Claims (14)
- Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild (20), bestehend aus mindestens zwei Schichten eines zähen Verbindungsmaterials mit haftenden Oberflächen, wobei das Verbindungsmaterial Butylkautschuk aufweist, wobei die mindestens zwei Schichten eine Basisschicht (21) aus dem Butylkautschuk, die eine Basisoberfläche und eine Gewebebefestigungsoberfläche aufweist, und eine zweite Schicht aus dem Butylkautschuk (22) beinhalten, die eine Gewebebefestigungsoberfläche und eine zweite Oberfläche aufweist, und aus mindestens zwei Schichten aus einem ballistischem Gewebe (25, 26), die eine erste Schicht aus ballistischem Gewebe (25), das zwischen der Gewebebefestigungsoberfläche der Basisschicht (21) aus Butylkautschuk und der Gewebebefestigungsoberfläche der zweiten Schicht aus Butylkautschuk (22) angeordnet ist und diese miteinander verbindet, und eine zweite Schicht aus ballistischem Gewebe (26) beinhalten, die eine erste Oberfläche aufweist, die auf der zweiten Oberfläche der zweiten Schicht aus Butylkautschuk (22) angeordnet ist und mit dieser verbunden ist, wobei die Schichten aus dem Verbindungsmaterial eine Dicke von mindestens 0,5 mm aufweisen, und wobei die Adhäsions- und Kohäsionseigenschaften und elastischen Eigenschaften des Verbindungsmaterials der Basisoberfläche der Basisschicht (21) des ballistischen Schilds (20) ein zähes Anhaften an einer Oberfläche eines Substrats mit einer ausreichenden Flexibilität zum Anformen an eine Formgebung des Substrats ermöglichen.
- Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild (20) nach Anspruch 1,
der ferner eine oder mehrere zusätzliche Schichten aus Butylkautschuk aufweist, die auf einer zweiten Oberfläche der zweiten Schicht aus ballistischem Gewebe (26) angeordnet ist, sowie eine oder mehrere zusätzliche Schichten aus ballistischem Gewebe aufweist, die zwischen der einen oder den mehreren zusätzlichen Schichten aus Butylkautschuk angeordnet sind. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild (20) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
der ferner eine Handhabungs-Gewebeschicht aufweist, die auf einer äußeren Oberfläche einer äußersten Schicht aus Butylkautschuk angeordnet ist. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
der ferner eine ablösbare Schutzschicht auf der Basisoberfläche der Basisschicht (21) aus Butylkautschuk aufweist, um die Basisoberfläche vor Verunreingung durch Partikel vor dem Einsatz des flexiblen und haftenden ballistischen Schilds (20) zu schützen. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
wobei das ballistische Gewebe aus ballistischen Fasern hergestellt ist, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus Aramidfasern und Polyethylenfasern mit ultrahohem Molekulargewicht (UHMWPE) besteht. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
wobei das ballistische Gewebe ein gewebtes ballistisches Gewebe ist. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
wobei das ballistische Gewebe ein Material aufweist, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Nylon, Aramid, Baumwolle oder Mischungen davon besteht. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
wobei der an dem Substrat zäh anhaftende ballistische Schild die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen das Hindurchdringen eines ballistischen Projektils durch das ballistisch verstärkte Substrat verbessert. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
wobei der ballistische Schild (20) aus mindestens drei Schichten (41, 42, 45) des zähen Verbindungsmaterials und aus mindestens drei Schichten (45, 46, 47) des ballistischen Gewebes (25, 26) besteht, wobei die Anzahl der Schichten (41, 43, 45) des zähen Verbindungsmaterials die gleiche ist wie die Anzahl der Schichten (45, 46, 47) des ballistischen Gewebes (25, 26). - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
wobei die Verbindungsschichten zum Anhaften veranlasst wurden durch Eindringen des zähen Verbindungsmaterials in das Gewebe und Fäden des ballistischen Materials des ballistischen Gewebes unter Aufbringen von Druck auf einen Stapel aus den Schichten des zähen Verbindungsmaterials und Schichten des ballistischen Gewebes quer zu einer Oberfläche des Stapels. - Flexibler und haftender ballistischer Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
wobei die Verbindungsschichten die mindestens zwei Schichten des ballistischen Gewebes miteinander verbinden. - Verfahren zum Anbringen eines kugelsicheren ballistischen Schilds (20) an der Innenfläche einer elastischen Wand oder Struktur, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte aufweist:(i) Bereitstellen eines flexiblen und haftenden ballistischen Schilds (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11;(ii) Anbringen der Basisoberfläche der Basisschicht (21) aus Butylkautschuk des ballistischen Schilds (20) an einer Innenfläche einer Wand oder Struktur; und(iii) Aufbringen von Druck auf eine äußerste Oberfläche des ballistischen Schilds (20), wobei der aufgebrachte Druck ausreichend ist, um die flexible und haftende ballistische Abschirmung (20) an der Innenfläche der Wand oder Struktur haftend anzubringen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
wobei vor dem Schritt (ii) des Anbringens die Innenfläche der Wand oder Struktur von Schmutz, Staub oder anderen teilchenförmigen Fremdkörpern einschließlich öligem Material gereinigt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13,
das ferner vor dem Schritt (iii) des Aufbringens von Druck das Aufbringen von Wärme auf den angebrachten ballistischen Schild (20), um das Anhaften der Basisschicht (21) aus Butylkautschuk an der Wand oder Struktur zu verbessern, sowie ein Eindringen von Butylkautschukmaterial aus den Lagen der Butylkautschukschichten in die Schichten des ballistischen Gewebes beinhaltet.
