Description

The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device with a motor pump unit which is at least partially surrounded by a housing and having a motor and a pump driven by the motor for a cleaning liquid, and with a connected to the pump suction hose for a cleaning liquid which can be added to the cleaning liquid, that of the pump can be fed via the suction hose.

By means of such high-pressure cleaning devices, a cleaning liquid, preferably water, can be pressurized and directed to a surface to be cleaned. The cleaning liquid may be supplied to the pump of the high-pressure cleaner via a liquid supply pipe, and the cleaning liquid pressurized by the pump may be discharged through a liquid discharge pipe such as a high-pressure hose. At the free end of the liquid discharge line usually a spray lance or a spray gun is arranged.

To increase the cleaning effect of the cleaning liquid, a liquid detergent can be added. The cleaning agent can be supplied to the pump via a suction hose. The suction hose is connected to the pump. For this purpose, a first end of the suction hose can be connected directly to a pump housing, but it can also be provided that the first end of the suction hose is connected to a suction line, which is in flow communication with a suction inlet of the pump. At one of the pump remote from the second end of the suction hose, which is hereinafter referred to as "free end of the suction hose", a filled with liquid detergent detergent container can be connected. Cleaning agent can then be sucked out of the detergent container by the pump and mixed with the cleaning liquid.

From the publication EP 0 904 856 B1 a high pressure cleaning device is known in which a detergent container is integrated into the high pressure cleaning device. In many cases, however, a very good cleaning effect is achieved even without admixing a liquid cleaning agent, so that the use of a cleaning agent is not permanently required. In the publication DE 91 17 199 U1 For the use of a cleaning agent, an additional container is proposed, which receives the cleaning agent and can be positioned on the housing of the high-pressure cleaner. The additional container is then connected via the suction hose to the pump.

If the admixture of a cleaning agent to solve a specific cleaning task is not required, then the detergent container from the fine end of the suction hose can be separated and connected via its first end to the pump suction hose can be stowed on the high-pressure cleaner. It is conceivable to fix the suction hose with its free end to a hose holder projecting from the housing. However, there is the risk of damage to the suction hose and / or the hose holder. The risk of damage exists in particular in cases in which a filter element is arranged at the free end of the suction hose, with the help of which the pump can be fed to the cleaning agent can be filtered.

From the document EP 0 504 568 A1 a high-pressure cleaning device is known, the housing has a compartment which can be closed by a lid and in which a container is arranged. In the container immersed a suction hose, which carries at its free end within the container a sieve or filter. The suction hose is passed through a lid of the container and extends to an injector, in which a negative pressure is generated. A chemical contained in the container can be sucked in via the suction hose and fed to a pump of the high-pressure cleaning device.

Object of the present invention is to develop a high-pressure cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that the suction hose stowed when not in use in a simple manner and can be protected from damage and, if necessary, the user of the high-pressure cleaner is accessible in a simple manner.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a high-pressure cleaning device of the generic type in that the housing of the high-pressure cleaning device has a hose compartment for receiving the suction hose, wherein the hose compartment is covered by a Schlauchfachabdeckelement, on which the free end of the suction hose or arranged at the free end of the suction hose filter element can be positioned and having a through opening through which the suction hose can be pulled out of the hose compartment if necessary.

The housing of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention has a hose compartment, that is to say a receiving space in which the suction hose can be deposited in cases in which the cleaning fluid is not to be mixed with a liquid cleaning agent. The hose compartment is covered by a Schlauchfachabdeckelement so that the deposited in the hose compartment suction hose is protected from damage. The Schlauchfachabdeckelement has a passage opening through which the suction hose can be pulled out of the hose compartment in cases where the cleaning liquid to be mixed with a liquid detergent, which is supplied to the pump via the suction hose. After the use of the suction hose, this can be returned to the hose compartment via the passage opening of the Schlauchfachabdeckelements. In order for the suction hose to be easily accessible to the user, the free end of the suction hose, that is, the end of the suction hose facing away from the pump, can be positioned on the hose cover element, in particular detachably fixed. Alternatively it can be provided that a filter element is arranged at the free end of the suction hose. In these cases, the filter element arranged at the free end of the suction hose can be positioned, in particular detachably fixed, on the hose compartment cover element. The Schlauchfachabdeckelement thus gives the user the ability to take the free end of the suction hose or arranged at the free end of the suction hose filter element, then to pull the suction hose out of the hose compartment.

