Description

  • L'invention concerne un dispositif de liaison entre une tête distributrice pour produit cosmétique et un applicateur de produit cosmétique, une tête applicatrice comprenant un tel dispositif de liaison, un tube comprenant une telle tête applicatrice et un applicateur pour une telle tête applicatrice.
  • Il est connu, dans le domaine cosmétique, de prévoir des contenants de produits cosmétiques sous forme de tubes. Ces tubes sont couplés à des têtes applicatrices permettant de délivrer le produit cosmétique. Lesdites têtes applicatrices sont généralement munies de surfaces applicatrices qu'un utilisateur peut directement poser sur la peau.
  • Lesdites surfaces applicatrices forment donc des applicateurs de produit cosmétique dont le toucher varie, en fonction des besoins. Par exemple, il est connu de les réaliser avec une orientation donnée par rapport à la tête distributrice afin de pré-orienter la délivrance du produit cosmétique.
  • Les applicateurs connus présentent l'inconvénient de segmenter le public auquel les têtes de tubes, et donc les tubes qu'ils équipent, sont destinés, en particulier par leur orientation préétablie.
  • L'invention vise à proposer une alternative aux têtes applicatrices connues, notamment en leur permettant de s'adapter à un large public d'utilisateurs.
  • Ainsi l'invention concerne un dispositif de liaison entre une tête distributrice pour produit cosmétique et un applicateur de produit cosmétique, ledit dispositif comprenant une partie de fixation à ladite tête distributrice, ladite partie de fixation étant configurée pour être immobile par rapport à ladite tête distributrice.
  • Selon l'invention, ledit dispositif de liaison comprend aussi une partie mobile par rapport à ladite partie de fixation, ledit dispositif comprenant en outre une zone de liaison entre la partie de fixation et la partie mobile, ladite zone de liaison étant configurée pour que ladite partie mobile dispose d'une mobilité en rotation autour d'au moins deux axes d'un repère orthonormé par rapport à ladite partie de fixation.
  • Le dispositif de l'invention permet d'introduire de la mobilité à l'intérieur d'une tête applicatrice, en particulier entre une tête distributrice et une surface applicatrice, ici appelée applicateur. Ledit dispositif permet ainsi d'adapter l'orientation dudit applicateur en fonction des utilisateurs. Ledit dispositif pourra ainsi constituer une pièce standard qui pourra être associée à différents types d'applicateurs en fonction du marché visé.
  • Selon un aspect de l'invention, ladite partie mobile est configurée pour permettre un assemblage réversible de l'applicateur.
  • Ledit assemblage réversible présente l'avantage d'un assemblage facile en usine, notamment lorsque l'assemblage est réalisé manuellement. Ledit assemblage présente aussi l'avantage d'un possible changement de l'applicateur par l'utilisateur, ce qui renforce encore les possibilités d'adaptation offertes par l'invention, par exemple en utilisant des applicateurs avec des états de surface variés. Un autre avantage de l'assemblage réversible de l'applicateur est qu'il peut être lavé.
  • Selon différents modes de réalisation de l'invention, qui pourront être pris ensemble ou séparément :

    • ledit moyen de rappel se présente sous la forme de trois bras lamellaires positionnés en spirale entre la partie de fixation et la partie mobile,
    • la partie de fixation présente un orifice de passage du produit,
    • ladite partie de fixation comprend un puits d'insertion d'un conduit de passage dudit produit,
    • ladite partie mobile est configurée pour permettre un encliquetage de l'applicateur,
    • la partie de fixation, la partie mobile et la zone de liaison sont réalisées en une unique pièce, dite pièce d'articulation,
    • ladite pièce d'articulation est une pièce moulée,
    • ladite pièce d'articulation comprend du plastique,
    • ladite pièce d'articulation comprend une enveloppe hémisphérique déformable.
  • L'invention concerne encore une tête applicatrice pour produit cosmétique comprenant une tête distributrice, un applicateur et un dispositif tel que décrit ci-dessus.
