Claims (10)
- Dispositif de connexion d'un composant électrique (30 ; 32 ; 34) ou d'un module (40) à au moins un conducteur électrique (21, 22, 23, 24, 25), avec un composant de support (10) dans lequel au moins un élément de connexion électriquement conducteur (17 ; 18 ; 30) est intégré, au moins une fixation (13) dudit au moins un conducteur électrique (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) étant intégrée sur le composant de support (10), par laquelle ledit au moins un conducteur électrique (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) est mis en liaison conductrice avec l'élément de connexion (17 ; 18 ; 30), caractérisé en ce qu'un évidement (14) est formé sur le composant de support (10) entre deux fixations (13), au moins une première fixation (13) sur un support de brins (12) servant à l'extrémité dudit au moins un conducteur électrique (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) et une fixation (13) disposée du côté opposé de l'évidement (14) servant à fixer d'autres conducteurs électriques (17 ; 18) ou des connecteurs (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composant de support (10) est formé par au moins une pièce moulée en matière plastique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la fixation (13) entoure une isolation en matière plastique dudit au moins un conducteur électrique (21, 22, 23, 24, 25).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant de support (10) présente au moins un évidement (14) par lequel les sections (28) dénudées, espacées les unes des autres, des conducteurs électriques (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) sont guidées.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant de support (10) présente des supports (161, 162) pour des composants électroniques (32 ; 34 ; 36).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les supports (161, 162) sont prévus sur des saillies (16) de forme correspondante du composant de support (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant de support (10) comprend un logement de câble (11) pour loger une gaine de câble (26) d'un câble (20) présentant plusieurs conducteurs électriques (21, 22, 23, 24, 25).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le composant de support (10) est formé de deux pièces dont au moins une est réalisée sous la forme d'une pièce moulée en matière plastique (19).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) insertion de l'extrémité au moins partiellement dénudée d'au moins un conducteur électrique (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) dans une première fixation (13),b) insertion d'au moins un élément de connexion électriquement conducteur (17 ; 18 ; 30) dans une deuxième fixation (13) disposée en face de la première fixation (13) de l'autre côté d'un évidement (14) et en option d'autres composants électriques (32 ; 34 ; 36) dans un moule,c) surmoulage de l'extrémité au moins partiellement dénudée dudit au moins un conducteur électrique (21, 22, 23, 24, 25), de l'élément de connexion électriquement conducteur (17 ; 18 ; 30) et des autres composants électriques (32 ; 34 ; 36) en option dans le moule avec une matière plastique non conductrice pour produire un composant de support (10 ; 19).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la fixation (13) est formée sur une pièce moulée en matière plastique (10) qui est surmoulée en même temps par la matière plastique non conductrice (19).