The pump facing the first end of the suction hose can remain permanently connected to the pump, a complete separation of the suction hose from the pump in cases where the cleaning liquid no detergent is to be added, is not required.

The Schlauchfachabdeckelement can be releasably or permanently held on the housing of the high-pressure cleaning device. For example, it can be provided that the Schlauchfachabdeckelement with the housing is releasably or permanently locked.

The housing forms in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a rear wall of the hose compartment and the hose compartment circumferentially surrounding side walls, and the Schlauchfachabdeckelement is held on the side facing away from the rear wall of the hose compartment on the housing.

It is advantageous if the hose compartment has a holding part, on which the free end of the suction hose or arranged at the free end of the suction hose filter element positionable, in particular releasably fixable and which has at least one recess through which the free end of the suction hose or the filter element is graspable by the user. The holding element allows the user to arrange the free end of the suction hose or arranged at the free end of the suction hose filter element in a simple manner on Schlauchfachabdeckelement and conveniently to fix, and by providing the at least one recess through which the user the free end of the Suction hose or the filter element can take, it is ensured that the user can easily pull out the suction hose as needed from the hose compartment, with a first end of the suction hose remains connected to the pump.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the holding part has two recesses, between which the free end of the suction hose or a filter element arranged at the free end of the suction hose can be positioned.

The two recesses make it easier for the user to grasp the free end of the suction hose or the filter element arranged at the free end of the suction hose, for example with the thumb and forefinger.

Conveniently, the two recesses of the holding part are opposite each other.

The holding part is conveniently designed as a sleeve into which the free end of the suction hose or a filter element arranged at the free end of the suction hose can be inserted and which has two diametrically opposite recesses.

The sleeve is conveniently cylindrical in shape, as this facilitates the insertion and removal of the free end of the suction hose or the filter element arranged at the free end of the suction hose.

The sleeve is advantageously aligned in alignment with the passage opening of the Schlauchfachabdeckelements. In such an embodiment, the sleeve not only forms a holding element for the free end of the suction hose or for the arranged at the free end of the suction hose filter element, but the sleeve also forms a guide member, the withdrawal of the suction hose from the hose compartment and the insertion of the suction hose facilitated in the hose compartment.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the Schlauchfachabdeckelement two pocket-like depressions, between which the holding part is arranged and which in each case adjoin a recess of the holding part. The two recesses make it easier for the user to grasp the free end of the suction hose or the filter element arranged at the free end of the suction hose. The user can dive for example with thumb and forefinger in the pocket-like depressions and then the free end of the suction hose or at the free end of the Suction hose arranged filter element through the recesses of the holding part through.

The housing of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention preferably has two half shells which receive at least a portion of the motor pump unit between them. In addition to the two half shells, at least one further housing part can be used so that the motor pump unit is surrounded on all sides by the housing.

Conveniently, the hose compartment is defined by two half-shells of the housing, where the Schlauchfachabdeckelement is releasably or permanently held. The two half shells can thus accommodate the Schlauchfachabdeckelement between them. This results in a very simple installation of Schlauchfachabdeckelements on the housing of the high-pressure cleaner.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the two half shells define a mounting opening which releases the hose compartment and on which the hose compartment cover element is held.

It is advantageous if the two half shells each form one half of the hose compartment. It is particularly favorable if the two half shells each define one half of the mounting opening. If the two half-shells are joined together, then the hose compartment is formed without the need for additional components. It is only necessary to position the Schlauchfachabdeckelement on the assembly opening defined by the two half-shells.

