Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Spiel mit einer Halterung zur Aufnahme einer Grundplatte und mit wenigstens einer Grundplatte, die wechselbar in der Halterung gehalten ist, wobei die Grundplatte an ihrer Oberseite mit einer Nut versehen ist, die in Form eines Labyrinthes einen Hauptweg von einem Ausgangspunkt zu einem Zielpunkt bildet und zusätzliche Wege durch Abzweige bildet, die alternativ zum Hauptweg zum Zielpunkt führen oder Sackgassen bilden und mit einem Spielstein, beispielweise in Form einer Kugel, welcher entlang der Nut vom Ausgangspunkt zum Zielpunkt zu bewegen ist, indem die Grundplatte aus einer waagerechten Ebene in unterschiedliche Richtungen zu verkippen ist, wobei die Halterung als Schuber ausgebildet istThe invention relates to a game with a holder for receiving a base plate and with at least one base plate which is replaceably held in the holder, wherein the base plate is provided at its top with a groove in the form of a labyrinth a Hauptweg from a starting point to a Forming point and forms additional paths through branches that lead alternatively to the main path to the target point or dead ends and with a piece, for example in the form of a ball, which is to move along the groove from the starting point to the target point by the base plate from a horizontal plane in different directions is to tilt, the holder is designed as a slipcase

Such games, usually referred to as a labyrinth, are known from the prior art which can not be assigned by reference. Usually these are wooden boxes, which are provided with a movable frame, which receives the base plate with the labyrinth. The movable frame is connected via a mechanism, which is operated via knobs, and can be tilted out of a horizontal plane. The dead weight of the piece, usually a ball, then leads to a movement in the direction of tilting. The goal is to move the ball as quickly as possible from a starting point to a target point.

The labyrinth path, that is, the groove introduced into the base plate, can be provided with obstacles to increase the difficulty and thus the challenge of the game. As a rule, these are holes through which the ball falls and passes into a receiving space. From this she then emerges at a defined position. After the ball has fallen through such a hole, the game must be started from the beginning. Often, instead of introducing a groove in solid material and a plate with webs provided so that thereby the career of the ball is defined.

It is known to make the base plates in such a holder replaceable and to obtain in this way maze games with varying degrees of difficulty by exchanging base plates.

There are also simpler variants of the maze game. In this case, only a base plate without further mechanics in the hand is tilted to a game piece, again preferred to move a ball from a starting point to a target point. Finally, it is known to make smaller labyrinth games made of plastic and to occupy the actual base plate with the labyrinth train with a plastic cover made of clear material. Base plate and plastic cover are inextricably linked.

The first-mentioned prior art is advantageous in many respects, in particular it offers through the exchangeable base plate a long-lasting fun and the ability to realize different levels of difficulty Spielle. The disadvantage, however, is that the mechanism for moving the base plate is technically relatively complex and in the usual production of wood, the maze game has a high weight and thus a limited mobility.

The further-mentioned prior art has the considerable disadvantage that, after a few game passes, the challenge and thus the fun of playing declines.

Es ist aus US 4 066 265 A bekannt, eine Grundplatte wechselbar in einem sie umgebenden Schuber anzuordnen. It is off US 4 066 265 A known to arrange a base plate changeable in a surrounding slipcase.

DE 2 461 197 A1 discloses a maze game with a movable in a frame base plate. The base plate has a limited lift off cover. The geometry of the balls and raceways make it possible to brake the balls by means of the cover.

US 4,311,310 A. shows a maze game, which is provided with electronic components and outputs acoustic and visual game instructions. A similar labyrinth game shows FR 2 508 811 A1 , wherein here the base plate is designed to be changeable.

All of the aforementioned games have in common that they offer a purely mechanical gaming experience and this is no longer able to cope with the changed gaming habits.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a labyrinth game that is simple and thus easy to produce in its manufacture and construction, and that offers the possibility of a high playing value by replacing the base plate that provides the labyrinth.

In a further embodiment of the invention, in addition, the changed game habits should be taken into account.

Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe zunächst mit einem Labyrinthspiel mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.The invention solves the task initially with a maze game with the features of claim 1.

For a holder in the form of a slipcase, in which various base plates are used, a changing game experience can be created without the complex control mechanism of the aforementioned prior art is necessary. The slipcase covers the groove in the top and bottom, so that the token is secured within the labyrinth and can not fall out. Furthermore the base plate is made as a plastic body, which is primarily intended here to introduce the labyrinth track into a foam body by milling. The holder in the form of a slipcase is made in the simplest case of a clear plastic, which has approximately a C-shaped cross-section and thus covers the labyrinth track with a first region and engages with two shorter arms under the base plate. Alternatively, the holder may be formed as a rectangular cylinder.

