Zu diesem Zweck ist es erforderlich die Filterelemente aus der Dunstabzugshaube zu entnehmen. Heutzutage sind Filterelemente daher so ausgestaltet, dass diese beispielsweise einfahrbare Stifte an einem Rand des Filterelementes aufweisen, die mittels eines Griffs eingefahren werden kƶnnen. An dem gegenĆ¼berliegenden Rand sind in der Regel feststehende Laschen vorgesehen. Nach dem Einfahren der einfahrbaren Stifte kann das Filterelement hierbei nach unten aus der Ansaugƶffnung der Dunstabzugshaube verschwenkt werden. AnschlieƟend mĆ¼ssen die Filterelemente durch Aushebeln der Laschen aus den Ɩffnungen, in denen diese gehalten sind, von der Dunstabzugshaube gelƶst werden.
