Abstract

L'invention concerne une hotte de cuisine, qui permet l'extraction efficace d'air d'échappement et l'installation d'une surface de filtration suffisante malgré une basse hauteur de la hotte et une basse hauteur d'un espace de capture d'air à l'intérieur de la hotte. Contrairement à des hottes de cuisine existantes typiques qui comprennent une seule rangée de filtres placés au niveau de la paroi arrière de la hotte, si une hotte montée sur une paroi ou une hotte montée au-dessus d'une première rangée d'éléments thermiques est mise en question, la hotte de cuisine de l'invention comprend deux rangées de filtres (170, 190) dans la partie centrale de la hotte, à partir desquelles provient normalement une quantité importante d'air d'échappement. L'espace de capture de la hotte pour capturer l'air d'échappement est divisé en un espace de capture avant (110) et un espace de capture arrière (205). La partie intérieure inférieure des côtés latéraux de la hotte est disposée le long de toute la circonférence de la hotte, à l'exception du côté arrière de la hotte (210), avec des fentes étroites conçues pour souffler de l'air frais directement dans la hotte de façon à empêcher l'air potentiel saturé en vapeur de circuler à l'extérieur de la zone de la hotte. La fente de soufflage avant (130) est placée entre le bord inférieur courbé vers l'arrière du support de lampe (135) et le bord inférieur du côté avant (150) de la hotte, dont la construction définit également le système pour ouvrir le côté avant de la hotte.