The Schlauchfachabdeckelement engages in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, an edge formed by the two half-shells of the mounting hole.

It is particularly advantageous if the hose compartment cover element has a support rim which can be placed on the edge of the mounting opening and fastening members engaging behind the mounting opening. The attachment members of the Schlauchfachabdeckelements are in an advantageous embodiment of the invention from a the interior of the hose compartment facing back of a mounting opening covering the wall of Schlauchfachabdeckelements from.

Advantageously, the Schlauchfachabdeckelement four fastening members which engage behind the edge of the mounting hole, wherein each two fastening members are diametrically opposed.

The two half-shells of the housing of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention advantageously form a carrying handle, wherein at a first end of the carrying handle, the tubular compartment covered by the Schlauchfachabdeckelement is arranged. The carrying handle facilitates the transport of the high-pressure cleaning device and the positioning of the hose compartment and Schlauchfachabdeckelements at one end of the handle facilitates the operation of the high-pressure cleaner, since the user can easily recognize the carrying handle and thus arranged at one end of the handle hose pocket.

It is advantageous if a main switch of the high-pressure cleaning device is arranged at a second end of the carrying handle. By means of the main switch, the high-pressure cleaning device can be switched on and off. The positioning of the hose compartment at a first end of the carrying handle and the main switch at the other end of the carrying handle further simplifies the handling of the high-pressure cleaning appliance.

It is advantageous if the two half-shells of the housing in a position of use of the high-pressure cleaning device define a vertically oriented parting plane and the Schlauchfachabdeckelement is designed mirror-symmetrically to the parting plane. Under a position of use of High-pressure cleaning device is understood here a position of the high-pressure cleaner, which can take it during operation of the high-pressure cleaner. The provision of a vertical parting plane allows a particularly simple installation of the high-pressure cleaning device, since the two half shells can be attached laterally to the motor pump unit in order to at least partially surround them after assembly in the circumferential direction. The two half-shells can define the hose compartment and accommodate the Schlauchfachabdeckelement between them. A mirror-symmetrical configuration of the Schlauchfachabdeckelements relative to the parting plane formed by the two half-shells has proved to be favorable. The production of Schlauchfachabdeckelements is simplified and the Schlauchfachabdeckelement can be positioned in a particularly simple manner between the two half-shells and is clearly visible after the installation for the user.

Advantageously, the two half-shells and Schlauchfachabdeckelement are designed as plastic moldings. This allows a particularly cost-effective production of the two half-shells and Schlauchfachabdeckelements.

As mentioned above, a filter element may be arranged at the free end of the suction hose for filtering the detergent sucked by the pump. It is particularly advantageous if in the filter element an opening in the direction of the pump check valve is integrated. The check valve ensures that the suction hose can only be flowed through in one direction by liquid. An inadvertent escape of liquid through the suction hose from the high-pressure cleaner is thereby avoided.

The drawing shows schematically an inventive high-pressure cleaning device 10 is shown in a position of use, in which a longitudinal axis 12 of the high-pressure cleaning device 10 is vertically aligned. The high-pressure cleaning device 10 comprises a housing 14 having an upper housing area 16 and a lower housing area 18, which together surround a motor pump unit 20 with a motor 22 and a pump 24 driven by the motor 22. By means of the pump 24, a cleaning liquid, preferably water, can be pressurized. The cleaning fluid can the Pump 24 can be supplied via a first connecting element 26, and the cleaning fluid pressurized by the pump 24 can be discharged from the pump 24 via a second connecting element 28. A liquid supply line can be connected to the first connection element 26, and a liquid discharge line, for example a pressure hose, can be connected to the second connection element 28.

