Abstract

L'invention concerne un paquet (10) pour articles à fumer comprenant une paroi avant (13) et une paroi arrière (14) reliées par des parois latérales opposées. Le paquet comporte une partie boîtier (11) ayant une extrémité ouverte et un couvercle (12) articulé sur la partie boîtier le long d'une ligne d'articulation (19) sur la paroi arrière du paquet et pouvant se déplacer pour ouvrir ou fermer sélectivement l'extrémité ouverte. Le couvercle (12) comprend une paroi avant, une paroi supérieure, une paroi arrière et des première et deuxième parois latérales opposées. Au moins une partie du bord inférieur de la paroi avant du couvercle s'étend horizontalement et parallèlement à la ligne d'articulation (19). Un angle entre la paroi arrière et un onglet défini à l'endroit où le bord inférieur de la première paroi latérale du couvercle vient en butée contre le bord supérieur du boîtier sur une première paroi latérale du paquet, est supérieur à un angle correspondant entre la paroi arrière et un onglet correspondant défini à l'endroit où le bord inférieur de la deuxième paroi latérale du couvercle vient en butée contre le bord supérieur du boîtier sur une seconde paroi latérale opposée du paquet (10). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel paquet (10).
