Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The invention relates to a patient support, which can also be used as a standing coach.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Standing up and lifting aids in different versions have long been known.

So goes out of the DE 41 17 857 A1 a Krankenhebe- and transport device forth, in which a guided on a mast runner is moved up and down motor. This movement can be done via a pulley system or a long threaded spindle. A disadvantage of this device is that a lifting nut of the device always tries to follow this rotational movement due to the rotational movement of the threaded spindle. This effect must be absorbed by a rotation by means of two tabs. To this function as anti-rotation, however, the tabs have to take the full tensile force of the threaded spindle. Over the long distance from the deflection to the engine, this loose, flying connection is mechanically questionable, as must always be expected with a misalignment or a misalignment of threaded spindle to hub, which can then lead to premature failure or wear of the elements involved in the pulling movement , The executed in closed profile form mast allows access only via two open end faces, which leads to both the assembly and service case to a lot of time. In addition, the mast has several rolling bodies for which costly running surfaces are needed. In the outer area of the mast, the guideways must be kept free of dirt for the runner to prevent jamming. Added to this is the risk of trapping garments in the area of the runner moving close to the mast.

The GB 2 391 537 B shows a patient hoist on the mast an electric actuator according to the pulley principle via loose rollers, a fixed role and a fixed point drives a pull rope. This has compared to the working stroke of the actuator on a four times greater length at the cable outlet in the direction of the patient. This requires a mast-extending telescopic element. The drive must be correspondingly fast due to its quadruple translation into the slow, so that the patient reaches the vertical in a reasonable time. The entire pulley system and the drive must be secured against rotation with respect to the mast. The space requirement is high in the upper section of the mast due to the parallel arrangement of pull rope, telescopic extension and drive. There is a risk of clamping for the patient and the caregiver. In addition, the rope of the pulley and the telescopic extension can easily pollute.

The EP 1 654 956 B1 describes a stand-alone device suitable exclusively for therapeutic purposes, which comprises a stand frame, a table top mounted thereon, a patient belt and a motor-driven linear drive. The linear drive is coupled with a length-adjustable stroke according to the pulley principle. Its cable pull and rollers are placed out of place outside the supporting column. The profile shape of the column causes a corresponding complicated counter profile on the carriage. The design principle makes an additional protective covering necessary.

The DE 600 17 617 T2 relates to a lifting device for the disabled by means of a pivotable about a first and second horizontal axis lever arm a person is supported when erecting. Here is the moving linkage parts a high risk of accidents out. The lifting device has a tube imitation, which gives some patients from the outset discomfort, which can lead to the rejection of the aid. Because of the complex shape of this device, bulky packaging must be provided for its transport. Alternatively, it must be made time consuming by disassembly in a flat shape. The pipe mimic can only be cleaned with great expenditure of time.

The DE 20 2009 004 889 U1 shows a device for erecting a person on traction means. A thorax support, a knee brace and a footrest allow a fixed person to tilt about a horizontal axis in the direction of the righting movement. For this purpose, it is required that the caregiver must apply the necessary tilting force about the axis of rotation of the device. However, this can not be expected, especially in heavy patients, a caregiver. The circle of users is also limited in that only patients in whom the abrupt tilting in the banking position produces no anxiety can be supplied.

The DE 196 47 498 A1 describes a device for raising patients from a sitting to an upright position. This has a lifting device which has a cable with a belt. The cable is partially passed through a pipe, and is deflected in this by means of rollers. To operate the cable only a hand crank is provided, which must be operated by a caregiver.

The DE 10 2011 006 359 A1 relates to a mobility device for physically handicapped persons. This provides a pelvic support, which is connected via a pivoting arm with a support column. The support column has handles at its upper end. These allow the physically handicapped person to sit up under the support of the pelvic support. A support of the disabled person by a caregiver or by a motor is not provided.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide a patient standing aid which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages of the prior art. In addition, as many functional elements of the patient-raising aid should remain outwardly invisible. Furthermore, it should be easy and fast to install on different platforms.

According to the invention the above object is achieved according to the preamble of claim 1 in conjunction with the characterizing features. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the patient-raising aid according to the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.

