understood that the notch comprises the supply system of the light source and the light source or sources.

According to one variant, the receiving notch is of complementary shape to at least one lateral portion of the light source so that the light source fits into the contour of the cross-sectional bar.

In one embodiment, the notch forms a right angle.

The light source is a neon, an optical fiber or any other light source known to those skilled in the art. Preferably, the light source is constituted by electroluminescent diodes integrated into the beam.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the contiguous recesses and the notch of the bar are arranged in planes parallel to one another.

This particular arrangement of the recesses allows to stretch one or two canvases. When two canvases are mounted, a stretched canvas fixed by recess, one can partially wrap the smooth, for example 180 °, the other can be stretched parallel to the first fabric, delimiting a space between the two canvases height of the smooth. The light source is preferentially disposed towards the inter-ear space, which avoids any shadows of the beam on the stretched canvases. It is of course understood that the space between the two webs may be greater than or equal to the height of the rail according to the shape of the final three-dimensional structure. This space can expand as the distance to the rail increases.

According to a preferred embodiment, the contiguous recesses separated by a tongue comprise shoulders for retaining the fastening elements of the stretched cloths, said shoulders being on the outer side walls of the recesses and / or on each side of the cloth.

According to a nonetheless preferred embodiment, the shoulders of the outer side wall of the recesses are arranged vis-a-vis with respect to the shoulders of the walls of the tongue.

It is understood that the recesses comprise on the walls of the shoulders forming retention stops to fix the stretched cloths. Stretched cloths comprise fastening elements such as hooks or any other means known to those skilled in the art to hang the fabric in the rails and tension them.

The invention also relates to a three-dimensional luminous structure comprising at least one section consisting of smooth butted light and covered with stretched cloths.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DES FIGURESDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

The rails illustrated on the Figures 1 to 4 are intended to form profiles for three-dimensional structures, in particular ornamental, on which stretched cloths are placed.

The figure 2 illustrates a light rail of this first embodiment of substantially circular cross-section (1) on which two stretched canvases (2, 3) are hung.

The light rail (1) of this first embodiment is of substantially circular cross section. The arm (1) comprises two contiguous recesses (4, 5) of the same size separated by a tongue (6). These recesses have the same depth and the same width. They comprise respectively a bottom, an inner side wall constituting a face of the tongue (6) and an outer side wall.

These recesses (4, 5) are laterally symmetrical with respect to the tongue (6). The outer side walls of the recesses (4, 5) comprise shoulders directed towards the cavity of the recess (7, 8). These shoulders (7, 8) are arranged vis-à-vis shoulders (9, 10) placed on each side of the tongue (6). These shoulders (7, 8, 9, 10) form stops to retain fastening elements (11, 12) of the stretched cloths (2, 3) on the three-dimensional structure as shown in FIG. figure 2 .

The arm is constructed in a substantially circular cross section, the outer side walls of the recesses (4, 5) constitute peripheral wings (13, 14) for the arm whose outer surface is curved and follows a circle of radius substantially equivalent to the height of the tongue and by the same of the recesses. The junction (15) between the upper end of the outer lateral wall of the recess and the outer surface of the wing is rounded so as not to damage the stretched fabric fixed in the recess. One of the peripheral wings (13) extends over ¾ of a circle of a radius equivalent to the depth of the recesses (4). This wing (13) serves as a support for a stretched canvas (3) and allows to give a rounded shape to the stretched canvas.

The luminous tubular arm (1) according to the invention comprises a notch (16) in which light-emitting diodes are integrated. This notch (16) is cut in the peripheral flange (14) opposite the support flange (13) of the fabric. The notch (16) forms a right angle to the inside of the rail. The right angle of the notch is preferably a small stop (16a) and a large stop (16b), the large stop (16b) being parallel to the walls of the recesses (4, 5) and the faces of the tongue (6). ). The large stop (16b) is of a height substantially identical to the depth of the recesses (4, 5). The notch accommodates the power supply of the diodes as well as the light-emitting diodes.

The beam further comprises a cavity (17) underlying the recesses (4, 5), said cavity (17), in the embodiment shown, being parallelepiped. The heddles according to the invention are abutted to form a profile by threading them through the cavity (17) on a guide (not shown) to form a part of the framework of the three-dimensional structure.

The figure 2 represents a tubular smooth according to the invention on which two stretched fabrics (2, 3) are hung. The first stretched canvas (2) is hooked (12) into a first recess (5) and forms a face of the three-dimensional structure. The second stretched canvas (3) is hooked with a hook (11) in a second obviously (4), adjacent to the first obviously (5), and forms the other side of the three-dimensional structure. This stretched fabric (3) is arranged around the rail at approximately 180 ° so that the stretched fabrics (2, 3) completely hide the rail (1). The two tensioned canvases (2, 3) delimit a space between them in which the light of the light-emitting diodes integrated in the notch (13) of the diffuse beam. The above example is not limiting and the space between the paintings can vary according to the final three-dimensional structure. The second canvas thus more or less envelopes the smooth.

