Claims (15)

  1. Wäschetrockner (1), enthaltend:
    - ein Gehäuse (2), das drehbar eine Trommel (3) stützt, die zum Aufnehmen einer Ladung dient, die zu trocknen ist, wobei die Trommel (3) fähig ist, um eine Trommelachse (R) zu drehen, das Gehäuse (2) enthaltend
    o eine Hinterwand (21) und eine Vorderwand (20), wobei eine Öffnung (4a) an der Vorderwand (20) realisiert ist, um auf die Trommel (3) zuzugreifen;
    o eine Basis (24), die eine Basisebene (X, Y) definiert, und in welcher Basis (24) eine erste Längshälfte (24 erste Hälfte) und eine zweite Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) mittels einer ersten Ebene (P1), die rechtwinklig zur Basisebene (X, Y) ist und durch die Trommelachse (R) durchgeht, identifizierbar sind;
    - eine Prozessluftleitung (18) in strömungstechnischer Verbindung mit der Trommel (3), wo ein Prozessluftstrom fähig ist zu strömen;
    - ein Wärmepumpensystem (30) mit einem Wärmepumpenkreislauf, in dem ein Kühlmittel fließen kann, wobei der Wärmepumpenkreislauf einen ersten Wärmetauscher (31) enthält, wo das Kühlmittel gekühlt und die Prozessluft erwärmt wird, und einen zweiten Wärmetauscher (32), wo das Kühlmittel erwärmt ist und die Prozessluft gekühlt wird; wobei der erste Wärmetauscher (31) und/oder der zweite Wärmetauscher (32) in der Prozessluftleitung (18) innerhalb der ersten Längshälfte (24 erste Hälfte) der Basis (24) für den Großteil ihres Volumens angeordnet sind, um einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Kühlmittel, das im Wärmepumpenkreislauf strömt, und der Prozessluft auszuführen;
    - wobei die Prozessluftleitung (18) einen Basisluftkanal enthält, der in der Basis (24) gebildet ist, wobei der Basisluftkanal einen Basiskanalabschnitt (28) aufweist, der die Prozessluft zwischen einem Prozessluftausgang (28in), wo Prozessluft aus dem ersten Wärmetauscher (31) austritt, und einem Prozessluftauslass (19), wo Prozessluft aus der Basis (24) austritt, kanalisiert, wobei der Auslass (19) innerhalb der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) der Basis (24) gelegen ist, wobei der Basiskanalabschnitt (28) eine Kanalwand oder mehr Kanalwände (28w) enthält, die in einem Bereich entlang einer Schnittebene (PT) parallel zur Basisebene (X, Y) eine Innenkurve (28b) und eine Außenkurve (28a) definieren, wobei die Außenkurve (28a) die Kurve von den zwei Kurven (28a, 28b) ist, die näher zur Hinterwand (21) des Gehäuses (2) ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine Tangente (T1, T2, T3) zur Innenkurve (28b) des Basiskanalabschnitts (28) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) der Basis (24) mit einer Achse (H1), die durch Schneiden der ersten Ebene (P1) mit der Schnittebene (PT) für zumindest 90% bis 100% der Länge (L2) der Innenkurve (28b) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) gebildet ist, einen Winkel bildet, der sich von 90° unterscheidet.
  2. Wäschetrockner (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Tangente (T1, T2, T3) zur Innenkurve (28b) des Basiskanalabschnitts (28) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) der Basis (24) mit einer Achse (H1), die durch Schneiden der ersten Ebene (P1) mit der Schnittebene (PT) für zumindest 95% bis 100% der Länge (L2) der Innenkurve (28b) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) gebildet ist, einen Winkel bildet, der sich von 90° unterscheidet.
  3. Wäschetrockner (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei in der Basis (24) ein erstes Viertel (Q1), ein zweites Viertel (Q2), ein drittes Viertel (Q3) und ein viertes Viertel (Q4) mittels der Schnittfläche zwischen der ersten Ebene (P1) und einer zweiten Ebene (P2), die rechtwinklig auf die erste Ebene (P1) durch eine Mittellinie (H2) der Basis (24) durchgeht, im Wesentlichen parallel zur Vorderwand (20) des Gehäuses (2), identifizierbar ist; wobei der Prozessluftauslass (19) im zweiten Viertel (Q2) realisiert ist, wobei das zweite Viertel das Viertel der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) der Basis (24) ist, das der Hinterwand (21) des Gehäuses (2) am nächsten ist, und wobei der Prozessluftausgang (28in) im ersten Viertel (Q1) gelegen ist, wobei das erste Viertel das Viertel der ersten Längshälfte (24 erste Hälfte) der Basis (24) ist, das der Hinterwand (21) des Gehäuses (2) am nächsten ist, wobei der Basiskanalabschnitt (28) den Ausgang (28in) zum Auslass (19) verbindet, der sich nur innerhalb des ersten Viertels und zweiten Viertels der Basis (24) erstreckt.