  • Selon différents modes de réalisation de l'invention, qui pourront être pris ensemble ou séparément :
    • ledit conduit de passage du produit est intégré à ladite tête distributrice,
    • la tête applicatrice selon l'invention, en particulier sa tête distributrice, comprend une embase et, éventuellement, une bague d'ouverture/fermeture mobile par rapport à ladite embase,

  • L'invention sera mieux comprise, et d'autres buts, détails, caractéristiques et avantages de celle-ci apparaîtront plus clairement au cours de la description explicative détaillée qui va suivre, d'au moins un mode de réalisation de l'invention donné à titre d'exemple purement illustratif et non limitatif, en référence aux dessins schématiques annexés :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'un exemple de réalisation d'une tête applicatrice selon l'invention,
    • la figure 2 est la même vue que la figure 1, ladite tête applicatrice étant dans une configuration différente,
    • la figure 3 est une vue en coupe longitudinale de la figure 1,
    • la figure 4 est une vue en perspective, légèrement inclinée, illustrant une vue transversale du dispositif de liaison de la tête applicatrice de la figure 1,

  • Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent un dispositif de liaison 10 entre une tête distributrice pour produit cosmétique et un applicateur 30 de produit cosmétique.
  • On entend par « tête distributrice », une tête adaptée pour être fixée sur un tube, notamment sur une tête de tube. Ledit tube, ici référencé 50, est destiné à recevoir du produit cosmétique. La tête distributrice comprend une embase 20, ici fixée au tube 50 via une bague d'ouverture/fermeture 40.
  • On entend par « applicateur », une pièce destinée à venir au contact de la peau d'un utilisateur. Ladite pièce présente ici une ouverture apte à laisser passer le produit cosmétique. Différentes ouvertures peuvent être prévues, notamment des ouvertures de formes et de dimensions différentes, ceci sans sortir du cadre de l'invention. Par exemple, l'ouverture pourra être réalisée sous la forme d'un canal cylindrique, voire sous la forme d'une étoile aux branches éventuellement courbes, telle que représentée à la figure 5.
  • Le dispositif de liaison 10 de l'invention est illustré en détails sur les figures 3 et 4.
  • Ledit dispositif 10 comprend une partie de fixation 12 à ladite tête distributrice, en particulier à son embase 20, ladite partie de fixation 12 étant configurée pour être immobile par rapport à ladite tête distributrice. On entend par « immobile », un encastrement entre la partie de fixation 12 et ladite tête distributrice. Cet encastrement est amovible ; il est réalisé par coopération de formes entre la partie de fixation 12 et ladite tête distributrice. Plus précisément, ladite partie de fixation 12 comprend un puits d'insertion d'un conduit de passage 22 dudit produit, ledit conduit de passage 22 étant intégré à l'embase 20 de ladite tête distributrice.
  • Le dispositif de liaison 10 comprend aussi une partie mobile 14 par rapport à ladite partie de fixation 12.
  • La mobilité de ladite partie mobile 14 est assurée par une zone de liaison 16 entre la partie de fixation 12 et la partie mobile 14. Elle est configurée pour que ladite partie mobile 14 dispose d'une mobilité en rotation autour d'au moins deux axes X, Y d'un repère orthonormé X, Y, Z par rapport à ladite partie de fixation 12. Ce repère orthonormé X, Y, Z est représenté sur les figures 1 à 3.
  • Les figures 1 et 2 montrent le dispositif 10 selon deux positions différentes, ceci afin d'illustrer une desdites mobilités, notamment celle autour de l'axe Y dudit repère orthonormé X, Y, Z. Par la suite, nous dirons que ladite partie mobile 14 est apte à occuper une première position, dite de repos - illustrée par la figure 1, et une seconde position, dite de travail - illustrée par la figure 2. Ces positions de repos et de travail sont occupées par la partie mobile 14, en particulier par rapport à ladite partie de fixation 12.
  • La mobilité illustrée ici n'est pas limitative, et ladite partie mobile 14 pourra aussi être mobile autour des axes X et/ou Z sans sortir du cadre de l'invention. Ainsi, la liaison entre ladite partie mobile 14 et ladite partie de fixation 12 pourra être une liaison rotule autour des trois directions dudit repère orthonormé X, Y, Z.
  • La partie de fixation 12 étant immobile par rapport à la tête distributrice grâce à l'encastrement sur le conduit de passage 22, on dira que la partie mobile 14 est en liaison rotule par rapport à ladite tête distributrice. Considérant que l'applicateur 30 est destiné à être assemblé sur la partie mobile 14 du dispositif de liaison 10, on dira que l'applicateur 30, solidaire de ladite partie mobile 14, est en liaison rotule par rapport à ladite tête distributrice. Autrement dit, ledit dispositif de liaison 10 permet d'orienter ledit applicateur 30 par rapport à ladite tête distributrice autour desdits trois axes de rotation X, Y, Z.