The figure 3 presents a second embodiment of the invention. The light rail (18) of this second embodiment is of substantially circular cross section. The rail (18) comprises two contiguous recesses (19, 20) of the same size separated by a tongue (21), these recesses have the same depth and the same width. They comprise respectively a bottom (22), an inner side wall (23) constituting a face of the tongue and an outer side wall (24). These recesses (19, 20) are symmetrical laterally with respect to the tongue (21). The outer side walls (24) of the recesses (20) comprise shoulders directed towards the cavity of the recess (25). These shoulders (25) are arranged vis-à-vis shoulders (26) placed on each side of the tongue (21). These shoulders (25, 26) form stops to retain fasteners stretched fabrics on the three-dimensional structure.

The arm (18) being constructed in a substantially circular cross-section, the outer side walls of the recesses (24) constitute peripheral wings (27, 28) for the arm whose outer surface is curved and follows a circle of radius substantially equivalent to the height of the tongue and by the same of the recesses. The junction (29) between the upper end of the outer side wall (24) of the recess and the outer surface of the wing is rounded so as not to damage the stretched fabric fixed in the recess. In this second embodiment, the peripheral wings (27, 28) are symmetrical with respect to the tongue and define a notch (30). The notch (30) has a bottom (31) parallel to the bottom (22) of the recesses (19, 20) and two side walls (32, 33). The bottom (31) of the notch (30) is furthermore of a width equivalent to the distance separating the external lateral walls between the two recesses (19, 20). The side walls (33) of the notch (30) are in the same plane as the outer side walls (24) of the recesses (20). Each wing therefore extends in an arc from the junction (29) between the upper end of the outer side wall (24) of the recess to the lower end of the side wall (32, 33). the notch.

The notch (30) is intended to accommodate the light source type LEDs with their power supply system. The notch (30) is also able to cooperate with the framework of the three-dimensional structure. The rail also comprises means for fixing the rail to the framework of the three-dimensional structure.

The figure 4 presents a third embodiment of a light rail according to the invention.

As well as the smooth of the embodiments described above, the light rail (40) of this third embodiment has a substantially circular cross section and comprises two contiguous recesses (41, 42), advantageously of the same size, separated by a tongue (43). The recesses (41, 42), likewise depth and the same width respectively comprise a bottom (44), an inner side wall (45) constituting a face of the tongue and an outer side wall (46). The recesses (41, 42) are laterally symmetrical with respect to the tongue (43). The outer side walls (46) of the recesses (41, 42) include shoulders (47) directed inwardly of the associated recess. These shoulders (47) are arranged vis-à-vis shoulders (48) placed on each side of the tongue (43). These shoulders (47, 48) form abutments for retaining fasteners stretched fabrics on the three-dimensional structure.

The arm (40) is constructed in a substantially circular cross section, the outer side walls of the recesses (41, 42) constitute peripheral wings (49, 50) for the smooth whose peripheral surface (outer surface) is curved. The junction between the upper end of the outer side wall of the recess and the outer surface of the wing is rounded so as not to damage the stretched fabric fixed in the recess.

In this embodiment, the arm (40) comprises, on its peripheral surface, three notches (51, 52, 53), preferably straight, adapted to receive light emitting diodes and an associated power system.

More particularly, one of the notches (51) is located diametrically opposite the recesses (41, 42). This notch (51), similar to the notch (30) of the arm (18) of the second embodiment illustrated on the figure 3 , has a bottom (510) parallel to the bottom (44) of the recesses (41, 42) and two side walls (511, 512). Advantageously, the bottom (510) of the notch (51) has a width substantially equal to the distance between the outer side walls (46) of the two recesses (41, 42) while the side walls (511, 512) of the notch (51) extend in the same plane as the outer side walls (46) of the recesses (41, 42).

Les encochesThe other two notches (52, 53) are located on either side of the notch (51). Advantageously, the notches (52, 53) are located equidistant from the notch (51) and arranged diametrically opposite one another. They thus have opposite openings from each other, extending respectively in planes substantially perpendicular to that in which extends the opening of the notch (51). The notches

(52, 53) comportent respectivement un fond (520, 530) et deux parois latérales (521, 522, 531, 532) parallèles avec le fond (51) de l'encoche (51). Les fonds de chacune des encoches (52, 53) s'étendent parallèles entre eux et perpendiculairement au fond (510) de l'encoche (51).(52, 53) respectively comprise a bottom (520, 530) and two side walls (521, 522, 531, 532) parallel to the bottom (51) of the notch (51). The bottoms of each of the notches (52, 53) extend parallel to each other and perpendicularly to the bottom (510) of the notch (51).

Advantageously, the arm (40) has a cavity (54) longitudinal, of substantially rectangular section, interposed between the recesses (41, 42) and the notch (51) placed opposite the recesses. The cavity (54) extends along the entire length of the rail (40). The cavity (54) has the same function as the cavity (17) of the arm (1) of the first embodiment.

The invention also relates to a three-dimensional luminous structure comprising at least one section consisting of heddles according to the invention, said heddles being butted. Stretched canvases are attached to the smooth butted sections to form the three-dimensional structure in bright canvas stretched. This three-dimensional structure can be a false ceiling, a false wall, a luminaire, a form of fantasy, a decorative element or any other three-dimensional illuminated object.

It is understood that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.