At the lower housing portion 18, two wheels 30, 32 are rotatably mounted. By means of the wheels 30, 32, the high-pressure cleaning device 10 can be moved along a bottom surface. For this purpose, the high-pressure cleaning device 10, starting from its in FIG. 1 shown use position in which the longitudinal axis 12 is vertically aligned to a common axis of rotation 34 of the two wheels 30, 32 are pivoted, so that the high-pressure cleaning device 10 can then be moved in the manner of a sack truck.

The high-pressure cleaner 10 has a U-shaped push bar 36, which facilitates the process of the high-pressure cleaner 10.

The upper housing area 16 comprises a first half-shell 38 and a second half-shell 40. The two half-shells 38, 40 surround an upper area of the motor pump unit 20 facing the push bar 36 in the circumferential direction and are oriented essentially mirror-symmetrically with respect to one another. They form between them a substantially vertically oriented parting plane 42, in which they meet with their edges facing each other and form a parting line between them.

On their outer sides facing away from each other, the two half shells 38, 40 each carry a cover part 44 or 46 which covers a guide channel for the push bar 36 formed on the outside by the half shells 38, 40. The cover 46 carries a clamping member 48, in which a known per se and therefore to achieve a better overview in the drawing, not shown spray lance can be clamped. The spray lance can be connected to the free end of the pressure hose to be connected, which can be connected via the second connection element 28 to the pump 24.

The two half shells 38, 40 form a carrying handle 50 and at a lower end of the carrying handle 50, the two half shells 38, 40 together define a hose compartment 52 which is covered by a Schlauchfachabdeckelement 54 and which forms a receiving space for a suction hose 56. This is especially true FIG. 7 clear. A first end portion 58 of the suction hose 56 is passed through an outlet opening 60 of the hose compartment 52 and is in fluid communication with the pump 24. For this purpose, the first end of the suction hose 56, which is led out of the hose compartment 52 via the outlet opening 60 and not shown in the drawing, can be connected directly to the pump 24. Alternatively it can be provided that the first end of the suction hose 56 is connected to a not shown in the drawing, the skilled worker per se known connection member of the first connection element 26, via which the connection element 26 is in flow communication with the pump 24. If necessary, a liquid cleaning agent can be supplied to the pump 24 via the suction hose 56, which can be admixed with the cleaning liquid conveyed by the pump.

The pump 24 remote from the free end 62 of the suction hose 56 is connected to a filter element 64, in which a in the drawing only schematically illustrated check valve 66 is integrated. By means of the filter element 64, the cleaning agent supplied to the pump 24 can be filtered if necessary, and the check valve 66, which opens in the direction of the pump 24, ensures that fluid can not inadvertently flow out of the high-pressure cleaning device 10 from the pump 24 via the suction hose 56 ,

The hose compartment 52 is bounded on its rear side facing the motor pump unit 20 by a rear wall, which is formed by a first rear wall section 68 and a second rear wall section 70. The first rear wall section 68 is formed by the first half-shell 38 and the second rear wall portion 70 is formed by the second half-shell 40. The first rear wall section 68 has the above-mentioned outlet opening 60, via which the first end region 58 of the suction hose 56 facing the pump 24 can be led out of the hose compartment 52 at the rear.

Similarly, the second half-shell 40 forms a second side wall 78 of the hose compartment 52, which opposite to the first side wall 72, and a second ceiling wall portion 80 and a second bottom wall portion 82 of the hose compartment 52.

On the front side of the hose compartment 52 facing away from the motor pump unit 20, the two half shells 38, 40 jointly form a mounting opening 84, which is surrounded by a mounting edge 86 which is formed in half by the first half shell 38 and the second half shell 40.

The mounting opening 84 of the hose compartment 52 is covered by a Schlauchfachabdeckelement 54, which is arranged between the two half-shells 38, 40 and mirror-symmetrical to the plane defined by the two half-shells 38, 40 dividing plane 42 is configured. This is especially true FIG. 5 clear.