  4. Wäschetrockner (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei eine Tangente (T1, T2, T3) zur Innenkurve (28b) des Basiskanalabschnitts (28) im ersten Viertel (Q1) und zweiten Viertel (Q2) der Basis (24) mit einer Achse (H1), die durch Schneiden der ersten Ebene (P1) mit der Schnittebene für zumindest 90% bis 100% der Gesamtlänge (L) der Innenkurve (28b) gebildet ist, einen Winkel bildet, der sich von 90° unterscheidet.
  5. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Basis (24) einen oberen Schalenabschnitt (24a) und einen unteren Schalenabschnitt (24b) enthält, wobei der Basisluftkanalabschnitt (28) durch die Verbindung zwischen dem oberen Schalenabschnitt (24a) und dem unteren Schalenabschnitt (24b) gebildet ist.
  6. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Basis (24) aus Kunststoffmaterial realisiert ist und der Basisluftkanalabschnitt (28) einstückig mit der Basis (24) gebildet ist.
  7. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend einen Lüfter (12), wobei der Lüfter (12) in Nähe des Auslasses (19) der Basis (24), stromabwärts des ersten und zweiten Wärmetauschers (31, 32) in der Strömungsrichtung der Prozessluft gelegen ist.
  8. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Basiskanalabschnitt (28) eine erste Seitenwand (28w1) und eine zweite Seitenwand (28w2) enthält, wobei die Prozessluft fähig ist zu strömen, wobei die ersten und zweiten Seitenwände im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu der Basisebene sind und die Innenkurve (28a) beziehungsweise die Außenkurve (28b) definieren, wenn sie entlang einer Ebene geschnitten sind, die parallel zur Basisebene (X, Y) ist.
  9. Trockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Tangente (Ta1, Ta2) zur Außenkurve (28a) des Basiskanalabschnitts (28) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) der Basis (24) mit einer Achse (H1), die durch Schneiden der ersten Ebene (P1) mit der Schnittebene (PT) für zumindest zwischen 90% bis 100% der Länge (L2') der Außenkurve (28a) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) gebildet ist, einen Winkel bildet, der sich von 90° unterscheidet.
  10. Wäschetrockner (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine Tangente (Ta1, Ta2) zur Außenkurve (28a) des Basiskanalabschnitts (28) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) der Basis (24) mit einer Achse (H1), die durch Schneiden der ersten Ebene (P1) mit der Schnittebene (PT) für zumindest 95% bis 100% der Länge (L2') der Außenkurve (28a) in der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) gebildet ist, einen Winkel bildet, der sich von 90° unterscheidet.
  11. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wenn von Anspruch 3 abhängig, wobei eine Tangente (Ta1, Ta2) zur Außenkurve (28a) des Basiskanalabschnitts (28) im ersten Viertel (Q1) und zweiten Viertel (Q2) der Basis (24) mit einer Achse (H1), die durch Schneiden der ersten Ebene (P1) mit der Schnittebene (PT) für zumindest 90% bis 100% der Gesamtlänge (L') der Außenkurve (28a) gebildet ist, einen Winkel bildet, der sich von 90° unterscheidet.
  12. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend einen Motor (50), der eine Motorachse (M) definiert und fähig ist, die Trommel (3) zu drehen, wobei die Motorachse (M) parallel zur ersten Ebene (P1) ist.
  13. Wäschetrockner (1) nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Motor (50) für den Großteil seines Volumens innerhalb der zweiten Längshälfte (24 zweite Hälfte) der Basis (24) gelegen ist.
  14. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 12 - 13, wobei die Trommeldrehachse (R) und die Motorachse (M) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind.
  15. Wäschetrockner (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 12 - 14, wobei der Motor eine Motorwelle (51) enthält, die die Motorachse (M) definiert, wobei die Welle (51) durch die Kanalwände (28w) geht, und eine Tangente (T) in einem Punkt (P), wo die Motorachse (M) die Innenkurve (28b) schneidet, einen Winkel mit der Motorachse (M) bildet, der sich von 90° unterscheidet.
