Claims (15)

  1. Ein Laminatprodukt auf einem Papier- oder Polymersubstrat mit einer optisch variablen Struktur, die die Echtheit des Produkts überprüft, umfassend eine Beschichtung in Form eines gedruckten Siebes (2) und eines dreidimensionalen Siebes (3), wobei das dreidimensionale Sieb auf eine Seite des Substrats aufgebracht ist und die Beschichtung auf mindestens der anderen Seite des Substrats gebildet ist, wobei der Bereich des dreidimensionalen Siebes in zwei oder mehr relativ zueinander versetzte Sektoren unterteilt ist, wobei jeder Sektor in seiner eigenen Farbe gefärbt ist, so dass sich beim Ändern eines Blickwinkels die Farbe der Sektoren in einem Bild ändert, wobei das dreidimensionale Sieb in Form von Elementen mit mindestens einem asymmetrischen Profil hergestellt ist, um ein Relief auf beiden Seiten des Substrats zu bilden, und in Bezug auf das gedruckte Sieb so angeordnet ist, dass das dreidimensionale Sieb mindestens teilweise über dem gedruckten Sieb angeordnet ist, wobei die Breite der Linien, der Abstand zwischen den Linien der gedruckten und dreidimensionalen Siebe und die gegenseitige Ausrichtung der Siebe so gewählt sind, dass sie ein Moiré-Bild bilden, das versteckt ist, wenn der Datenträger im rechten Winkel betrachtet wird, und sichtbar wird, wenn der Datenträger in einem spitzen Winkel betrachtet wird.
  2. Produkt nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Breite der Linien des gedruckten Siebes von 50 bis 200 pm, die Breite der Linien des dreidimensionalen Siebes von 100 bis 600 pm, der Winkel zwischen den Elementen des gedruckten und dreidimensionalen Siebes von 0° bis 10° beträgt.
  3. Produkt nach Anspruch 1, wobei die gedruckten und dreidimensionalen Siebe durch polygonale oder gekrümmte Linien und/oder Punkte und/oder Striche und/oder grafische Primitive und/oder eine Kombination davon gebildet sind.
  4. Produkt nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei eine zusätzliche Information in das gedruckte Sieb eingeführt wird, wobei die Information bei Betrachtung in jedem Winkel sichtbar ist.
  5. Produkt nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei eine verborgene Information in das gedruckte Sieb oder in das dreidimensionale Sieb eingeführt wird, wobei die Information bei Betrachtung in einem spitzen Winkel sichtbar ist.
  6. Produkt nach Anspruch 4, wobei eine verborgene Information, die durch Tinten mit besonderen Eigenschaften gebildet wird, in das gedruckte Sieb eingeführt wird, wobei die Information mit Hilfe von speziellen Geräten sichtbar ist.
  7. Produkt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das gedruckte Sieb auf beide Seiten des Substrats aufgebracht ist und die Elemente des gedruckten Siebes, die auf die verschiedenen Seiten des Substrats aufgebracht sind, im Durchlicht übereinstimmen, wodurch ein zusätzliches Sicherheitselement gebildet wird, das im Durchlicht überprüfbar ist.
  8. Produkt nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Moiré-Bilder, die auf der Vorder- und Rückseite des Datenträgers sichtbar sind, wenn der Datenträger in einem spitzen Winkel betrachtet wird, identisch sind.
  9. Produkt nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Moiré-Bilder, die auf der Vorder- und Rückseite des Datenträgers sichtbar sind, wenn der Datenträger in einem spitzen Winkel betrachtet wird, unterschiedlich sind.
  10. Produkt nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Moiré-Bilder, die auf der Vorder- und Rückseite des Datenträgers sichtbar sind, bei Betrachtung des Datenträgers in einem spitzen Winkel auf der einen Seite ein Moiré-Muster und auf der anderen Seite einen Farbänderungseffekt bilden.
  11. Produkt nach Anspruch 10, wobei das auf der Vorderseite des Trägers erhaltene Bild einen Bewegungseffekt hat, während das auf der Rückseite erhaltene Bild ein Moiré-Muster und/oder einen Farbänderungseffekt bildet.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Laminatprodukts auf einem Papier- oder Polymersubstrat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, wobei das Verfahren das Aufbringen auf mindestens einen Abschnitt der grafischen Elemente des Substrats in Form eines gedruckten Siebes (2) und anschließend das Aufbringen eines dreidimensionalen Siebes (3) umfasst, wobei das dreidimensionale Sieb auf eine Seite des Substrats aufgebracht wird und das gedruckte Sieb durch ein Druckverfahren auf mindestens die andere Seite des Substrats aufgebracht wird, wobei das Feld des dreidimensionalen Siebes in zwei oder mehr relativ zueinander versetzte Sektoren unterteilt wird, jeder Sektor in seiner eigenen Farbe gefärbt ist, so dass sich bei Änderung eines Blickwinkels die Farbe der Sektoren in einem Bild ändert, wobei das dreidimensionale Sieb in Form von Elementen mit mindestens einem asymmetrischen Profil hergestellt ist, und wobei ein Druck auf das Substrat beim Aufbringen des dreidimensionalen Siebes so ist, dass er zur Bildung eines Rückenreliefs führt, und die gegenseitige Anordnung der Siebe so gewählt ist, dass sie ein Bild mit einer optisch variablen Wirkung bilden.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei das gedruckte Sieb auf die beiden Seiten des Substrats aufgebracht wird.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder Anspruch 13, wobei das dreidimensionale Sieb durch farbloses Abkratzen, Prägen oder mehrfarbiges Abkratzen, Drucken oder Prägen aufgebracht wird.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das gedruckte Sieb durch ein Verfahren zum Schablonensiebdrucken oder Rubbeldrucken oder Offsetdruck oder Tiefdruck oder Offset-ähnlichen Druck oder Strahldruck oder Flexodruck oder elektrofotografischen Druck oder eine Kombination der Verfahren aufgebracht wird.