  • Il est à noter que ladite partie mobile 14 est avantageusement configurée pour permettre un assemblage réversible de l'applicateur 30 (voir figure 5). Ledit assemblage réversible est ici un encliquetage de l'applicateur 30 sur ladite partie mobile 14. Cet assemblage réversible pourra être réalisé de toute autre manière sans sortir du cadre de l'invention. Par exemple, ledit assemblage pourra être un assemblage vissé.
  • D'autre part, ladite zone de liaison 16 comprend un moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17" configuré pour exercer une force de rappel sur ladite partie mobile 14. Cette force de rappel vise à ramener la partie mobile 14 de la position de travail - illustrée à la figure 2 - vers la position de repos - illustrée à la figure 1.
  • Cette force de rappel, exercée par ledit moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17", s'oppose à l'orientation de l'applicateur 30 par rapport à la tête distributrice. Cela permet de plaquer ledit applicateur 30 sur la peau d'un utilisateur. Autrement dit, ledit moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17" confère à l'applicateur 30 une capacité d'adaptation dynamique à la surface avec laquelle il entre en contact, notamment aux courbes de ladite surface. Ladite surface pourra être le visage d'un utilisateur, son cou, voire tout membre de son corps.
  • Comme illustré à la figure 4, ledit moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17" comprend au moins un bras de liaison 17 présentant deux extrémités 18, 19. La première desdites extrémités est reliée à la partie de fixation 12 et la seconde extrémité est reliée à la partie mobile 14. Ledit bras de liaison 17 est élastiquement déformable, notamment grâce à ses caractéristiques mécaniques intrinsèques, et en particulier grâce à sa forme lamellaire, notamment sa forme de ressort lamellaire.
  • Avantageusement, ledit moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17" se présentera sous la forme de trois bras lamellaires 17, 17', 17" positionnés en spirale entre la partie de fixation 12 et la partie mobile 14. Les bras lamellaires 17, 17', 17" sont ici au nombre de trois, sans que cela soit limitatif. La multiplication du nombre de bras 17, 17', 17" permet de conférer de la robustesse au moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17" tout en lui permettant de remplir sa fonction qui est proche de celle d'un ressort de rappel. Le nombre de bras pourra être compris entre 2 et 6 sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
  • Il est à noter que ladite force de rappel s'exerce dans les trois dimensions du repère orthonormé X, Y, Z, notamment sous la forme de couple de rappel.
  • Ladite force de rappel pourra aussi être obtenue par toutes autres configurations donnée audit moyen de rappel, ceci sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
  • A titre d'alternative non représentée, ledit moyen de rappel pourra être réalisé par une zone annulaire pleine de matière entre ladite partie de fixation 12 et ladite partie mobile 14, ladite zone pleine de matière présentant une épaisseur fine, à la manière d'une bande de matière élastique. Ladite bande de matière pourra être nervurée pour assurer la fonction de rappel élastique de la position de travail vers la position de repos ; lesdites nervures s'étendant alors, comme lesdits bras lamellaires 17, 17', 17", entre ladite partie de fixation 12 et ladite partie mobile 14.
  • La partie de fixation 12, la partie mobile 14 et la zone de liaison 16 sont avantageusement réalisées en une unique pièce. Dans la suite, ladite pièce sera dite pièce d'articulation et référencée 10, comme ledit dispositif de liaison 10.
  • Cette pièce d'articulation 10 unique, présente l'avantage, à elle seule, de permettre une liaison rotule entre l'applicateur 30 et la tête distributrice, d'assurer le placage dudit applicateur 30 sur la peau d'un utilisateur - autrement dit d'assurer un confort d'utilisation suivant les besoins - et d'offrir la possibilité à l'utilisateur de changer l'applicateur 30 en fonction de ses besoins/envies.
  • Il est à noter que l'axe X constitue ici un axe d'extension longitudinale dudit dispositif de liaison 10. Ladite partie de fixation 12 est située le long dudit axe d'extension longitudinale X, et, en s'éloignant radialement de l'axe, on trouve d'abord ladite zone de liaison 16 puis ladite partie mobile 14,
  • Comme cela est mieux visible à la figure 3, ladite pièce d'articulation 10 présente ici une enveloppe hémisphérique, déformable grâce à ladite zone de liaison 16. L'embase 20 comprend à son extrémité distale située en vis-à-vis un évidement, de forme complémentaire, accueillant une partie basse de ladite pièce d'articulation 10. Ledit évidement présente donc ici, en creux, une forme courbée de calotte sphérique. Ledit conduit de passage 22 fait saillie dudit évidement, en son centre. Ledit évidement de l'embase permet de dissimuler ladite partie basse de la pièce d'articulation 10. Il présente aussi l'avantage de guider ladite pièce d'articulation 10 ce qui évitera qu'elle puisse être déformée au-delà d'une limite de rupture.