Then it is envisaged that the base plate is provided with at least one hole which is arranged in the groove and through which the token can fall through, it being possible for the holder or base plate to have a collecting space for the token, which communicates with the hole stands and in which passes through the hole falling game stone.

It is further provided that the collecting space is formed by a recess which is incorporated in the underside of the base plate and which is covered by the holder, wherein it is provided in particular that a channel is arranged between the receiving space and the starting point - optionally by one of the holder concealed groove formed - over which the game piece from the receiving space to the starting point is movable.

In this way, the known from the prior art form of obstacles is also realized in the subject invention in the form of openings of the base plate. The return channel for a fallen through a hole ball / the token can be incorporated in the base plate, which is preferably recesses or recesses on the underside base plate here. Since these are open to the bottom in the rule, the holder would then be changed so that it is the bottom of the Base plate or provided there recesses, grooves and channels closes. This will ensure that the tile is kept in play.

In order to adapt the maze game according to the invention to the playing habits, it is provided that the holder contains an electronic device which records the time that passes between the starting point and the destination point during the movement of the chip. This is displayed via a display unit.

In this very simply designed embodiment, it is initially provided that only the time is measured that a player needs to spend the token from the starting point to the destination point.

In order to be able to compare times of different players or to be able to measure the improvement of their own game performance, it is provided that the electronics are coupled to a memory unit which stores the times of several movements of the tile between the starting point and the target point. These can be displayed via the display unit.

It is of course conceivable that different times by supplementing individualization features such as symbols, names or the like are distinguishable from each other and recognizable stored.

It is further provided that the electronics identify different base plates via a coding on the respective base plate.

In this way, various extensions of the game electronics are conceivable. Among other things, it is conceivable that the measured times are not only distinguishable by player or game unit so, but also different base plates can be assigned.

It may be advantageous if the storage unit is part of the base plates.

In this way, the detected performance data associated with the base plate, which can simplify the electronic circuit of the holder in their structure. Moreover, it is possible that the memory unit also contains the coding of the base plate.

Dieses Datenverarbeitungsgerät empfängt dann die von der Spielelektronik erfassten Daten, zeigt diese an, ordnet die Daten einander zu, lässt eine individuelle Markierung der Daten nach Spiel, Spieler oder andere Kriterien zu.Finally, it is thought that the electronics of the holder is coupled to a data processing device such as a computer, tablet or smartphone. This data processing device then receives the data captured by the game electronics, displays them, assigns the data to each other, allows an individual marking of the data by game, player or other criteria.

It is also possible, via such a data processing device and a coupling with networks and central data processing systems, such as the Internet and servers or so-called cloud services, game scores and game sequence to make other people accessible to organize game matches, to find game partners to be pointed to interesting new base plates and similar. It is also conceivable that own layouts for labyrinth games can be created via the data processing device and an ongoing configuration program, which can then be transferred to a manufacturer of base plates and produced there.

  • Fig. 1 eine Grundplatte des erfindungsgemäßen Labyrinth-Spiels,
  • Fig.3 eine alternative Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Spiels.
Further advantages of the invention, additional embodiments and a better understanding gives the following description of the invention. Show it:
  • Fig. 1 a base plate of the labyrinth game according to the invention,
  • Fig. 2 the base plate according to FIG. 1 together with a holder in the form of a transparent slipcase,
  • Figure 3 an alternative embodiment of the game according to the invention.

The maze game of the invention is provided in the figures with the reference numeral 10 in total.

In FIG. 1 the base plate 11 of the maze game 10 is shown. As the local representation can be seen, the base plate is provided at least on one side with a series of grooves 12 which form a Labyrinthweg. An unillustrated token is to be moved from a starting point 13 to a destination point 14. For this purpose, the game piece is inserted at the starting point 13 into the groove 12. The token is usually a ball. By tilting the base plate 11 from the horizontal out of the game piece is set in motion and rolls along the Nutbahnen. The task of the player is to move the piece as quickly as possible to the target point 14 along the groove 12. Along this fairway there are a number of branches, some of which lead on longer way to the destination point 14, partly in dead ends, so that the token must be moved back to the junction. To complicate the game and thus to increase the challenge obstacles are incorporated in the form of holes in the grooves. The holes 15 have the reference numeral 15. These holes are obstacles that the player has to avoid by skillfully guiding the piece.