The patient standing aid according to the invention has a column in which a drive unit, a plurality of pulleys and a plurality of cables are arranged. The column has an open profile and a closure profile closing the open profile. On the inside, a guide rail for guiding the drive unit is arranged on the open profile. At least one rope is led out of the column. This is connected to a patient's belt outside the pillar. In particular, not more than two ropes are led out of the column.

There is no need for a separate cladding, as the pillar, in addition to the support function for the components of the patient rearing aid, also takes over the cladding. This, in turn, means that, with the exception of the traction cable, which necessarily leads out of and into the device, all movable functional elements are visually and physically removed from human access and thus from negative influence. At the same time, this reduces the danger zone for the patient and the nurse.

The open profile is preferably a polygonal profile. Particularly preferably, the open profile is a U-profile, wherein the closing profile is a closing plate closing the U. A U-profile can be inexpensively made of sheet metal by means of bending. From the resulting closed rectangle of U-profile and striking plate results in a high moment of resistance against bending and twisting of the column. In addition, a smooth surface of the column with few corners and edges facilitates their cleaning.

The open profile and the closing profile are preferably detachably connected to each other. The dismantling of open profile and closing profile means that the assembly of the internal parts can be done easily and also in Sevicefall good accessibility to the functional parts within the column is given.

The drive unit is forcibly guided on the guide rail via a driver axle by means of at least one slide shoe arranged on the driver axle. Preferably, the shoe has a groove and the drive unit is forcibly guided on the driver axis according to the tongue and groove principle. By directly attached to the open profile guide rail in cooperation with the shoe according to the tongue and groove principle, a low-cost, safe and against misalignment and angle tolerances tolerant function pairing can be created.

At least one loose pulley is arranged on the driving axle. The term "loose" is to be understood in the sense of a loose role pulley. This is connected via at least one cable with at least one in the column, in particular in the open profile, attached pulley, so that a pulley system can be realized.

The column preferably has at its lower end at least one fastening means for attachment to a platform. With this it can be attached to different platforms or on the floor. The fastening means is in particular a pivot pin. This allows for a particularly preferred embodiment of the patient-standing aid, in which the lower end of the column is pivotally mounted on a platform. This allows the column to be pivoted to transport the patient support. When the patient stand-up aid is in use, the lower end of the column is preferably additionally connected by means of at least one plug pin to the platform, so that an unintentional pivoting of the column is prevented.

The column may further comprise at least one device, which is selected from a gripping device, a tibial support, a Brustpelotte and a Seitenpelotte in various embodiments of the patient support. The gripping device, which can be gripped by the patient with his hands, is preferably pivotable about an axis of rotation in at least two different positions in order to be able to pivot it in a space-saving transport position. The tibia support serves to support the patient's legs when the patient stands up. The tibial support may be preferably removed from the column for transporting the patient support and secured to another position of the pillar or platform. The chest pad allows frontal support of the patient in the upper part of the column. For this purpose, as an alternative to an arrangement directly on the column, the breast pad can also be connected indirectly to the column via at least one gripping device. At least one side pad, in particular a plurality of side pads, may be provided for the rear support of the patient at the level of his pelvis. By stabilizing the patient in a standing position by means of chest pads and side pads, the patient standing aid according to the invention can additionally be used as a standing coach.

In one embodiment of the invention, the drive unit is electrically operated. In this embodiment, it is preferred that the patient-raising aid according to the invention has an operating unit which contains a manual operation, a control and the electrical power supply of the drive unit. This allows a space-saving arrangement of all electrical components.

In another embodiment of the invention, the drive unit is fluidic, in particular hydraulically operated. In yet another embodiment of the invention, the drive unit is a mechanical winch. In these embodiments of the invention, the patient support aid is independent of an electrical energy source.

An embodiment of the drive as an electric-mechanical drive is possible according to the invention.