  • Ladite pièce d'articulation 10 est une pièce moulée. Elle comprend notamment du plastique. Elle pourra, par exemple, être moulée en polyoxyméthylène (POM). Ladite pièce d'articulation 10 pourra aussi être moulée en tout autre matériau plastique présentant une résistance élevée à la traction, à la fatigue et/ou au fluage.
  • Il est à noter que l'invention concerne aussi la tête distributrice présentée ci-dessus. Ladite tête distributrice comprend ici la bague d'ouverture/fermeture 40 mobile par rapport à ladite embase 20 de la tête distributrice, notamment par un mouvement de rotation autour dudit axe X (voir positions de la flèche double par rapport audit axe X sur les figures 1 et 2). Ladite bague 40 est apte à occuper une première position, dite fermée - illustrée à la figure 1, et une seconde position, dite ouverte - illustrée à la figure 2. En effet, elle est configurée pour bloquer le passage du produit cosmétique à travers ladite tête distributrice en position fermée et pour autoriser le passage dudit produit à travers ladite tête distributrice en position ouverte. Elle est apte à être assemblée sur le tube 50, notamment sur son goulot.
  • Ladite bague 40 présente l'avantage d'assurer la fonction d'étanchéité entre la tête distributrice et l'applicateur 30, notamment en bloquant ou en autorisant le passage du produit cosmétique en amont du conduit de passage 22 (voir figure 3).
  • L'invention concerne aussi le tube 50 tel que présenté ci-dessus. Ledit tube 50 sera indiqué pour une utilisation nomade. Il sera indiqué pour tout type de produit cosmétique, aussi bien maquillage, que crème ou soin dermatologique pour la peau des utilisateurs. Il sera aussi indiqué dans le domaine médical.
  • Comme cela a été décrit ci-dessus, l'applicateur 30 est configuré pour être assemblé de façon réversible sur ladite pièce d'articulation 10 (voir aussi figure 5). Par ailleurs, l'applicateur 30 présente une surface d'application, visible, destinée à entrer en contact avec la peau d'un utilisateur et une surface interne, non visible lorsque l'applicateur 30 est assemblé à ladite tête distributrice via ladite pièce d'articulation 10.
  • Ledit assemblage réversible est assuré par la coopération d'au moins une forme 11 sur ledit applicateur 30 avec au moins une contreforme 31 sur ladite partie mobile 14. Un exemple de telles forme 11 et contreforme 31 est illustré à la figure 3.
  • Ladite forme 11 est, ici, une gorge 11 qui est réalisée lors du moulage de la pièce d'articulation 10, sur la partie mobile 14, en particulier sur la périphérie externe de la partie mobile 14.
  • La contreforme 31 est, ici, un crochet 31 circulaire destiné à coopérer avec ladite gorge 11. Ledit crochet 31 est élastique. Il peut s'étendre à partir de la surface interne de l'applicateur 30, sur tout le pourtour de celle-ci ou partiellement sous la forme d'une série de crochets 31 distincts.
  • A titre d'alternative non représentée, ladite forme 11 pourra être un filet hélicoïdal destiné à coopérer avec un filet hélicoïdal réalisé sur la surface interne dudit applicateur 30.
  • Cet assemblage réversible de l'applicateur 30 sur ladite pièce d'articulation 10 présente plusieurs avantages.
  • Il permet à l'utilisateur de nettoyer l'applicateur 30 après utilisation, par exemple à l'eau clair, voire à l'aide d'un antiseptique en cas d'utilisation dudit applicateur 30 en collectivité.
  • Il permet d'adapter la forme et la texture dudit applicateur 30 à l'utilisation. Par exemple, un applicateur 30 à effet froid pourra être utilisé pour appliquer une crème anti-âge sous les yeux d'un utilisateur ; tandis qu'un applicateur 30 à effet massant sera utilisé pour appliquer la même crème anti-âge sur le reste du visage du même utilisateur.
  • Ledit assemblage réversible présente aussi un avantage lors de la vente des têtes applicatrices comprenant ladite pièce d'articulation 10. En effet, une même tête applicatrice pourra servir dans des domaines d'application différents, ceci sans avoir à prévoir une tête applicatrice spécifique pour chacun desdits différents domaines d'application.
