Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Verringerung eines von einer Schallquelle (3) in einem Raum (2) verursachten Schalls in Bezug auf in einem Außenbereich (7) zu dem Raum (2) wirkenden Schall, durch mittels einer Gegenschallquelle erzeugtem Gegenschall, wobei der Raum Wände (4, 5) aufweist mit einem oder mehreren einen Schalldurchgang (6) zwischen einem Rauminneren (2) und dem Außenbereich (7) ermöglichenden Durchgangsbereich (6). Zur Erreichung einer wirksamen Reduzierung von Schall durch Gegenschall im Außenbereich eines Raumes, der einen Durchgangsbereich vom Rauminneren zu dem Außenbereich aufweist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass mehrere Kanalabschnitte vorgesehen sind, die einen Durchgangsbereich (6) bilden oder zu diesem führen, dass zugeordnet zu einem dieser Kanalabschnitte mehrere Gegenschallquellen angeordnet sind, die so einstellbar sind, dass die Schallwellen dieser dem Kanalabschnitt zugeordneten Gegenschallquellen sich zum Rauminneren hin durch Überlagerung jedenfalls im Wesentlichen auslöschen.
