Claims (10)

  1. Sprühkopf (1) für eine Ausgabevorrichtung für ein fluides Produkt, wobei der Sprühkopf (1) einen Körper (10), der einen Austreibkanal (11) definiert, der in einer Ausgabeöffnung (12) mündet, einen Einsatz (20), der in dem Austreibkanal (11) angeordnet ist, aufweist, wobei das stromabwärtige Ende des Einsatzes (20) in Fließrichtung des Produkts mit dem stromabwärtigen Endteil des Austreibkanals (11) ein Sprühprofil definiert, wobei der Einsatz (20) einen elastisch verformbaren Teil (21) aufweist, der dazu geeignet ist, sich zu verformen, um Größenänderungen des Körpers (10) und/oder des Einsatzes (20) aufzunehmen und/oder auszugleichen, und/oder um Verformungen und/oder Verschiebungen des Einsatzes (20) in dem Körper (10) auszugleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastisch verformbare Teil (21) des Einsatzes (20) zwei Streifen aus einem verformbaren Material (240) aufweist, die in Form von einem X geneigt sind.
  2. Kopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Körper eine interne Hülse (101), die den Austreibkanal (11) bildet, und einen externen Körper (102) aufweist.
  3. Kopf nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Einsatz (20) vollständig im Inneren des internen Teils (101) des Körpers (10) angeordnet ist, wobei der Einsatz (20) einen in Fließrichtung des Fluids stromaufwärtigen (25) und einen stromabwärtigen Teil (26) aufweist, wobei der elastisch verformbare Teil (21) den stromaufwärtigen und den stromabwärtigen Teil (25, 26), miteinander verbindet.
  4. Kopf nach Anspruch 3, wobei der stromaufwärtige Teil (25) des Einsatzes (20) durch Pressen in dem internen Teil (101) des Körpers (10) montiert ist.
  5. Kopf nach Anspruch 3, wobei der interne Teil (101) des Körpers (10) einen internen radialen Absatz (103) aufweist, wobei der stromaufwärtige Teil (25) des Einsatzes (20) gegen den Absatz (103) anliegt, um den Einsatz (10) in dem internen Teil (101) des Körpers (10) zu halten.
  6. Kopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei der stromaufwärtige Teil (25) des Einsatzes (20) mit der Ausgabeeinrichtung (2) in Kontakt kommt, wenn der Sprühkopf (1) auf der Ausgabeeinrichtung (2) montiert wird.
  7. Kopf nach Anspruch 6, wobei der elastisch verformbare Teil (21) des Einsatzes (20) bei der Montage des Sprühkopfes (1) auf der Ausgabeeinrichtung (2) verformt wird.
  8. Kopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 7, wobei der stromabwärtige Teil (26) des Einsatzes (20) einen Teil (28) mit verkleinertem Durchmesser aufweist, der axial zum stromabwärtigen Ende (27) des Einsatzes (20) versetzt ist, um eine Kammer (15) in dem Austreibkanal (11) in der Nähe des Sprühprofils zu bilden, so dass das stromabwärtige Ende (27) des Einsatzes (20) zumindest teilweise in Bezug auf den Teil (28) mit verkleinertem Durchmesser (28) schwenken kann, wodurch eine Kugelgelenkwirkung erzeugt wird.
  9. Kopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der elastisch verformbare Teil (21) des Einsatzes (20) an dem stromaufwärtigen Ende des Einsatzes (20) angeordnet ist.
  10. Ausgabevorrichtung für ein fluides Produkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (2), wie eine Pumpe, und einen Sprühkopf (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der auf der Ausgabeeinrichtung (2) montiert ist, aufweist.
