Claims (14)
- Implantatbaugruppe zum Verbessern einer Knochenverlängerung eines amputierten lebenden Knochens (100), wobei die genannte Baugruppe Folgendes umfasst:ein Verlängerungsimplantat (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) mit einem ersten Ende, einem zweiten Ende, einer Außenfläche, einer internen Röhre (425, 525, 825) und einem Durchmesser, wobei das erste Ende zum Einführen in lebenden Knochen ausgelegt ist; undein vergrößertes Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) mit einem ersten Ende, einem zweiten Ende, einer Außenfläche und einer internen Röhre (220, 320, 520, 820), wobei die interne Röhre (425, 525, 825) des Verlängerungsimplantats (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) in Fluidverbindung mit der internen Röhre (220, 320, 520, 820) des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) ist, wobei das erste Ende des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) mit dem zweiten Ende des Verlängerungsimplantants (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) kombiniert wird und wobei das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) einen Durchmesser hat, der größer ist als der Durchmesser des Verlängerungsimplantats (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche des vergrößerten Implantats ferner externe Nuten (218, 318, 418, 518) in Fluidverbindung mit der internen Röhre (220, 320, 520, 820) des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) hat, wobei die genannten externen Nuten (218, 318, 418, 518) zum Bieten von Zugang zu Knochenregenerationselementen dienen, die Knochenbildung um das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) führen.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) mit einer Gliedmaßenprothese kombiniert wird.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) ferner Öffnungen (212, 214, 312, 412, 414, 512, 514, 812) in Fluidverbindung mit der internen Röhre (220, 320, 520, 820) des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) umfasst, wobei die genannten Öffnungen (212, 214, 312, 314, 412, 414, 512, 514, 812) zum Bieten von Zugang zu Knochenregenerationselementen dienen, die Knochenbildung um das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) leiten.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die interne Röhre (425, 525, 825) des Verlängerungsimplantats (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) ferner eine Seitenwand umfasst und wobei das Verlängerungsimplantat (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) eine Öffnung (432, 532) in der Seitenwand hat, um den Fluss von Fluid von der internen Röhre (425, 525, 825) des Verlängerungsimplantats (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) zur Außenfläche des Verlängerungsimplantats (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) zuzulassen, um beim Leiten von Knochenbildung um das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) zu helfen.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verlängerungsimplantat (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) und das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) Tricalciumphosphat umfassen.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verlängerungsimplantat (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) und das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) aus einem biologisch aktiven lasttragenden Material gefertigt sind.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verlängerungsimplantat (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) und das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) kombiniert werden, um dadurch eine einzige Baugruppe herzustellen.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, die ferner eine Käfigbaugruppe zum Tragen und Bereitstellen von dynamischen Kräften für das Verlängerungsimplantat (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) und das vergrößerte Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) umfasst.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Käfigbaugruppe ferner ein axiales Spannungselement (840) mit einem zum Kombinieren mit dem lebenden Knochen (100) konfigurierten ersten Ende und einem mit dem zweiten Ende des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710, 810) kombinierten zweiten Ende umfasst, wobei das genannte axiale Spannungselement (840) zum Passieren durch die internen Röhren (425, 525, 825, 220, 320, 520, 820) des Verlängerungsimplantats (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) und vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) ausgelegt ist.
- Implantatbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Käfigbaugruppe ferner ein axiales Band (843) mit einem zum Kombinieren mit dem lebenden Knochen (100) konfigurierten ersten Ende und einem mit dem zweiten Ende des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) kombinierten zweiten Ende umfasst, wobei das genannte axiale Band (854) so ausgelegt ist, dass es um die Außenfläche des Verlängerungsimplantats (108, 408, 508, 608, 708, 808) und die Außenfläche des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) herum verläuft.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 10, die ferner einen Anker (820, 850) zum Kombinieren des axialen Spannungselements (840) mit dem Knochen (100) umfasst.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Anker (820, 850) relativ zu dem vergrößerten Implantat (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) justiert werden kann, um dadurch eine Verstellung des axialen Spannungselements (840) zuzulassen.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 8, die ferner eine Endkappe (836) zum Kombinieren des axialen Spannungselements (840) mit dem zweiten Ende des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810) umfasst.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 9, die ferner ein Stabilisierungsband (830) umfasst, kombiniert mit dem ersten Ende des vergrößerten Implantats (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 710, 810), wobei das genannte Stabilisierungsband (830) auswärts in Richtung des axialen Bandes (854) und in Verbindung damit verläuft.
