Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de conditionner des denrées alimentaires, qui résolvent les problèmes techniques suivants : le maintien de la température des denrées alimentaires à une température souhaitée ; le ralentissement du retour à température ambiante de la température des denrées alimentaires et la réduction de la consommation de produits énergétiques requis pour le conditionnement des denrées alimentaires. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend au moins une palette (1) sur laquelle des contenants destinés au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires sont chargés ainsi que des contenants destinés au conditionnement (2) de denrées alimentaires. Des denrées alimentaires sont chargées dans des contenants destinés au conditionnement (2) de denrées alimentaires dans lesquels la température est maintenue avec l'écoulement d'un milieu à une température adaptée à travers les parois du contenant. Le milieu d'écoulement destiné au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires est principalement l'air ; néanmoins, tout autre gaz ou de l'eau peuvent également être utilisés. Une fraction du milieu d'écoulement peut également être introduite à l'intérieur des contenants destinés au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires pour garantir que la température souhaitée des denrées alimentaires est plus rapidement atteinte. Des conduites d'admission et d'évacuation du milieu d'écoulement (5, 6) destinées au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires sont connectées à la palette (1). La palette est construite de sorte que le milieu d'écoulement destiné au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires soit réparti uniformément dans les contenants destinés au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires (2). Lorsque le contenant destiné au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires est chargé sur la palette (1), le poids du contenant ouvre le canal d'admission du milieu d'écoulement (3) destiné au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires par l'application d'une pression sur la palette (1). De la même manière, l'écoulement à travers le canal d'évacuation du milieu d'écoulement (4) destiné au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires est garanti. Plusieurs contenants destinés au conditionnement (2) de denrées alimentaires peuvent être chargés sur la palette (1), les canaux d'admission et d'évacuation du milieu d'écoulement (3, 4) ne s'ouvrant qu'aux endroits où les contenants destinés au conditionnement de denrées alimentaires sont chargés.
