Claims (8)

  1. Dry candle intended to be assembled in a protective installation against fires, of the type comprising a network of vacuum sprinklers, the candle comprising an extended body (5) that has, at one of the ends thereof, a part (50) for connecting to pipework, including a first nozzle (51) likely to ensure the connection between the candle and the pipework, the candle including means for blocking (60) the first nozzle (51), the other end holding a sprinkler comprising:
    - a fastening coupling (1), by the intermediary of which the sprinkler is coupled with the candle body, the fastening coupling having a second nozzle (10);
    - a fuse (2);
    - a lid for blocking (3) the second nozzle (10), held in a blocking position by the fuse (2);
    - means for ejecting the blocking lid,
    the dry candle comprising connecting means (6) between the means for blocking (60) the first nozzle (51) and the lid for blocking (3) the second nozzle (10), said connecting means (6) being mobile so as to match the blocking position of the blocking lid (3) with the blocking position of the means for blocking (60) the first nozzle (51), the fastening coupling (1) of the sprinkler being connected to an end section (56) of the body, characterised in that the end section (56) of the body has means for releasing water comprising a tilted pipe (560), rising towards the outside of the end section (56), and including a ball (561) able to enable the water flow in the low position into the tilted pipe (560) and to forbid the water flow in the high position into the tilted pipe.
  2. Dry candle according to claim 1, characterised in that the connecting means (6) comprise an axis, the body (5) of the candle including means for guiding said axis longitudinally forward.
  3. Dry candle according to claim 2, characterised in that the means for blocking (60) the first nozzle (51) are connected to an end of said axis.
  4. Dry candle according to claim 2, characterised in that the guiding means comprise at least one intermediate part (52), (53) between two sections of the body (5) of the candle, the part being perforated and having a central slider (521), (531), inside which the axis is guided forward.
  5. Dry candle according to claim 4, characterised in that at least one spring (7) is assembled between a stopping means (62) on the axis and the intermediate part, the assembly of the spring (7) being carried out such that the spring is compressed in the blocking positions of the blocking lid (3) and the means for blocking (60) the first nozzle (51).
  6. Dry candle according to claim 4, characterised in that the axis supports a stopper intended to support between an intermediate part and to retain the axis when the blocking lid (3) and the means for blocking (60) the first nozzle (51) are not in the blocking position.
  7. Dry candle according to claim 1, characterised in that said end section (56) is connected to another section of the body (5) by an intermediate part (53) that is perforated and that has a central slider (531) inside which the axis is guided forward.
  8. Dry candle according to claim 1, characterised in that the means for ejecting the blocking lid (3) of the sprinkler are assembled outside of the second nozzle (10) and act in tension on the blocking lid (3).