The Schlauchfachabdeckelement 54 has a centrally disposed sleeve 90, which forms a holding element for the arranged at the free end 62 of the suction hose 56 filter element 64. The filter element 64 can be fully inserted into the sleeve 90 and clamped to the sleeve 90. This is especially true FIG. 7 clear.

The sleeve 90 is arranged in alignment with a passage opening 92 of the Schlauchfachabdeckelements 54, via which the suction hose 56, if necessary the hose compartment 52 can be pulled out. This is especially true FIG. 8 clear.

The sleeve 90 dips into the interior of the hose compartment 52. On the side facing the first half-shell 38, the sleeve 90 has a first recess 94 and on the side facing the second half-shell 40, the sleeve 90 has a second recess 96. The two recesses 94, 96 are diametrically opposed to each other and extend up to the passage opening 92 facing away from the front end 98 of the sleeve 90th

The first recess 94 is followed by a first pocket or pocket-like depression 102 on the front side 100 of the tubular covering element 54 facing away from the tubular compartment 52, and the second recess 96 is followed by a second pocket or pocket-like depression on the front side 100 of the tubular covering element 54 104 on. The two recesses 102, 104 enable a user to grasp the filter element 84 positioned in the sleeve 90 with their thumb and forefinger so that they subsequently remove the filter element 64 of the sleeve 90 and simultaneously the suction hose 56 connected to the filter element 64 from the hose compartment 52 can pull out. This gives the user the opportunity to immerse the filter element 64 in a detergent container filled with detergent, so that subsequently detergent can be sucked by the pump 24 via the suction hose 56 and the pumped from the pump 24 cleaning liquid can be added. As a cleaning agent, for example, a soap solution can be used. By admixing the cleaning agent, the cleaning effect achievable by the high-pressure cleaning device 10 can be improved.

If the admixture of a cleaning agent is not required, the user can insert the suction hose via the passage opening 92 in the hose compartment 52 until the arranged at the free end 62 of the suction hose 56 filter element 64 is fully received by the integrated check valve 66 of the sleeve 90 , The filter element 64 can in this case be clamped together with the check valve 66 in the sleeve 90, so that the filter element 64 is fixed together with the check valve 66 reliably in the sleeve 90.

Laying down the Schlauchfachabdeckelements 54 on the two half-shells 38, 40, the Schlauchfachabdeckelement 54 has a circumferential support edge 106 which can be placed during assembly of the high-pressure cleaner 10 on the assembly opening 84 surrounding mounting edge 86, wherein the mounting edge 86 back of mounting members 110, 112, 114 and 116 which protrude from a wall 108 of the Schlauchfachabdeckelements 54 outwardly wing-like. In addition to their function of engaging the mounting edge 86, the attachment members 110, 112, 114 and 116 form reinforcing ribs which improve the mechanical strength of the tubular shroud member 54.

The high-pressure cleaning device 10 can be operated with and without admixing a liquid cleaning agent to the funded by the pump 24 cleaning liquid. If an admixture of detergent is not required, the suction hose 56 can be deposited in the hose compartment 52. The hose compartment 52 is covered by Schlauchfachabdeckelement 54, so that the suction hose 56 is protected from damage. The filter element 64 arranged at the free end 62 of the suction hose 56 can be positioned together with the check valve 66 in the sleeve 90 and clamped therein.

If liquid cleaning agent is added to the cleaning liquid, the user can grasp the filter element 64 and the check valve 66 via the pocket-shaped depressions 102, 104 and the recesses 94, 96 with thumb and forefinger and then pull the suction hose 56 out of the hose compartment 52. The free end 62 of the suction hose 56 can then be immersed together with the filter element 64 and the check valve 66 in a filled with detergent detergent container, so that subsequently cleaning agent from the pump 24th can be sucked in via the suction hose 56 and the detergent can be added to the required cleaning liquid from the pump. If admixture is no longer necessary, the user can insert the suction hose 56 through the passage opening 52 back into the hose compartment 52 and then position the filter element 64 together with the check valve 66 in the sleeve 90.