  • Il est à noter que ledit assemblage réversible sera conçu de sorte à préserver la mobilité assurée par ladite zone de liaison 16 entre la partie de fixation 12 et la partie mobile 14.
  • Ledit assemblage réversible présente ainsi l'avantage de ne pas altérer ladite mobilité assurée par ladite zone de liaison 16 entre la partie de fixation 12 et la partie mobile 14.
  • Il est à noter aussi que ledit assemblage réversible sera conçu de sorte à préserver le moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17" configuré pour exercer la force de rappel sur ladite partie mobile 14.
  • Ledit assemblage réversible présente ainsi l'avantage de ne pas détériorer/abîmer la fonction de rappel assurée par le moyen de rappel 17, 17', 17".
  • Il est à noter encore que ledit applicateur 30 est avantageusement une pièce moulée, de préférence en plastique. Ledit applicateur 30 pourra être floqué, notamment à l'aide de coton, ceci sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.
  • Il est aussi à noter que des variantes de réalisation sont bien sûr possibles. Notamment il est aussi envisageable, dans des exemples de réalisation supplémentaires, que la pièce d'articulation 10 soit obtenue par surmoulage avec une zone de liaison 16 prévue dans un matériau différent de celui/ceux utilisé(s) pour la partie de fixation 12 et la partie mobile 14, par exemple ladite zone de liaison 16 sera obtenue dans un matériau élastomère.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de liaison (10) entre une tête distributrice pour produit cosmétique et un applicateur (30) de produit cosmétique, ledit dispositif (10) comprenant une partie de fixation (12) à ladite tête distributrice, ladite partie de fixation (12) étant configurée pour être immobile par rapport à ladite tête distributrice, et une partie mobile (14) par rapport à ladite partie de fixation (12), ledit dispositif (10) comprenant en outre une zone de liaison (16) entre la partie de fixation (12) et la partie mobile (14), ladite zone de liaison (16) étant configurée pour que ladite partie mobile (14) dispose d'une mobilité en rotation autour d'au moins deux axes (X, Y, Z) d'un repère orthonormé (X, Y, Z) par rapport à ladite partie de fixation (12).
  2. Dispositif de liaison (10) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ladite partie mobile (14) est apte à occuper une première position, dite de repos, et une seconde position, dite de travail, par rapport à ladite partie de fixation (12), ladite zone de liaison (16) comprenant un moyen de rappel (17, 17', 17") configuré pour exercer une force de rappel sur ladite partie mobile (14) de manière à la ramener de la position de travail vers la position de repos.
  3. Dispositif de liaison (10) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit moyen de rappel (17, 17', 17") comprend au moins un bras de liaison (17) présentant deux extrémités (18, 19), la première (18) desdites extrémités (18, 19) étant reliée à la partie de fixation (12) et la seconde extrémité (19) étant reliée à la partie mobile (14), ledit bras de liaison (17) étant élastiquement déformable.
  4. Dispositif de liaison (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite partie mobile (14) est configurée pour permettre un assemblage réversible de l'applicateur (30).
  5. Dispositif de liaison (10) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ladite partie mobile (14) est configurée pour permettre un encliquetage de l'applicateur (30).
  6. Dispositif de liaison (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie de fixation (12), la partie mobile (14) et la zone de liaison (16) sont réalisées en une unique pièce, dite pièce d'articulation (10).
  7. Dispositif de liaison (10) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ladite pièce d'articulation (10) comprend du plastique.
  8. Tête applicatrice pour produit cosmétique comprenant une tête distributrice, un applicateur (30) et un dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  9. Tête applicatrice selon la revendication précédente, comprenant en outre une embase (20) et une bague (40) d'ouverture/fermeture, mobile par rapport à ladite embase (20), ladite bague (40) étant apte à occuper une première position, dite fermée, et une seconde position, dite ouverte, ladite bague (40) étant configurée pour bloquer le passage du produit cosmétique à travers ladite tête distributrice en position fermée et pour autoriser le passage dudit produit à travers ladite tête distributrice en position ouverte.
  10. Tête applicatrice selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ladite bague (40) est apte à être assemblée sur un goulot d'un tube (50) destiné à contenir du produit cosmétique.
  11. Tube (50) pour produit cosmétique comprenant une tête applicatrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10.
  12. Applicateur (30) pour tête applicatrice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, ledit applicateur (30) étant configuré pour être assemblé de façon réversible sur ledit dispositif de liaison (10).
