Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appui (1) du type pot destiné à absorber des rotations pratiquement sans contraintes. Ledit appui comporte un pot (2), un coussin en élastomère (3) logé à l'intérieur dudit pot et un couvercle (4) s'appuyant sur ledit coussin et faisant saillie au moins partiellement dans le pot (4). Le coussin en élastomère (3) est étanchéifié de manière glissante par rapport au pot (2) au niveau des bords au-dessous du couvercle au moyen d'une garniture d'étanchéité intérieure périphérique (6) qui est constituée entièrement ou au moins sensiblement de polyoxyméthylène dont l'indice de fusion (MFI 190/2,16) est inférieur à 6g/l0min.