If the player fails to dodge, the ball falls into the respective hole. In a preferred variant of the game, the ball passes through the hole in a receiving space, not shown, from which it is guided to the starting point 13 or to a removal point, for example, by channels arranged on the underside of the base plate 11. Starting from the starting point 13, the game would then start again. If the ball is guided to a removal point, it is manually reset to the starting point 13. It should be noted that the holes 15 are not mandatory, but the challenge of the game and thus increase the gaming experience.

The base plate 11 is preferably formed from plastic. It is particularly preferred to use a foam material, in which the groove 12, which forms the fairway, is milled.

FIG. 2 shows the game 10 consist of base plate 11, supplemented by a bracket 16. The holder forms a slip, which forms an approximately C-shaped cross-sectional contour or alternatively is designed as a rectangular cylinder. The slipcase 16 includes two opposite end faces 17, which may have end walls, a top wall 18, two opposing side walls 19 as well as at least one of the top wall 18 opposite bottom wall 20 from.

The top wall 18 rests on the upper side of the base plate 11 provided with the groove 12, the bottom wall 20 is arranged on the underside of the base plate 11. Top wall 18 and bottom wall 20 are connected to each other via the side walls 19.

At least one of the end walls 17 is broken away, so that an insertion opening 21 is formed, through which the base plate 11 can be inserted into the slipcase 16. The bottom wall 20 may be configured continuously and cover the entire underside of the base plate 11. In the case of a C-profile-like cross section of the holder 16, the bottom wall 20 is arranged by two arranged on the underside of the base plate 11, each other unconnected arms.

The holder or the slip 16 serve to protect the base plate 11, in particular if it is formed from a plastic foam and therefore soft and deformable. But it also serves in particular to keep the game piece in the groove 12 and to protect it from falling out of the fairway.

FIG. 3 finally shows an alternative embodiment of the game according to the invention 10. Shown here is again the base plate 11, which is completely inserted into the holder 16 in the form of a slipcase. On the basis of the representation of the FIG. 3 it can be seen how a slipcase with C-shaped cross-sectional contour is formed. In particular, the FIG. 3 to take the retaining arms 22, each forming a bottom wall portion.

In contrast to the first embodiment, the holder 16 in FIG. 3 an electronic component 23, which is arranged in the present case with respect to the insertion opening 21. At the starting point 13 as at the destination point 14 sensors 24 are arranged in this second embodiment, which detect the departure of the game piece at the starting point 13 and the running of the game piece at the destination point 14. In this way, it is possible to measure the time of a game run of the game piece from the starting point 13 to the destination point 14. Storage units may be provided which store a number of times of different game runs, so as to increase the performance of one's own Playing games or the different performances of different players can visualize. Also an individualizing labeling of different times by adding symbols, letter combinations or the like is conceivable. For this purpose, the electronic component 23 has display units 25 and / or 26 as well as operating elements 27.

It is possible that the electronic component can be wired or wirelessly connected to a data processing device, such as tablet, computer or smartphone. On such a data processing device can then be installed a program for receiving the data of the maze game 10, which measures, for example, the game time different game, displays and allows for customization. The base plates 11, which are exchangeably inserted in the holder 16, can each have a unique identifier. By means of this identifier, the electronic component 23 can unambiguously identify different base plates 11 and associate these base plates 11 with playing times and playing sequence. This identifier can be realized by memory unit which at the same time holds the scores of the players played on this base plate 11. Such a memory unit can be used in addition to the memory unit of the electronic component or the data processing device or provide this data as the sole memory unit of the game. It is of course possible to realize the unique identifier of each base plate 11 by other means, such as bar codes, transponders or the like.

Finally, it is conceivable to configure base plates 11 with labyrinth paths 12 via a data processing device with a corresponding software component. In this case, a free configuration is just as conceivable, as a configuration of cleverly composed individual samples, the defined connection pieces have so that in the manner of a puzzle of individual elements total play 12 can be created. These can then be transmitted by the software to the manufacturer of such base plates for production.

In particular, the maze game 10 using an electronic component 23 with connection to a data processing unit combines the advantages of electronic games with the advantages of mechanical games. The main advantages of electronic games is the storage of games and a game animation in the form of sounds, lighting, etc., which can be realized by the electronic component on the bracket 16. Added to this is networking via social networks, cloud services and the Internet with other players.

The game 10 itself as a mechanical component has the great advantage of a haptic gaming experience compared to electronic games. Thus, the physical processes, caused by the tilting of the base plate 11, the base plate material and the weight of the ball and their interaction are superior to the simulation capabilities of electronic games.

In summary, the invention has two major advantages. On the one hand, with the first embodiment, an economically producible, customizable robust, portable and easy-to-use maze game is created.

In addition, the second embodiment of the invention advantageously combines the traditional maze game with the gaming needs of people who use modern electronic devices in everyday life.
