Claims (13)

  1. Eine Werkzeuganordnung zum Falten eines Zuschnitts (B) zur Bildung eines Tragegriffs (H), wobei die Werkzeuganordnung umfasst: ein erstes Paar von Fingern (24a) zum Greifen eines Zuschnitts und ein zweites Paar von Fingern (24b) zum Greifen des Zuschnitts, wobei die Finger des ersten Paares von Fingern schwenkbar miteinander gekoppelt sind und wobei die Finger des zweiten Paares von Fingern schwenkbar miteinander gekoppelt sind, wobei die Finger jedes der ersten und zweiten Paare von Fingern mit einem Stellantrieb (40a, 40b) zur Bewegung zwischen einer Aufnahmeposition und einer Greifposition gekoppelt sind, wobei die Finger des ersten und des zweiten Paares von Fingern so hergerichtet sind, dass sie mit einem Zuschnitt (B) in der Aufnahmestellung in Eingriff kommen und so hergerichtet sind, dass sie den Zuschnitt falten, wenn er in der Greifposition angeordnet ist, wobei mindestens eines der ersten und zweiten Paare von Fingern drehbar an einem Werkzeugkopf (20a) angebracht und mit einem Antriebsmechanismus (32a, 32b) zur Drehung in Bezug auf den Werkzeugkopf verbunden ist, derart, dass die Werkzeuganordnung so hergerichtet ist, dass sie erste und zweite Abschnitte des Zuschnitts ergreift und den ersten Abschnitt des Zuschnitts in Bezug auf den zweiten Abschnitt des Zuschnitts faltet.
  2. Werkzeuganordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Werkzeugkopf (20a) gleitbar an einem Schlitten für eine lineare Bewegung in Bezug auf den Schlitten angebracht ist.
  3. Werkzeuganordnung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Schlitten an einem Förderband (18) angebracht ist.
  4. Verfahren zum Verpacken von Gruppen von Artikeln, umfassend:
    (i) Ausbilden eines Tragegriffs (H) aus einem Zuschnitt (B), wobei das Ausbilden das Falten eines ersten Teils des Zuschnitts um eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Faltlinie umfasst, und das Halten des ersten Abschnitts in dem gefalteten Zustand, während der erste Abschnitt um eine Querfalzlinie gefaltet wird, um im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einem zweiten Abschnitt zu sein; und
    (ii) Einsetzen des ersten Abschnitts in eine Öffnung oder einen Hohlraum, der zwischen vier benachbarten Gegenständen angeordnet ist, die einen Teil einer Gruppe von Gegenständen bilden, wobei der erste Abschnitt eine erste Eingriffskante zum Verriegeln mit einer zweiten Eingriffskante der Gruppe von Gegenständen umfasst, wobei die erste Eingriffskante mit der zweiten Eingriffskante in Eingriff steht, indem der erste Abschnitt um die Längsfalzlinie zumindest teilweise entfaltet wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, umfassend das Falten eines dritten Abschnitts des Zuschnitts um eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Faltlinie, das Halten des dritten Abschnitts in dem gefalteten Zustand, während der dritte Abschnitt um eine Querfalzlinie gefaltet wird, um im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem zweiten Abschnitt zu sein, und das Einfügen des dritten Teils in eine zweite Öffnung oder Hohlraum, die oder der durch vier benachbarte Gegenstände in der Gruppe von Gegenständen definiert ist, und das Entfalten des dritten Teils um die in Längsrichtung verlaufende Faltlinie, um eine Eingriffskante des dritten Abschnitts mit einer Eingriffskante der Gruppe von Gegenständen in Eingriff zu bringen, wodurch der dritte Abschnitt innerhalb der zweiten Öffnung oder des Hohlraums verriegelt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei dem der gesamte Zuschnitt um eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Faltlinie gefaltet ist und wobei der zweite Abschnitt in einen im Wesentlichen flachen Zustand entfaltet wird, wenn der erste und/oder der dritte Abschnitt senkrecht zu dem zweiten Abschnitt gefaltet sind.
  7. Verpackungsmaschine (10) zum Verpacken einer Gruppe von Artikeln, umfassend:
    (i) ein Förderband (12) zur Bereitstellung einer Gruppe von Artikeln (a);
    (ii) ein Förderband (113) zum Bereitstellen eines Zuschnitts (B) zum Ausbilden eines Tragegriffs;
    (iii) eine Werkzeuganordnung nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Paar von Fingern (24a) zum Falten eines ersten Teils des Zuschnitts um eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Faltlinie;
    (iv) wobei die Finger schwenkbar an einem Werkzeugkopf (20a) der Werkzeuganordnung angebracht sind, um den ersten Abschnitt des Zuschnitts im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einem zweiten Teil des Zuschnitts zu falten;
    (v) wobei der Werkzeugkopf gleitbar an einem Schlitten zum Einführen des ersten Abschnitts in eine Öffnung oder einen Hohlraum in der Gruppe von Gegenständen angebracht ist.
  8. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Finger (24a) den Zuschnitt greifen und den ersten Abschnitt des Zuschnitts in einem gefalteten Zustand halten, wenn er sich in einer geschlossenen Position befindet.
  9. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Finger den ersten Abschnitt des Zuschnitts In einem gefalteten Zustand halten, während der erste Abschnitt um eine Querfalzlinie gefaltet wird, so dass er Im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem zweiten Abschnitt ist.
  10. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Werkzeuganordnung ein zweites Paar von Fingern (24b) aufweist, die an dem Werkzeugkopf angebracht sind, um einen dritten Abschnitt des Zuschnitts um eine sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Faltlinie zu falten, wobei die Finger schwenkbar an dem Werkzeugkopf angebracht sind, um den ersten Abschnitt des Zuschnitts im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem zweiten Abschnitt zu falten, während der dritte Abschnitt in einem gefalteten Zustand um die sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Faltlinie gehalten wird.
  11. Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, umfassend einen Ansatz (30) oder einen Dorn (28), der an einem Förderband angebracht ist, um mit dem Zuschnitt in Eingriff zu kommen, um das Falten des Zuschnitts um die Längsfalzlinie zu erleichtern.
  12. Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11 mit mindestens einer Führungseinrichtung (374a, 374b) zum Einführen zwischen einem Paar von Artikeln in der Gruppe von Artikeln, wobei die Führungseinrichtung den ersten Abschnitt oder dritten Teil des Zuschnitts während des Einführens in die Gruppe von Artikeln ausrichtet und den ersten oder dritten Abschnitt in einem gefalteten Zustand hält.
  13. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 7 mit einer Führungseinrichtung (374a, 374b) zum Einführen zwischen einem Paar von Artikeln in der Gruppe von Artikeln, wobei die Führungseinrichtung eine Ausnehmung zum Aufnehmen und Aufrechterhalten eines ersten Abschnitts eines Tragegriffs in einem gefalteten Zustand während des Einführens des ersten Abschnitts des Tragegriffs in die Gruppe von Gegenständen aufweist.