Ausführung der ErfindungEmbodiment of the invention

A patient stand-up aid according to an embodiment of the invention, which is schematically illustrated in FIGS FIGS. 1 to 4 is shown, has a hollow column 1, which consists of a U-shaped open profile 11 and a strike plate as the open profile 11 closing closing profile 12. The open profile 11 and the closing profile 12 are connected to each other by means of screws 131, 132. In the open profile 11, a C-shaped profile is welded as a guide rail 2. The guide rail 2 has two guide legs 21, 22. A first slide shoe 31 with a first guide groove 311 and a second slide shoe 32 with a second guide groove 321 are forcibly guided on the guide rail 2 via a driver axle 3 by a respective guide leg 21, 22 of the guide rail 2 engages in a respective guide groove 311, 321. Each slide shoe 31, 32 is connected to a pulley 312, 322. About these two pulleys 312, 322 two ropes 41, 42 are guided. The ropes 41, 42 are each secured to a cable suspension point 411, 421 in the column and guided over two further, fixed in the open profile 11 pulleys 51, 52. The rope pulleys 51, 52 fixed in the column 1 and the pulleys 312, 322 of the sliding shoes 31, 32 form with the ropes 41, 42 a pulley system in which the pulleys 312, 322 of the sliding blocks 31, 32 act as loose pulleys. A drive unit 6 is mounted within the column 1 and extends in part out of the column 1. It is connected to the driving axle 3 and is arranged to move the sliding shoes 31, 32 along the guide rail 2. In this case, the guide rail 2 carries the drive unit 6. The drive unit 6 can be operated via an operating unit 61 arranged outside the column 1. The two cables 41, 42 are led out of the interior of the column through short slots in the open profile 11 of the column 1 and end in a patient's belt 43 which can be guided around the pelvis of a patient P.

In the present case, the drive unit 6 is designed as an electric drive whose operating unit 61 contains a manual control, a control and the electrical power supply of the drive unit 6. In further, not shown embodiments of the invention, however, the drive unit 6 can also be designed as an electromechanical or as a fluidic drive unit. In yet another embodiment of the invention, not shown, the drive unit 6 is a mechanical winch.

The column is pivotally connected at its lower end by means of a pivot pin 71 with a mobile platform 7 provided with rollers. A plug pin 72 fixes the column in an upright position. To facilitate a patient P getting up from a sitting position, the column 1 has at its upper end via two gripping means 81, 82 in the form of handles. The gripping devices 81, 82 are designed as multiple gripping devices, each with a plurality of handles. Each gripping device 81, 82 can be pivoted about an axis 8 common to the two gripping devices 81, 82 and can be fixed in different positions in each case by means of a locking element 811, 821. A shin support 9 is attached to the pillar and allows the patient P to support his shins as he stands up to the pillar.

As in Fig. 5a shown is a supported by the invention patient support stand-up process so that the patient sits with his feet are on the platform 7 and he supports his shins on the tibial support 9. The patient P grips with his hands the gripping means 81, 82. The ropes 41, 42 are extended far out of the column 1 and the patient's belt 43 is placed around the pelvis of the patient. By operating the operating unit 61, the drive unit 6 is set in motion so that it moves the sliding blocks 31, 32 and the pulleys 312, 322 attached thereto along the guide rail 2 downwards. As a result, the ropes 41, 42 retracted into the column 1 and a rise of the patient P in the in Fig. 5b shown position is supported. To allow the patient to be in the in Fig. 5c illustrated manner with the breast to support the column 1, the ropes 41, 42 can then be further retracted. This is advantageous, for example, for a subsequent process of the platform 7, or for relieving the patient's belt 43 in order to be able to remove or put on the trousers of the patient P more easily before or after the toilet.

In order to be able to transport the patient support aid according to the illustrated embodiment of the invention easily, it can be found in the in Fig. 6 be merged manner shown. For this purpose, the gripping devices 81, 82 are pivoted about their axis and fixed in a new position by means of the locking elements 811, 821. The tibial support 9 is removed from the column 1. By removing the plug pin 72, the fixation of the column 1 is released. This allows it to be placed on the platform 7. The shin support 9 can then be attached to the platform 7 to accommodate all components of the patient support in a compact manner in a transport position.

The patient standing support according to the invention is not limited in its execution to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments. Rather, a variety of design variations are possible, which make use of the solution shown even with fundamentally different type of execution.
